Staff is very knowledgeable about their individual departments and all have a good general understanding of the entire store. The store is always clean and is well stocked in the products, tools and general hardware offered. Many name brand materials, and products/tools. I do hope in the future the store expands offering more. The lumber yard is well stocked also, however, again I hope an expansion is in the future.

The customer service was exceptional, as Misty kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had a question about the products, and Misty responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with Belletetes was outstanding, and I can't wait to start my next project.

They don’t care too much about helping their customers (or at least over the phone.) Husband called to see if they had any water tanks/barrels they said yes. He asked if they could provide more info on what type and they told him he’d just have to come down and look, couldn’t be bothered to get more info. After driving (out of his way) to see, it ends up that they are literally just garbage cans. I called myself afterwards just to check again and see what they’d say, they again said “I think we might have some you’d have to come look around.” Super helpful.

Excellent staff help. Had all the items on my list. Much less overwhelming than the big box stores. Would much rather shop locally so I'm glad Belletetos is here. Highly recommend.

Ive been going here for many years to get dog food shavings grain hay etc..and never had anyone be so rude as some old guy who apparently thinks he runs the place. never saw him before until about 2/3 weeks ago . he came out the door and wouldnt let in to go pay at first . he said i was speeding . well Nope I wasnt. and he said he was going to tell me one more time or I am not allowed there that "they" didnt want my business and I can go some where else Guess he thought he had the authority to tell customers what to do.. Hmmm he looks nothing more then a sales person Fine by me..Another newbie woman was just as rude inside.. I dont want to deal with Negative a holes. *I went to get 3 bags of dog food and could only find 1 out of 5 that wasnt chewed open from rats and mice. thats disgusting

If you believe in customer service, DON'T go to Belletetes! Ever since this location was bought by Belletetes (it was RP Johnson) the customer service has degraded. The agents are not only unhelpful, it seems they work really hard at being unhelpful. Today was the last straw. We asked for two 12 foot boards to be cut in half. The agent clearly didn't want to do it, said he'd be out in a few minutes, then never came. We left without buying the boards. Belletetes is only a few miles from our house but we'll be going to any other lumber yard from now on.

Stay far away from Belletetes Andover if you have kids with you! Spent over an hour in there with 3 young boys pricing out new construction windows (ours are failing and rotting and we urgently need them). I kept the kids entertained while my husband worked with an employee (who was very nice nice got the kids coloring books and crayons) We walked around the model rooms for quite awhile when they got bored and when we went into the kitchen area an older woman who works there came around the corner exacerbated yelling to our older two, "can you PLEASE be careful!!" She then saw me around the corner and looking at her stunned I said, "they are and aren't hurting anything!" Then she said, "well these are corian counter tops and they need to be careful!" I said again pretty firmly, "Ok, well they aren't touching them!" I marched out with the kids and went for a drive while my husband was waiting another 30 min for quotes because their system was that slow!! 90 min wasted! We won't spent a penny there after that treatment, and it's a big project they just lost out on! Families with kids need things too! 😡😡😡

I love Belletetes, a family owned business that treats customers with respect and like a neighbor. If I am looking for a particular item that may not be is stock I can have it ordered and pick up in a few days..it really is the place to shop for my home projects. With my small truck I like that I can get what I need delivered. Thank you.

It was like walking into the movie "night of the living dead". The gentleman on the register was alive and pleasant but from there forget it!!! The guy at the lumber counter didn't or couldn't utter a word. The paint guy sold me the wrong stuff, and the guys in the yard, not sure what planet they were on. Consumers have choices, go elsewhere and get helpful courteous help

We have had the best experience with Brendan at Belletetes. We were trying to get a part for a sliding door which was made in Canada. We were given Belletetes name to call and see if they could help. We live no where near a Belletetes so everything was done online. Brendan figured what we needed with the pictures of the door I provided and promptly let me know the cost. Shortly after that he notified me that they wouldn't be getting an order from the company for another month so he managed to find what we needed within the stock they had. He mailed them to me making the whole process very easy. He really went out of his way to help me out.

Very happy with this business. The gentleman in plumbing was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my lack of experience in this field and helped me solve my problem. Would recommend them to anyone. Great service and prices are fair. Definitely Will be back.

Great hardware and small engine and lumber barn and door and window showcase!!! The employees really know what they are doing!! If you need any help they are always there to help you. Very friendly place. Better than home Depot on my opinion.

I'm a contractor that USED to have an account with belletetes in Andover NH. I had called for a quote on materials for a roof I was replacing. They gave me a quote of $6,700. I made up my estimate for the homeowner off this estimate and homeowner agreed to the terms 2 days later. I called belletetes and told them I wanted to go through with the order. I opened my card up for the $6,700 transaction. Belletetes called me and hour later and told me they were only able to charge $6,500 of the $11,060 due for the order. I told them the order was only supposed to be $6,700 per the quote they gave me 2 days prior that is promised for 30 days. They told me that there was a mistake and that the total cost is $11,060. I said cancel my order and hung up the phone. Not 10 minutes later I get an email from belletetes saying they could drop it to $9,800. I replied that's still not what was promised. An hour later I got another email saying he talked to a manager and the best they could do was $8,400. I didn't reply and the next day I received an email from someone else saying that they were a manager and there had been a mistake and he could give me a price of $7,100. I ordered all the materials from Middleton lumber for $5,370. Were not talking a couple bucks they were trying to con out of one order, we're talking THOUSANDS. Now everytime I have no choice but to go there, everyone except 2 guys give me an attitude. Everything they have is twice as much as anywhere else and they say it's a convenience fee. They have the first part right it's a CON-venience. Many of the employees are very nice and helpful and I feel bad leaving this review but people should know what they did. If you have no choice but to go here, only deal with Jay Couch. I need to clarify that this was in May, BEFORE covid-19 so I could only imagine what they are pulling now.

Not a bad store they have all that you need but their hours are short and weird, which makes you have to go to the big names stores and them lose you business but I guess they don’t care. You also have to pay attention to price on the shelves because they will over charge you at the register sometimes.

Shady business practices. I few days ago, I was quoted $3800 for the floor model of the mower I was interested in. I went it today to buy it, the price is now $4000. Today's associate doesn't know why I was quoted a different price, even though it is in writing, but won't honor it. No desire to help, work with me, or call me back after discussed with previous associate. Wished me a good day. Utterly disappointed.

Army Soldiers coming thru this beautiful area...had some difficulty with our HUMVEE. The locals towed us to the store was able tlto gwt back on rhe road the staff was AWESOME , professional and helpful...THANK YOU!!!

Beware of buying tools..... I purchased a DeWalt framing gum and finish gun and they both jam after every 20+/- nails. I called and talked with someone and they said there is nothing they can do about it..... Wow...

Small engine apartment is a joke couldn’t get me a drive belt for my riding lawnmower because he did not want to look through the belts to find it because a part number was worn off that’s not good service told me to go to bonds or tractor supply
