We took a ride to Bobs on Saturday 2/24/24 to look into granite counter tops for our pantry. Meghan assisted us in the showroom, she was very knowledgeable and helpful answering our questions. We had shopped around at the local kitchen establishments and found Bobs pricing to be more than competitive, we found exactly what we were looking for and paid the deposit. Meghan scheduled a measurement for the templates for the upcoming week and install the week after. Bobs was on time for both with their contractors who did an amazing job at the exact price quoted. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. Quality product and excellent service during this day when neither is a given. We highly recommend Bobs Granite!

Bob's installed our kitchen granite (glacier white) in July 2023. Lighter granite comes with more customer diligence for stains we were told. Working with the sales staff went smoothly, pricing was good and met our budget. There was a long wait for installation. We picked out and tagged our granite slab at a warehouse in Haverhill, MA. We purchased the upgraded sink from Bob's - note - it doesn't come with a bottom protection guard or hole stopper (purchased separately $75-100) so beware when comparing prices. Working with the fabrication department didn't go as well. To our surprise they do not do an actual template. They only write down measurements. No laser, no physical template. That resulted in small gaps, small alignments being off in our assessment. The communication between this department and the homeowner needs improvement because I had to call sales multiple times to know what the installer was doing during their visits, the arrival times, etc. + sales hours open much later than installation hours leaving us frustrated. They forgot a piece of backsplash on the initial installation, returned a week later with a replacement in the wrong size, something we, the homeowner, noted to them. They had to come back a third time causing a delay in the final completion which was frustrating for us. We had to be home three times to get it all done. Installers did a good job on matching joint colors. They work very quickly to install the granite. They did a good job to level the granite on the cabinets catching a small issue in our cabinet installation. They reinforced the sink which we appreciated. They recommend the customer seal the granite every few years. Our granite has a nice polished look and we like the granite we chose.Update- sink supplied scratches easily.

I shopped around for months and am so happy I finally decided on Bobs Granite Place for my kitchen. I highly suggest you check into them before purchasing new countertops. I can not say enough about Bob's Granite Place! I worked with Kelsie on the design that I wanted. I was looking for a particular time frame and they were able to meet it as well! Justin came out to measure my countertops and then the crew showed up a few days later to start the installation. The installation was amazing! Everyone was so professional and friendly. Unlike most contractors, they actually cleaned up before they left. Ten weeks later, they came back to install the backsplash. It is stunning! They lined up all the veins so perfectly! We are beyond thrilled with the entire experience! I also have to say, that we did get 3 quotes for this job and Bob's was the best! I highly recommend Bob's Granite Place to anyone that is looking for perfection!

Kelsey Charte was amazing during the entire process of picking out our countertops and having them installed! There are many decisions to make and lots of choices, it can seem overwhelming when you are making such a large purchase/commitment like countertops. She allowed us room to make up our own minds, never making us feel pressured to buy, but also shared her input/advice/experience when we asked.We were especially impressed and pleased by the fact that she followed up just like she promised. It’s a rare and beautiful thing to experience these days!For our island, we repurposed a sideboard/buffet, so when Eric came to template he gave us some pointers on what we should do before the install to make sure we had everything ready to go. His expertise is evident. Just check out that rounded edge on the end shelf! Perfection!Our countertops were installed this week, and we could not be happier! The installation guys were quick, professional, and (even more excitingly) earlier than we anticipated.Every morning we walk into our kitchen and are just in awe of what we see! What a transformation! The pictures don't do it justice. I shopped around. Bob's Granite Place prices were much better than the big box stores. I was able to get quartz for the same price as their lower quality solid surface counters.Bob's was able to come weeks ahead of schedule, a very nice surprise. The installer did a great job cleaning up after himself too.I am really pleased.

Everything was fine until the sink didn't fit the hole at the time of installation. They dry sawed the granite for 45 minutes in my home to make it fit. No warning or asking- just put their masks on and started. The dust and grit went everywhere. Also,the installer sawed into the backsplash but didn't mention anything to me.The sink was moved and 1 1/2" from where it was originally. The installer that had done the "measure" came out to assess. His solution was to move my entire kitchen countertop an 1 1/2" into the wall to line up. I asked for a plumber to look at it first. And if the plumber could fix it would BOB's reimburse. He agreed. A very gracious local plumber came before his day started and was able to fix it. The reimbursement was denied.I spoke to Bob. He spoke over me andwas argumentative. He stated in his 30 years he has never paid for plumbing but he would meet me half way although he didn't know why. I tried to explain just a few of the issues I had with the treatment of my home and that his installer said I would be reimbursed. He responds by telling me that his installer can pay for it. He isn't the owner of the company. And then accuses me of bringing up additional items so he will pay the entire invoice...which he then offers. I told him I didn't want the money at this point. He asks what I do want . I said I wanted an apology. He responds, "I'm sorry". That was a little late and insincere. He then laments on what a bad week he is having with employee issues, call outs and jobs. I had to ask him to stop and listen to me. I stated I wanted him to know the customer experience I had but since he didn't seem interested he could read it in my review. He states twice that I had better be careful what I write in my review and then states he will deny it.At this point I am accomplishing nothing so I thank him for calling me back and asked him to look at the way he does business and hung up.I am disappointed with Bob's granite's service.

Bob's (granite) came all the way to Southern ME which is quite a distance for them. Best price around, love the granite choices and the installers were great. Appointments were always on time and the install date was never cancelled or pushed out. Highly recommend them!

Our experience was excellent. Their staff were all friendly and answered every question we had, over and over again, and we changed our minds a few times. They had great patience with us even on our 4th or 5th visit back to the show room. There are No high pressure sales people, which made us comfortable to keep going back. We took the trip to Haverhill to see our slab, we recommend doing so, it was worth the trip. The sunny showroom was a nice feature as well. The three companies we visited in Concord, none had the feel and brightness of Bobs Place, and their quotes were higher. Bob, himself measured our kitchen and he was great, and the installers were polite, talented and fast and did a good clean up!. We love our undermount sink. We are happy, it looks awesome. Highly recommend Bobs Granite Place.

With Bob's Granite Place you will get 5 star service. I had Bob's come in and do the granite for kitchen counters, island and two bathrooms. We were very happy with everything about the experience. The consultation, professional installation, and most of all the price. Bob's pricing was better than the many local places that we visited. A family member visited us and was so impressed she had Bob's install granite in her kitchen. On two occasions, I've made counter additions to the kitchen. Bob has been able to make me custom matching pieces at very reasonable cost. They stand by their customers. Going out of their way to help them (even with little projects) after the sale.

Got our new granite countertops installed just in time for Christmas. Best Christmas gift ever! Our kitchen looks wonderful! I smile every morning when I walk into my kitchen.The staff at Bob's were great. Meghan in the office answered all of our questions and gave us a quote before we left. Eric came to measure everything and explained how the installation would go. The 2 guys who did the installation were friendly and efficient. They did everything in about an hour, including sealing, clean up and explanations.Great experience overall.

Just had granite counters installed in my kitchen. I have to say it was a pleasant and professional experience all the way around. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and polite and after shopping many granite showrooms, Bob’s had exactly what I was looking for, and the pricing was affordable. There was a slight miscommunication, but the staff went above and beyond to quickly fix the problem and make sure I was happy.The installation crew was great and made sure I was completely satisfied with the job. Update:Granite is installed and it looks great. The install was quick and professional.Kelsey and Donna have been great in helping pick out the counter tops. Donna showed me right off the color granite that worked perfect with our new kitchen, and made a great suggestion for edging based off having very young children. Kelsey has been working with me on install date and quickly responds to my emails. So far the experience has been great and can't wait to see the final product.

Went there looking at possible counter tops and the people were nice enough, but they advertise these very cheap prices for quartz and we couldn't find any samples at the prices advertised and the same goes for the granite. It was just a wasted trip and time

We want to thank Bob and his team for an awesome experience with our granite countertops. On 18 May Bob came out and templated our counters and mentioned the stone set aside for us had a large black strip through the middle of it. He asked if that is what we wanted and we told him no; so he worked with us and hand-picked our piece of granite which is beautiful. In addition to the excellent sales service from Kelsey and Bob, the install team did a superb job removing the old countertops and installing the granite and new sink. Thank you all for a great experience!

Absolutely love the Granite Counter tops! I shopped around and their prices are the best. Bob was great to deal with. Our place is new construction and when it was finally time to have them installed I had a small issue with a couple of his employees trying to get it installed sooner than they were able to. But Bob took over and came out himself right away to our property to take the measurements for templating and they were installed the next week to meet our tight schedule. It was not their fault I wasn't able to give them sufficient notice but he made it happen and I am grateful for their service. On top of the fact I couldn't be more pleased with the counter tops and installation. Thank you Bob!
