The experience with Fiori Construction was great. The quote was thorough, accurate, and reflective of the required work. Michael and his team are hard workers who did very neat and complete work. We are very happy with how the roof looks, and it is great to have confidence my house will stay dry. We chose Fiori Construction for our project in part because he did the roof for a family members house and it has held up great. We also chose them be because Michael is very friendly and accommodating and wants the customer to be satisfied with the work. Additionally, the cleanup was meticulous, so we did not have to worry about nails in the grass that could hurt the dog! Thanks for a job well done!

Michael Fiori was an awesome person to work with. He is polite and very personable. He took the time to thoroughly examine our roofing and attic ventilation issues, and explained the possible resolutions to correct them. Michael and his team were on time both days and prepared the yard to prevent damage to the landscaping. Due to the specific nature of our attic ventilation problem, Michael had to expend additional effort to resolve the issue. Michael and his team were meticulous in cleaning the yard after the work was done both days. The price for the work was fair and his work is extremely high quality workmanship. This was also pointed out by another contractor when they came to perform work in the attic after the roof was replaced. We highly recommend Fiori Construction for your roofing needs.

We used Fiore Construction company for a new roof and we couldn't be happier with the service and the job they did. Mike and his crew were exceptional, an A+ company . They started at 8:00 a.m. and were finished the same day. They made sure that everything was clean and picked up when the job was done . If you hadn't seen them here working on the roof, you wouldn't have known they had been here. If you are in the market for a new roof, we would highly recommend them.

Mike was great, he was quick to come out and give us a very reasonable quote on a fix for our roof. He came out on a weekend to fix the roof since rain was forecasted for Monday. I will definitely be using Fiori for any future roofing needs.Update: We ended having Mike replace our roof. And the end result was great, he completely covered the roof in ice and water shield, and made sure all the rotting wood caused by our old leaky roof was replaced. We had our roof installed by Mike a little while ago. The quality of work was top notch and price was extremely reasonable. We recently had an issue with our chimney that I initially though was a roof issue. When I called Mike he came right out in the middle of a storm to observe the problem. He came back later to help diagnose the problem and recommend some mason/ solutions to fix the problem. Mike Fiori is the most exceptional contractor we have ever worked with. We met during stressful circumstances when another substandard contractor abandoned the job and left us with a partially removed roof on our barn. Mike responded immediately when we first contacted him, he was onsite in less than two days to assess the job and give us an estimate. He was able to provide us with a letter listing issues he saw with the previous contractor’s work that enabled us to obtain a full refund. And when he had a change to his schedule he contacted us and was onsite with his crew to roof our uncovered barn just days after we first met. We have never seen anyone work harder than Mike and his crew, they were polite, completely professional and could not be more highly skilled. The job was done in record time and when they finished they left the site completely spotless. The roof they gave us is the best of the best, and the price was beyond reasonable. We also would like to stress that Mike’s communication is the gold standard for any kind of hire work, he always answered immediately any call, texts or e-mails, we were never left wondering when we would hear back from him. Mike was great and quick to respond. We had a leak and Mike knew the urgency to make a visit to inspect which resulted in a new roof. He and his team at Fiori Construction LLC were fantastic and installed our roof in one day! Fiori Construction installed our roof last month (April 2022). Word-of-mouth referral from a family member and also another friend, who were both very pleased with their workmanship and the overall customer experience. My roof looks fantastic, and from what I've personally seen at my family member's home and heard from our friend, this is consistently the case. I personally found Mike Fiori professional, knowledgeable and patient when we were stressed, with a great "cocktail napkin" explanation of a somewhat complex problem. Crew was there when they said they would be, with a quick response time after our roof leaked - less than a week from initial contact to completed installation. The latter was done in a day even with extensive plywood decking work (just under the wire before a big rainstorm hit!). My family member's experience has been that he has been this responsive even a year after completing their roof as well, related to her concerns about animal damage. Owner was the one to do the initial consultation and was ON SITE WORKING ALONG SIDE HIS CREW through the entire job. Crew draped the house carefully to protect the siding, took the time to move some play equipment, etc. from the yard and careful with these, and were meticulous in removing all tools and debris. Price was more than competitive, a relief given we weren't expecting to have to pay for extensive roof repairs right now. Step-by-step transparency when we knew the cost of materials would vary based on what was found when shingles were off, offered a range of options without the "up-sell" and had a good sense of what was important to us in the process. Thorough contract and invoice documentation. Was comforting to have a contractor that is fully insured, as I've seen someone close to me run into serious problems with one that was not. GAF certification protects our warranty, and Mike clearly knows this product and the alternatives. From our collective experience with Fiori Construction over the past couple of years, you can expect a quality job from a well-run company that stands behind its work.Service: Roof installation
