Joe was constantly on this phone while he was at my job. I did not like the abrasive tone Joe used when I questioned the quality of the replacement part he brought. I took a few hours off work so I could be at my mom’s place while the repair was done, Joe got irritated by me asking when he was going to be finished. I was very disappointed with this company’s unprofessional attitude and poor work product. The only reason I give one stare is because he was on time.

Wow! What great service from Joe and Jerrod! Our Solaredge inverter (installed by another company) went out, and they got on the phone with Solaredge, got a replacement and got it installed! BAM! Even more, they gave us a Case Number with Solaredge so that we can get reimbursed for the installation costs and (hopefully) extra costs to NVEnergy for electrons that our rooftop solar wasn't able to generate. Joe said that we don't have to fight the 'good fight' alone, either. They're here for us. This is why you do business locally.

We had MAJOR issues that we thought were beyond repair, stemming from a solar installation gone extremely bad.Long story short, our home (a year old home) became a fire hazard with a horrendous solar installation; breaker the continued to be faulty, which caused the death of our $4k fridge, coupled with a coffee pot that was fried in the process.Joe with TechCity came in the picture and not only rectified the issue but made it a point to check the entire home, solars install and go above and beyond to ensure we were to not have anymore issues.I would give this guy 10 stars in a heartbeat if it was an option!!Thank you so much Joe.If you, a family member, or friend is in need of an extremely quality electrician, look no further.
