Outstanding place for service! Have been here a number of times for service and have never been disappointed! Always greeted with a pleasent smile and if its Tanya's- treats for my pups as well. Mechanic Chris solved a difficult and pesky mechanical issue this week for far less than I was expecting to pay. While "Brooks" is changing its name shortly I doubt it will change its hometown quality. Kudos to a great team!

All service went very well with Noyes and I have no problem with them. I do have a paint issue with my 2019 Silverado. On both front fenders the paint is peeling off. I bought resist-all paint protection when I purchased the vehicle for $695 as well as an original undercoating, and then a resist-all undercoating and touch up. Basically I've spent close to $2,000 in preventive maintenance and now I'm told GM is not doing anything about the paint issue they know about and it is not covered under my paint protection plan. I don't feel I should be the one that has to pay to fix this issue on a 4 year old truck that cost $40,000+ . Again, not the dealerships issue.

The folks at Moyes Chevrolet were absolutely fantastic! I broke down on my way home to Virginia from Pittsburg and they worked me in to get me up and running. We found the team there to be very welcoming and willing to help you with all our needs. The biggest thing is they worked as a team. We had our salesman that was helping us but everyone on the sales team helped with any questions we had and were willing to help each other on the sale of the Vehicle. We had been to other dealerships looking for a truck and they made us feel like just a number a sale and that was it. We walked away from those dealerships with out a new truck. We went into Don Noyes dealership thinking was going to be the same thing but we were presently surprised. I feel a dealership should get recognized for such great team work and willingness to work together and not cut each other down to get the sale.
