I would highly recommend Tuff Shed! From design to delivery to assembly and finish work, I had a great experience. Still need to add some landscaping and art... but it's already functioning as the perfect She Shed Office and a landing pad for my college-age son. Interior fit out around windows was a bit challenging, but we figured out an elegant solution, keeping it simple and stylish. Very happy with my space! Thank you Tuff Shed! Tuff Shed was great from beginning to end! We worked with Jessica while designing our large 12x24 shed, and she was patient and super responsive. We shopped around and Tuff Shed gave us the most space and features for our money. We ordered our shed and they were able to deliver it within days. (Normally it takes a few weeks.) Good job overall. Disappointed that the materials for the second coat of paint were not supplied in a timely manner, but satisfied now that the second coat has been applied at no charge. There were some gaps where the doors meet at the top and bottom that I had to fix myself so that pests don't enter the shed. But overall I am mostly pleased. Seems to be good quality, installation was fast and easy, and the inside of the shed has stayed nice and dry despite several heavy rainstorms.Services: Custom shed design, Storage shed design & building, Shed installation

I just had my 30 X 12 ft Tuff Shed intalled several weeks again. Jessica and all my contacts at Tuff Shed were extremely professional, responsive and made the whole experience worth the effort. Sheds are competitively priced, even with all the bells & whistles! Once the permit was completed with the town (Tuff Shed handled getting the permit) the prefab sections were loaded on to a truck , delivered to my house and the shed was completed in 6 hours. My hats of to the installers, as they worked efficiently and did not cut corners. In the end, I got a high quality shed that will now become my Ukulele man cave! I highly recommend Tuff Shed to anyone looking to build an out building. The shed was as expected and as I reviewed at my local Home Depot. Installers were fine and on time. The shed looked great once it was assembled and the materials were as expected. Jessica in sales put together exactly what I wanted for a garage, I made multiple changes to the plan along the way and every time I reached out to her she responded right away. My deadline for the project was tight and she got my project started weeks ahead of the estimated date. The builders that put my garage up were also top notch. Super dedicated guys that put in a lot of work in a very short amount of time. They also fixed small issues that I did not expect them to, these issues were not ones they created and that were from the concrete company I hired. As a practice, I like to give companies an opportunity to respond to and rectify their mistakes before publicly sharing my experience, but how many chances should they be given before time is up? Tuff Shed built and installed our garage but has displayed a huge disparity in how they do business from start to never finishing, even after we have paid in full for everything. We purchased this garage in July, and it was assembled in October. While at this point, the garage is assembled and looks good, we do not have a main door, which upon purchase we were informed would take 4-6 weeks (due to COVID) after the garage went up, but after completion, we were told 12 weeks plus from the assembly of the garage - BIG inconsistency. Then the side door we ordered was incorrect, and the replacement has been incorrectly ordered by the company 2 times now. After finally getting the correct door, they promised installation on December 15. They then no-called, no-showed, and after a strong message to their customer service that we expected a resolution within 24 hours, they promised to install the door first thing in the morning on December 18. They have not showed up, they have not called, and have left us yet again with only empty promises and no service. For a process that has taken months to fulfill, and is impacting my husband’s livelihood, all I can do is warn everyone I know to never use this company, which is a shame. Poor follow through, and a debilitating lack of communication between their departments. We are disappointed and frustrated, and hope no one else has to go through the same process. We love our shed. It's beautiful and the quality is excellent. Our only complaint was that our scheduled window for delivery and installation was from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and the crew did not arrive until 4:20. It was next to impossible to talk to a human and find out what was going on. I tried email, voicemail, and text. Finally reached someone in the sales department and he didn't have an answer either. Once they got here they moved fast and installed a beautiful shed. But we lost an entire day waiting for them. Great shed, bad communication.

My mom had a shed delivered and installed on August 14th. The wrong colored siding was installed. We were told that in order for them to fix their mistake it would cost us $1200.00. Then I write a review on here and I am told to contact them with my moms contact information and they would be in touch with her right away to make it right. I have since reached out via the email they provided TWICE and NO ONE has reached out. We should have known from day one that the communication would be this terrible, when it took us weeks to get in touch with them to even schedule our install. They lost our paperwork, showed up at the wrong location on the install day. Terrible company... Unless you want to have your money taken from you and receive the wrong product please go to a different company... I was thinking about Reeds Ferry first and I went with Tufts... Bought a Tuff Shed at Home Depot in April and paid about $3500 up front. The TS employees delayed, would not answer calls and tried to misinform me regarding the size of shed my town would allow (I personally believe the high cost of lumber had much to do with their reluctance to process my order). A 7-8 week delivery time turned into a 18-20 week delivery estimate. My complaint to the Better Business Bureau got my money back but it ruined my construction season.
