Lane Roofing replaced our roof in February 2024. Highly recommend! Lane was awesome to work with from start to finish. We received a quote within 24 hrs. Troy was our project manager, answered all our questions, and guided us through replacing parts of our roof or doing an entire roof replacement. We opted to do a full replacement. On day of job, tarps were put to protect the house, landscaping, patio, deck, and pool. The crew is a well oiled machine and completed everything in one day. The yard was spotless. We are beyond happy and would highly recommend the whole Lane Roofing Crew!

Lane Roofing is by far the best roofing company to work with: they are attentive, super responsive to any messages, hard working and professional. When I called to get an estimate, the owner was here the very next morning.We had approached other companies for quotes and either did not receive a call back, or got an outrageous quote with 2 year wait time to get our job done. The extreme weather over the last few winters has wreaked havoc on my shed and ultimately my home roof. It required me to look for roof replacement estimates over the Christmas holiday and I leveraged both friends and social community sites to review possible companies to perform the work.Josh from Lane Roofing came highly recommended by a friend and after meeting and receiving four different estimates, it was clear that Lane was the obvious choice. It was clear that not only did his team understand the installation process, but more importantly, how to ensure the roof provided an extended life through proper ventilation.The entire process, from promptly answering questions about roof replacements in 20-degree weather to notification on the dumpster delivery, as well as real-time communication from the onsite project manager during the installation, made the entire experience one that I never felt concerned or nervous about during the process.I can’t express enough the need for you to at least contact Lane for an estimate. While all four companies I met with were pleasant to deal with, Lane delivered the needed knowledge as well as a very competitive price.Thanks again to the entire team at Lane Roofing for a job well done.

Outstanding workmanship from the workers. They worked 11 hours straight Replacing our roof. The supervisor ,Ed was professional throughout the process. He answered any questions we may have had on the day of the project.Communication throughout this project was minimal. We weren't told what day the materials would be dropped off, what day the installation would begin, what day the gutters would be installed... we received a phone call after we expressed frustration and wanted the gutter company's phone number and we would call them ourselves. We were told we were nitpicking. No, we just wanted to know time frames when things were happening so we can make sure they had access to our house and someone was home to receive them. We had other contractors at our home and didn't want them in each others way.

Josh was super helpful answering all my questions for a while before I made a decision! He even recommended me other reputable contractors for other projects! I was mostly worried about Debris especially that we have expensive white marble stones in our plantations areas! The large crew he sent on the job were so professional that not even a spec of dust when they were done that we can find! As if they were never there! Our roof is absolutely stunning and I can see a massive difference especially the way they did the ridge vent!Couldn’t be happier! I have a large roof, that was giving us problems. I called Josh he came out the next day gave me a very reasonable price. The only delay was weather related. The materials were delivered in and within a week the job was completed in one day. Great job, the yard was cleaned not even a nail could be found. Very easy company to work with. I highly recommend Lane Roofing for any roofing problems. They do not come any better.

Lane Roofing’s Project Manager Ed Stone arrived with his 6-person crew (4 men & 2 women) at 5:53 am which was 9 minutes after sunrise! Within 5 minutes, they were laying down tarps and leaning ladders on the house. I went out to talk to Ed and he took me on a walk around the structures that they were going to re-roof: 1) House. 2) Two stall detached garage. 3) Gazebo. 4) Shed. He explained the sequence of operations and answered a few questions that I had. By 8:00 am, they had the existing house roof stripped. I had to leave after that for an appointment and got back at 9:30 am and my wife said that they had stripped the existing roof off the garage by 9:00 am! The crew worked like a well-oiled machine, sometimes they were working by themselves and then together when it became more that a one-person job. As the garage was being roofed, a couple others of the crew had already stripped the Gazebo and were starting the roofing it while another crew member was roofing the shed By ~ 2:30 pm, all 4 roofs were done and then they started the final cleaning up and they left at 3:10 pm The were here for a total time of 8 hours and 13 minutes and in that time, they stripped 3 roofs and installed 4 new roofs and took a lunch break! I would not have believed all of that could be done in that time if I had not witnessed it myself. As they were cleaning up, Ed took me on a walk around to make sure I was satisfied. The cleanup was excellent, cleaner than before they arrived. If you are looking at getting a new roof, I would highly recommend Lane Roofing due to the excellent experience that we had with them.Service: Roof installation

This has to be the most efficient company I’ve dealt with so far! The owner came right out after I called for an estimate and he had that ready for me the next day. They were able to schedule the job in a reasonable amount of time. The crew arrived early on that day and immediately started working. In the short amount of time I needed to get ready to leave for work they had all the tarps up and had half of the roof stripped off. When I returned home the area was as neat as a pin. I need to get back to them to adjust the gutter guards in the front but overall it looks great and we’re pleased with the work.Service: Roof installation

Friendly, had an on site foreman who walked me through all aspects of the job and answered all my questions. protected windows and property with tarps worked quickly and clean op was super cleaner than before they came.Even the man who dropped off their dumpster was friendly and went out of his way to protect my driveway by putting wood down.Great job from start to finish

Lane came out and provided an extremely reasonable quote for our roof replacement. Once the installation date was set, they showed up and had the roof stripped and replaced within a few hours. The craftsmanship is top notch. Clean up was impeccable. At one point during our install, a neighbor stopped by to ask if she could set up an appointment to have a wonky shingle fixed. Lane Roofing went over and fixed the wonky shingle free of charge and on the spot. That is great business. I highly recommend this company above all others we have received quotes from. 10/10. Josh and his team were great to work with, Josh himself came out to personally inspect our previous roof and give us a quote. We got 5 quotes total and Lane roofing was the lowest by a wide margin. Rob was our site manager, he was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions and keep us well informed throughout the process. They were able to get our old roof off and a new one on in the same day. Would definitely recommend Lane Roofing if you're in the market for a new roof!

In 6 hours his crew replaced two sky lights, repointed and sealed two chimneys, and completely replaced the roof on my house and pool house. I have never seen such efficiency in a job. My experience with Lane Roofing could not have been better from start to finish.I filled out a quote request on the Lane website where I listed my availability. I received a call back within 5 minutes and we confirmed an early morning appointment which was in less than 2 days.The morning of the appointment, Josh arrived 8 minutes early.Later that day, Josh texted me to let me know that he e-mailed the quote. It was very detailed and for a great price.I e-mailed Josh a few days later with a few questions. He replied within 2 hours.I completed the electronic contract.A couple weeks later Jordan emailed me with the proposed work date. Shortly thereafter, material arrived.The night before the date a dumpster was placed on blocks in an unobtrusive place in my yard.The planned start time was 7:15 AM. Troy the foreman arrived at 6:30. The crew arrived at 6:55, and immediately started in.For the next 5 hours, I watched in amazement at how fluent and efficient the crew worked. Tarps were hung from every roof to protect shrubs and channel debris. Once that was complete, 2 crew members cleaned debris while the others installed.I have worked in manufacturing for 30 years and have a firm grasp of streamlining work. This team was beyond streamlined. No wasted motion. No idle chit chat. No looking at their phones. They came to work, and that is what they did. They were the definition of a well oiled machine.Upon completion, they all circled the property picking up any remaining debris for 30 or so minutes. I was amazed at the amount of time and effort they put into leaving no debris or damage.In the blink of an eye, they were gone.The next morning, the dumpster was removed by 7am.Other than a bit of wear and tear on the grass, there was no trace that they had even been there the day before.Overall an OUTSTANDING performance by Josh and his team. Every aspect of the process was exceptional. My roofs look amazing.If you are looking for a new roof, I definitely recommend having Lane Roofing be one of the contractors you explore. By all means, get quotes from others (we did and they were all more $). Josh was straight forward, very responsive, respectful and courteous.To me, not only Price, but Responsiveness, Performance and Customer Care are also very important. At Lane roofing, you get all 4.

I would recommend this company for your roofing needs. I asked for a quote and the owner came over that day and gave me the best quote. I always do my research and get 3-4 quotes so I can make an educated decision. This company checked all the boxes. They communicate via email and are responsive. I didn’t feel that I was being railroaded or taken advantage of in any way. With a modest home and an income to match, they were the best choice for me. I’m not sure why there was such a difference in pricing between all the quotes, but it varied between 2-4 thousand for the same service. They did the work in one day and my roof looks beautiful! I also had several over hanging branches that they trimmed for me while they were up on the roof saving me $$$. I also got a call and a follow up visit to ensure that I was happy with the workmanship which I didn’t expect. My overall experience was very good and I will recommend them to others. Customer service is 100%.
