His focus was about doing a quality detailed inspection rather than just rushing through the inspection. He also included specific concerns that I had with the builder in his report. He was very professional, courteous, and absolutely knowledgeable. His report was very detailed and to the point. I submitted his report to my builders for my one year warranty inspection. His service/report helped to ensure that the builders would fix numerous warranty issues/concerns that I had. You will be pleased and impressed with his level of service and commitment.

Chris Yancey of Pillar to Post was a phenomenal inspector! I was so impressed by his attention to detail, thoroughness, and efficiency. The detail and recommendations he made following our home inspection was easy to follow and appreciated. I loved that thermal readings were done and a drone was used to inspect our roofs. He even spotted a hole in our gutter! Again his service was phenomenal and if I could give beyond five stars, I would!
