Had a flood in our basement. These guys came out within 2 hours of my call, arrived around midnight. They were extremely professional, courteous and thorough. Jake was in charge of our job. I have never had someone so communicative about what is going on, when the crew will be there, how the job will be done, just everything. From the office staff down to every guy on the crew, just the best. Just had our contractor out to our house this morning to start working on putting the basement back together. Even he was impressed with the work they had done. Would use these guys again and will definitely be recommending them to anyone.

My wife and I are very pleased and can’t thank Jake and the folks at Elite Restoration enough. Both the people and their work were nothing short of outstanding.As the story goes, our fireplace failed and soot from the smoke and ash covered everything. Despite numerous attempts, I couldn’t find a company that would even return my calls. Then someone recommended Elite Restoration. They not only did they call but were here surveying the damage later that same day. Jake and Lawrence were meticulous in taking samples and photos, together with evaluating each room with state-of-the-art equipment.Within a matter of days, a full crew showed up, one so pleasant and courteous that you found yourself on a first name basis. We felt reassured with Sarge, Zay and Ricco overseeing the project in such a professional and conscientious way. But the service didn’t stop there, Jake and his folks assisted us with the entire insurance claims process. What a plus.I think my wife summed it up best when she said, “I don’t think the house has ever been this clean!”

After massive water damage to our kitchen from a broken pipe, our insurance adjuster recommended Elite. We could not be happier with the work they did and the compassion that they showed us throughout the whole process. A dream to work with in an otherwise horrible circumstance, Jake was so communicative (always texting about ETA and answering all our late-night panic questions via text). He made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. Elite Restoration took charge when we had a 70 foot tree through our house and water damage on three floors. Bob and crew Calmlygot us on our way to recovery. We are months ahead of schedule because his crew took over. Highly recommend them for any type of cleanup, restoration or construction prep. I just moved into a new house and within the first week the basement flooded due to the heavy rains this summer. I called Elite Restoration (in a panic) and Bob was able to have a team come to my house the same day. He was communicative and followed up with us on our exact appointment time.Jake and his team showed up that evening and were able to get everything cleaned up. They stayed late into the night making sure everything was done properly. Our basement is partially finished, they pulled up the carpet, cut away the damaged drywall, and dried everything out. No mold problems! I highly recommend Elite Restoration.

We had a pipe burst at our office over a weekend. We walked in to find over 4 inches of water covering the entire floor, 5,000 sq feet. The Elite Restoration and Construction crew that arrived to help us was nothing short of outstanding! Our home, specifically our 850 square foot finished basement was flooded in July. Elite Restorarion arrived within 2 hours from when we called. From the very beginning, Bob and his team were very dedicated to restoring our basement back. They worked earnestly and efficiently to deal with the never ending flow of water. They were friendly, dedicated and treated our home with utmost respect. What I loved the most is that they went above an beyond. They had to remove tons of furniture, food, drinks and other knick knacks. They unloaded, and packed all the food out of the fridge. Without being asked, they put all the food back when it was safe to do so. They worked with a smile on their faces and answered any questions. My basement including a finished family room was flooded . Elite restoration was easy to get a hold of and Jake and team was at my home within a few hours to start cleanup which included water removal, carpet and drywall removal followed by drying out impacted areas, mold inspection and prevention and leaving blowers and dehumidifiers in place to finish drying process. I must say, this team is truly remarkable! In April, a small fire occurred in my house and it left us feeling devastated and lost. We had no clue about the next steps or where to begin. That's when Jake and Cole came to our rescue and provided exceptional service. They thoroughly explained every step involved in the process. My mother owns the house and she isn't fluent in English, but the team patiently addressed all her queries, no matter how trivial they seemed. They were always available to help, its as if they where on call!!You know our homes are very personal to us, its in our nature to have questions and be overprotective and when something like this happens its very difficult to grasp all of the changes that are about to come, however this team made all of that so easy and let us be apart of every step! This company turned a horrible experience into an almost pleasant experience for me. After experiencing a burst water heater in my basement, the team extracted the water, dried the basement, sent some personal property out to be cleaned , and disposed of damaged walls and wet items. The basement is very neat and clean. I never expected the extent of their services. A shout-out to the team of Jake and Will who worked their tails off, while at the same time remaining friendly and good natured. The experience I have had with this company was above all my expectaions. The entire staff did an amazing job. Jacob and Cole were there from day one and went out of their way to ensure we understood the entire project. My elderly sister had a flood in her finished basement that required mold remediation and we had to gut it down to the studs. Needless to say she was very overwhelmed. I flew in from out of state to get things started and met with them. I knew from day one my sister was in good hands. Jacob and Cole went above and beyond to keep her informed and feel safe and comfortable thru out the entire project. I was able to return home and they kept me informed with progress and any issues that came up. They were there on time every day and responded to my calls timely. They even sent me pictures so I could see the progress. I don't know how I would of been able to do this long distance without them. Also Kristen at the office was fabulous. She also kept me informed and helped me navigate thru the insurance areas I didn't understand. Top notch team.
