Zero Stars. We have been waiting for our shower doors for over three weeks for time of installation. We initially had consultation and submitted payment in March (Over six weeks ago). A reasonable person would think they ordered these doors at the time of submitting payment and scheduling service. We have asked for an ETA of installation which should be readily available if they ordered the equipment at time of scheduling service. The company reports they have sent messages to us they have not. They take a message and never reply. Multiple calls to customer service. "No representatives available" no one ever calls back. They showed up unannounced the day after shower installation to fix a leak. Incredibly unprofessional. Would never use them or recommend to anyone that wants things handled in a timely manner. Where are our shower doors?! It has been over six weeks. Did you forget to order them? Be transparent. Not the first customer to have issues. Reporting to BBB and will take legal action.They have since called and apologized and offered compensation to have us take down our reviews- state that the shower doors will be here in 5-7 days. No installation date as of yetUpdate: following the “ETA” of 5-7 days we were told the doors would be there the following week. When asked for a tracking number, I was told, “I don’t have any tracking number; this is through our vendor who is sourcing it. I agree that this is unacceptable, especially when considering we paid a large sum to have this expedited in the original timeline provided(I certainly wouldn’t have given that timeline in hindsight if I was aware any of this would occur).” Given that action wasn’t taken until we posted negative reviews it leads me to believe the doors were not ordered in the first place.On 05/23, the door arrived and was picked up. The door was installed the next day. From a distance the door looks okay but with close inspection-The pannels curves out towards the top , there’s noticeable gaps in the black caps, and the tile was made to look like a singular piece in the sales pitch not with these gaps and shelves were poorly spaced to where they serve little function. Finally when the installation was first underwent, the plumbing was placed towards the edge of the shower making it impossible to the rain shower head purchased with the shower

Worse customer service! No one will call me back. I keep getting the same response from the person answering the phone. No one is available and I will send them your message and someone will call you back shortly. What a joke! Then the proceed to ask me if I want a free estimate. That's another joke! I have already explained to you that I was having issues with the installation. I swear they are reading from a script as they all ask the same questions. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They start out great till there's a problem then they don't care. They take your money and run...Update 03/25/24:20 minutes after posting this review someone called me back. She used the excuse that the person handling my issues was fired. She assured me that all my issues would be fixed. She also asked me to take down my review once everything was made right. Someone did come out and replaced my flip up drain with a pop up stopper. When he was asked if he was going to fix the other issues he said no he was only told to fix the tub. I immediately call and left a message. Amanda called me back at 8pm saying that she coaches a volleyball team that's why she wasn't in the office. She proceeded to ask me to send an email with all my problems and that she would address it in the morning. The next day I got an email saying that my warranty was completed. I emailed and asked why? Amanda said that they had to close it so that they could open a new one. Well that's the last I've heard from anyone. I tried calling and emailing with no response. It's been a week now and I'm still waiting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Use them if you want shotty work done and you don't want your money.

I had my bath tub replaced with a walk in shower, I was thrilled with the results. When I saw the ad for flooring, I had to get a quote. Flooring had thirty years of ware, time to change. Pleased with the quote, its a go. They came, finished in six hours, cleaned up. Now I have a beautiful floor, thank you to the guys that did a great job!! Here's the before and after.

Our experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating. Initially, there was a miscommunication regarding the remodeling schedule, leading to unexpected changes and inconvenience. The team failed to coordinate to provide us the schedule to bring in our outsourced contractors, resulting in the need for additional visits to complete the work. They started the demo work on 13th of February 2024 and caused few damages on the wall, which we were told that they will fix. Hence, there is now an extra expense for the wall painting besides fixing the wall. Moreover, the missing bathroom door trim and undelivered items have further added to the dissatisfaction. Our request to adjust the invoice for unused items has gone unanswered for over 10 days. Since February 18th, we've been using an unfinished bathroom without electricity, as the scheduled work has been repeatedly delayed, causing us to cancel other planned services. They had scheduled work today to address our concerns of fixing the damaged wall, installing the door trim and removal of vanity and toilet for our Masonry guy to work but no one showed up despite the numerous attempts to contact the company. The operators are unable to provide updates and the operations team remaining unresponsive. We are still unable to use the only bathroom we have to its full potential. This has truly been the worst renovation experience for us. Very dissatisfied with this company. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Not even worth one star !!!

I had my bath shower replaced by PIC Home Pros. They did an excellent job from start to finish. They had me pick the design for the composite shower, and the faucets and accessories. Gave an appointment for the installation. Their professionals reached in the morning on the assigned date. Removed the old shower and installed the new one by 2 PM. The shower door installation was after a few days by another contractor. The shower is beautiful and has been working with no issues.

PIC Home Pros installed a walk-in shower with seat and grab rails for my elderly parents. The work was done, start to finish, in a single day. Working with the PIC sales representative, Joseph, was a great experience. Really everyone that I worked with to get the project done was extremely professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend for a quick tub-to-shower renovation.

We met with the sales person Nick Russo, who was very nice and informative. He explained everything thoroughly. We agreed on a price. Soon the installation date was set. Install day arrived. The old tub/shower was taken out and the new one was installed. We now have a big beautiful white tub/shower! Couldn't be happier! Great value too! THANK YOU ALL, WELL DONE!

This is a long story and I am just going to stick with major events and issues. I had a 43 year old bathroom and PIC was one of 4 national contractors I vetted for a complete remodel. The bathroom needed to be done in certain time frames due to work schedules which is the reason why I went with a company that organizes general contractors.1) Contract signed in March 2023 with install date on June 20232) Install Date of June 2023 was blown and moved to August 2023 with items on back order3) The installation time frame was promised to be 4 days. This turned into 1 month. The flooring was put down, stepped on, worked on and was damaged and needed to be replaced.4) Pipping under the bathroom and wet area was not fully updated. Two months after completion an old pipe leaked and PIC informed me that they were not responsible because at the time the pipe was not compromised.Overall, the bathroom is not perfect for the money that was paid. There was no attention to detail when finalizing the mudding and having a plumbing issue two months later when the weather has changed and the bathroom is being used more often has prompted this review.If you decide to use the company in the future I advise creating your own contract or adding to their contract. Word of mouth, emails, and/or text messages are not enough.

Honestly the worst imaginable customer service. Amanda is somewhat helpful but obviously overworked-everyone one else in that office has no idea what’s going on. Even the contractors that work for are out of the loop-wouldn’t recommend if you want a low stress experience. Yes the work looked nice but it was very difficult to get them to actually come and do it. They said 10 days and it became 7 weeks-that was with me checking in daily to see if they were *even coming*! Get it together “home pros” 😂

The PIC Home Pros sales guy came to my home and did a presentation on the company, bathroom styles, and materials. Selling point besides the beautiful end product was that they remove any moisture found in the walls and they replace the drain pipes. The installation guys came over at 8:00am on a Friday and were finished by 4:30 that same day. I highly recommend PIC!

I live in a 90-year-old cedar log cabin that has one bathroom with a cast iron claw foot tub, which was in mint condition. Being 74 years old I decided to prepare for my golden years and eliminate any probable hazards. I called PIC Homes, and a salesperson came to the house, laid out the samples for the shower stall and I loved the product. As I am such a skeptic, I was afraid to commit. I was so glad I did. The shower is amazing. The two gentlemen worked in unison, put down cloths to protect the hardwood floors and respected my home. They left the home as clean as they found it. I have recommended PIC to my friends. Thank you for your impeccable customer service and for a job well done.

Well, it’s been about five weeks since they did the install and it is not complete yet. I have made several calls and they have scheduled an appointment that they never showed up for and or called to tell me they weren’t showing up for. The support staff, Amanda,and Shari Are extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and incompetent. Every time I call to try to schedule them to come out and finish the job they have no idea Talking about and I have to go through the whole story again. The workmanship was great. The product quality is nice, but I would never use them again.

PIC Home Pros was responsive to my request to redo our master bath. Joseph Baird came over and spent all the time needed to view the site, measure things, work up an estimate. What I appreciated was his willingness to take all the time needed to fully answer the plethora of questions I had regarding everything. I never felt pressured or rushed and he listened to my vision of what I wanted and let me explore all the options I had for the job. Yhe space is very small and took some problem solving to get what I wanted. They are are also very quick to scheduke the work. And unlike the Murphy Brown situation, they come in like a swarm of bees and once starting will complete the job in 2 days, taking pictures of wach step as they go. Looking forward to finally having a master bath I can live with.

This is a poor excuse for a company. They ordered and installed the wrong windows and will not fix the situation. They subcontract everything out from the places they order to the people that install so Noone that worked on this works with them any longer. We keep calling and were told if we're unhappy we can sue them. Honestly with all these bad reviews maybe we can get a class action law suite going. When financing fell through they kept our 2.3k deposit. I have called and left several messages in the last couple of weeks and no one can return my calls. I asked to speak to a supervisor and all they could tell me was that there was no one able to help me and they would take a message. I’ll be filing a complaint with BBB and my insurance company.Salesman Jason was awesome.

PIC Home Pros renovated my main bathroom Oct 4-6, 2023. This job required the removal of a large jacuzzi tub, a stall shower, the toilet, a single vanity and sink, and a tall built-in linen closet unit. After interviewing six bathroom contractors, we chose PIC Home Pros because they were the only contractor who could do the entire job. All the others wanted me (a 79-year old) to act as my own general contractor and hire, coordinate, and direct the renovation! PIC also quoted the best overall price of the six contractors. The two young men who spent three days working in our home were very respectful, extremely hard-working, and very talented at plumbing, carpentry, installation of a beautiful double vanity with quartz top, built a linen closet with a standard-size door where the stall shower once was, installed a luxury vinyl waterproof floor, and installed a huge walk-in shower with glass doors where the jacuzzi had been. They also installed the two recessed medicine chest mirrors as well as the new toilet I had purchased. The PIC electrician arrived on Day 3 and installed the two light fixtures, the new exhaust fan I had purchased, and changed out the "eye-ball" lights for recessed LED shower lights. He also was extremely nice, professional, and good at his job. There were a few very minor things that needed attention and PIC came back 12/21/23 and corrected all of those minor issues (the delay in coming back to attend to our minor issues had more to do with my schedule than PIC's). The reason I haven't rated PIC with five stars had nothing to do with the work they did; rather it's due to two things: (1) a new salesman inexperienced in both PIC's product line as well as their automated system from which the contract is produced. (2) READ YOUR CONTRACT before signing it. PIC does NOT do mudding/taping/sanding/feathering between old walls and the new green board they install. They also do not, according to that contract, do painting. I had always planned to do my own painting and wallpapering; however the difference between the old walls and the new green board was quite prominent. Fortunately, my son was able to spend two Saturdays and one Sunday making the walls look perfect. Would I recommend PIC Home Pros? ABSOLUTELY. Everyone I dealt with at the company were very professional and obviously, their aim was to have a happy customer. I am that happy customer! That walk-in shower is fabulous!

The salesman showed me all my options but was not at all pushy, but also very professional. The jib was done quickly with absolutely no mess left behind. Ultimately the shower is GREAT! We purchased a condo to rent and one bathroom needed a complete new shower and fast. We had a good salesperson but then there was a bit of a lag and some communication hiccups from signing to getting started. However, we got it worked out and the men who tore out and installed the new shower worked very hard and did a wonderful job. Our condo quickly rented and we were all very pleased!

Our metal tub had bathed 4 generations but now begged for retirement. PIC made a great presentation and installment of a walk-in was flawless. The 2 gentleman who installed worked all day and evening. They were friendly, courteous and left a clean site. I love my walk-in and include it as a highlight of any house tour. (My mom always treated workmen well and I follow her tradition. Please take good care of these hard workers.)
