I haven't been here more than 2 or 3 times but every time has always been quite an awe inspiring experience. Sounds crazy I know. From the looks of it this place seems to be a simple hoehum local basic market (at least on the surface) but when you walk in and see the awe inspiring selection of actually usefull and beneficial products... well what can I say I'm impressed beyond words! Then after the initial shock somewhat wears off you find a great coffee cafe and an unexpressible bakery. I have been to great bakeries (including Krispy cream, and pinkbox donuts) but I have never had any donut or cake... goodies that could compare. Without question this is my most favorite market that I have ever been to ever! I can't wait to return. Every trip from vegas always ends up at this marketplace.EDIT: I just got a fresh made box of donuts from the bakery this morning. I ordered them last night and picked them up as soon as the store opened. I was very disapointed with them. I spoke with the person who made them and I can tell she does not love her job. I strongly suspect the donuts that I loved my first time here were made by an entirely different baker. The lady I spoke with gave garbage donuts and garbage excuses about how they are too hard to do correctly. I don't think I will be buying any more donuts from here I feel very hurt and disrespected by this experience.

The pharmacy staff is a friggin joke it took over w weeks to get my meds I have to take for my severe nausea and was also needing some antibiotics to fight the chest cold I had and 2 weeks had to go but before they even bothered to order any of it! Not to mention how rude every single person in the pharmacy behind the counter is to me . Extremely disorganized and not public friendly I would rather drive to Reno to get my meds than use Ridleys pharmacy ahain

Quality meat and produce at better prices than Wally World. The excellent hardware isles has an extensive range of products from cycling gear (Bell brand carried), plumbing supplies, electrical items (you could wire an entire home), the absolute best deal in Winnimucca for fishing tackle (Rapala' under $7 whaaat)?, hunting and shooting goods, enough camping supplies to build a decent kit AND great deals on firearms with interesting calibers even in the pistols (saw a nice rubber handle .38 which would be the bees knees to shoot. Support local and save $$$ at the same time as the hardware/sporting goods/ everything for the home is a bit of a depot and 20% less on most goods I saw.

Not sure if it’s the Western towns thing, but both the streets and aisles between shelves are like twice wider than that in a normal city. Somebody told me I could buy gold ingots at Ridley’s but the cashier said they don’t do that…the made-to-go briskets I bought was tasty.

Ridleys is a grocery store that has a hard time keeping stock, labeling inventory and apparently keeping help. Always someone new. We have started taking pictures of items on the shelves so we can use them when we check out. Always something is mislabeled, mispriced or out of stock. Not sure how this store stays in business, but they are still here.

I love Ridley's family markets! They have a fantastic bakery with the best donuts I've ever had. They are soft, fluffy, and delicious. The coffee shop is also great, with a variety of flavors and options. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and well-organized. They have a complete selection of everything that I actually need, from fresh produce to household items. I always find what I'm looking for at Ridley's. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for quality, convenience, and value.```

I'm visiting winnimucca and I just realized I have not been getting the discounts for on sale stuff. They did not help me at all and I was unable to get the discounts again today. I was charged an extra $4.00 today alone.. this is a cheap outfit and the employees reflex this. But it's here or Walmart. So they don't have to be helpful or see that you get the correct price on stuff. I've been over charged maybe $20. Nice way to treat a guest in the town.

I love their $5 Fridays! I feed my dog, raw.Without Ridley's $5 Fridays, it would cost me so much more; my dog already eats better than I do, her grocery bill needs to be less! With Ridley's deals on hamburger, it is! The employees are always helpful and anytime I have a need, they go out of their way to help me get my needs met.

I have always preferred Ridley's until today. I grabbed heavy whipping cream and it felt half full so I went through 5 or 6 of them and found the fullest. I got to the register and voiced my concern. I opened it at the register and it was only ¾ full. I told them I didn't want to buy it if it wasn't full. I finished check out with no issue. On my way out I ran into someone and had a conversation. In the middle of my conversation and employee approached and interrupted my conversation to tell me (extremely rude and unprofessional) not to open it if I was not going to buy it. I told her it was not full and I didn't want to purchase it if it wasn't. She again rudely, told me not to open it and explained that they can't sell it now. I asked her why she would want to sell it if it's not full. She again stated that I'm not supposed to open it. I told her to stop trying to rip people off. I understand that they get these products to sell them and have little control over quality or quantity but when you have a customer making a complaint about the whole shelf being bad, I wouldn't think you would attack that customer. Anyways, then she proceeded to tell me she is the manager and I need to leave. Disgusting!

This is a clean, bright, cheerful supermarket with beautiful fresh fruits and vegetables, a coffee bar with a very cheerful barista who will customize your drink to your taste, an Ace hardware store, and a great variety of groceries.

Absolutely wonderful experience. We travel and wanted something more than a freeway burger. Todd made us two very wonderful sandwiches. He left out no detail in making our sandwich perfect. Our cashier was quite attentive. It was truly a wonderful experience and a customer service heaven. Thank you both.

New management is in. Seems the store is coming back alive. It's prices are best grocery in town. Produce can use some help in being freshened more often, but over all it's a great market, with hardware store and great meat and cheese selection and pricing.

The produce section is horrendous. Apples that are rotting on the top, not just a soft spot, a whole top of one. Lettuce that has gone past the obvious printed sell by date by almost a week. And the most rude and creepy employee (department manager?) who was out stocking carts full of stuff yet there's still stuff that should definitely not even be offered. All the while he was glaring directly at us for looking thru the produce to find something worth buying. Honestly should have just walked out and went somewhere else. Every few months I try to give this store a chance but I just get even more disgusted than the last time. The rest of the store isn't terrible but it's not good enough to keep me coming back.

The store is always in good shape, typically has a great stock, (less so currently but it's been understandable why) the staff are nice and helpful. What's not to like? They even have some of the lesser known items I like but would normally be unable to find.

I went into this store for the first time today to check it out. I was pleased to see that they do have an organic selection of produce. Though not large, it is enough for salad fixings and fruit. They also carry block Ice, a hard-to-find item. Overall, it looks like the store is sufficient for most people's needs.

Great place in the middle of nowhere. We always stop here when we go thru Winnemucca NV.. Friendly checkers. Lots to choose from! Stop an choose something to eat or snack on. Besides it is a great place to stretch and walk around. Parking lot is big, easy RV parking.
