Aaron and Cody came to check out our old water heater and show us the options for the new ones. They were very friendly and efficient. Once we made our decision, their office was able to quickly order our new heater and schedule the install, including an electrician, for the next day. Once they got the new one in, they made sure we knew how it worked and what we needed to know. We will not hesitate to call them again.

Jerm's might be one of the best companies we've ever worked with. We had Tony come do the initial estimates for replacing our boiler, water heater, and well pressure tank and he was thorough, knew his product line, and made terrific recommendations and we had already had a few estimates done. We decided to go with Jerm's and anytime you make a decision involving such an investment in your home you get nervous but we didn't from the beginning with Jerm's. The job itself was 2 days and before each day you get a text with who your team lead is and notifying that they're on their way which I felt was a step beyond what other contractors do to ensure they have good communications with customers. Great start and then our team of Travis, Lucas, and Austin was outstanding from the second they arrived. All materials were on site and ready to go, the team communicated very effectively with us on when water would go off and be back on etc... , and the efficiency and nose to the grindstone effort was obvious when we saw how far they'd gotten the very first day. The end result by Travis and his team was a beautiful install, done with quality in mind, and we are now probably customers for life. There are still A+ contractors out there and they're hard to find but Jerm's did an amazing job and couldn't recommend them more highly to anyone seeking experts to do work on their homes

My first interaction with Jerm's was with Stephine who answered the phone. She was very polite and professional, and helped me schedule a tech to come out and see why my water wasn't running. She was able to get me a tech quickly, and Eric showed up promptly at the time he was slated to arrive. Eric was very polite, and attentive, and was able to troubleshoot my issue confidently. He offered several different choices for repairs, and upgrades, and showed me detailed quotes for each. I chose to replace the water tank and associated hardware, which he did quite expertly. The before and after pictures are night and day. I will definitely look to using Jerm's again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber.Service: Water tank installation

What started out as a day with no running water turned out to be a pretty good day after all. I called four plumbing companies and for some reason or another they made excuses to why they could not make it out, and this was a Friday, I did not want to wait all weekend. Then I called Jerm's, they took my information and within two hours two young men were at my door, They sent an e-mail saying they were on the way and a picture of the service men who were coming. They were so polite! So professional, and went straight to work. My well pump had stopped working and in less then three hours they had replaced it and some kind of switch thingy and presto the water was flowing again. I could not recommend anyone better, faster, or more reliable. This is how you build royalty and trust, Jerm's is now my number one go to. Thank you so much Travis, Austin and Mike

Jerm's Home Services is awesome! I've used them twice, once for plumbing and most recently for a new furnace. From the gals that answer the phone to crews that showed up, they represent their company well. Responsive, polite, professional and respectful with confidence and experience to get the job(s) done quickly and right. I didn't meet the plumbing crew but I was on site for the furnace. Jeremy and Cody were great. They came prepared with booties for their feet, drop cloths, spray cleaner and they swept and vacuumed when they were done. I highly recommend Jerm's and will use them again.

The guys that came came to my home were on top of there game. They explained everything that they were going to do and made sure it was ok. Great communication all around. The technician explained everything and provided a quote prior to commencing work and gave us a run down of the work done afterwards. They did a fantastic job of doing a deep cleaning of some mini split units that had not been serviced in a couple of years.

While the service rates at Jerm's are notably high, I must commend the technicians, Aaron and Cody, who promptly addressed and resolved the hot water issue at my home. Their efficiency and professionalism were evident as they successfully fixed the problem in less than 45 minutes. However, I was surprised to find that the service came with a hefty price tag of almost $450. While I appreciate the quality of their work, I can't help but feel that the charges for straightforward plumbing services (such as replacing the mixing valve on the water heater) are excessive at Jerm's.

Could not recommend Jerms Home Services more ! After an online question about mini split systems was answered and getting several quotes we ended up going with Jerms . The turnaround time was incredible and they answered all my questions along the way . Technicians Travis and Austin went above and beyond , coming out the second day to make sure everything worked and walked me through the system .

Kevin – professional and friendly – came to service our boiler. He did that, and more, thanks to his thorough, systematic inspection of other equipment. Now my boiler is good to go for some time to come, and I also have a new pressure expansion tank on the water heater & a new backflow preventer on the boiler to protect the drinking water supply. Safety has been restored. I appreciated how Kevin explained what he would do during his visit and the rationale for each of the equipment replacements. Thank you! I recommend Jerm's Home Services.

Jerm's does an excellent job of communicating with clients at every stage -- from the timing of appointments to pricing and pricing options to explanations of work performed. The tech was professional and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to work with some of the quirky plumbing that exists in our house. They are not inexpensive but the quality of their work justifies the cost.

Earlier this week we had a plumbing mishap due to the incomplete and seemingly uncaring work performed by a separate plumber not affiliated with Jerm’s that led to a water leak from the attic to the first floor, and some ceiling damage. Not only did Jerm’s pick up my call on the first ring to talk about options, they made a very special and appreciated exception to travel outside their service area to help us (in an incredibly timely manner might I add). On top of all that, they investigated and fixed the issues properly. A huge thank you to Jerm’s, specifically Zach who made the trip over and did some really great work for us!

Scheduling work was easy with Jerm's Home Services. Dawn efficiently communicated via phone/text and email. Service techs Aaron and Matt were on-time, professional, explained the process of their work, fixed the immediate problems with two propane heaters, and gave me estimates on work I might need to consider for the future in terms of service and replacement, without any pressure to make immediate decisions on that work. I would recommend this company, and certainly contact Jerm's again for any heating/plumbing work I needed.

Our well pump went down on Tuesday evening. I called and left a message and received a call Wednesday morning. By 9:00 AM Hunter came by diagnosed the problem. Went back to the shop to pickup the trailer. Then Austin and Travis came by to assist in pulling the pump. Great work! Our water supply was back on by 3:00 PM.Great customer service!

We moved into our home in September 2023– in under 3 months we needed a new water heater, some leaks repaired, expansion tank and soft-close valves installed— Eric has been our guy every time and from the moment he donned those disposable shoe covers on our new floors we decided we loved Jerm’s! Jokes aside, he has done every job to perfection, quickly, and is always willing to engage in helpful problem-solving discussion with us, given all the plumbing needs we experienced after moving in. My wife and I recently had a Rheem hybrid heat pump water heater installed by Jerm’s.The whole process, from initial consultation to final installation, went smooth, and the cost of the services provided was competitive related to the other proposals we received.Travis and Lucas, the technician’s who did the work, were on time and friendly, and their work was clean and professional. We chatted a bit about other HVAC related projects, and based on our experience, I see no reason to use anyone else.The office staff was friendly on the phone, communicated well, and they were able to get us on the schedule quickly.Lastly, they left us a small care package with a t-shirt, water bottle, and some snacks on our kitchen table after the installation was complete. While completely unrelated to the services performed, it put a smile on my face as I walked in the door after work, and shows that Jerm’s knows that customer service is a critical to their business.

I highly recommend Jerm's for plumbing upgrades and emergencies. Jerm's really came through for me to fix a plumbing emergency that happened just hours before guests arrived for the Thanksgiving holiday. I called Jerm's at 1 pm to see if they could send a plumber out to fix a stream of water that suddenly began to pour through a light fixture in my kitchen. Hunter from Jerm's arrived to my house within 30 minutes and quickly identified the issue: a fault in the plumbing ventilation system located in my attic. Hunter had the necessary parts and tools in his truck, and was able to fix the issue before any guests arrived at my house for the holiday. Hunter is professional, knowledgeable, and proficient at his trade. I am impressed with how quickly he identified the problem and how efficiently he fixed it. I've been a Jerm's customer for years, and this experience ensures I'll be a Jerm's customer for many years to come.

My service appointment (non-emergency service) was scheduled shortly after making the request. The text/email reminders and updates are great, especially the photo ID of the service tech who is arriving at your house. The technician was at the house within a day or two. The original problem recurred, so they offered to send someone out the next day. Since it was able to wait, I combined that with a routine maintenance service call the following week.Technicians Aaron and Matt were very professional and friendly. They arrived exactly when scheduled. They answered my questions and gave me a brief tutorial on how my system worked. They answered a bunch of unrelated questions about other projects I was considering and offered to follow up. They checked on a few concerns I had with my system and offered reassurance. It never felt rushed. They entered the house with shoe covers and left the worksite clean. This was overall a very good experience.

*EDIT* Although this company was very quick to respond to my initial request and quickly solved my issue, I was very dissatisfied the price of the services. Yes, I agreed to the charges and yes, I did pay the bill, but when I requested an itemized invoice I was told that they do not do that. They provide "up front pricing" (which is stated on their website) but I did not realize that meant it is NOT itemized. The cost of my storage tank water heater installation was nearly $3000. I have told others about my experience with Jerm's, which was when I found out that the price seemed out of line for the work performed. If I had not been in a dire need, I would have taken my time to shop around. Lesson learned.From my initial contact with Dawn, explaining my situation, to my final conversation with Stephanie, everyone I spoke with at the company was very professional and helpful. Dawn was able to schedule an appointment for my leaking hot water heater for the very next day (after waiting several days for another plumber to even call me back!). Not only did she get it scheduled for the following day, she phoned me back the SAME DAY because they had an opening in the schedule and wanted to know if the technicians could come EARLY. The technicians (Hunter & Zach) arrived promptly and were courteous and explained the options available. Jerm's will definitely be my go-to for my plumbing needs and I will definitely tell others about the company and my extremely positive experience with them.
