Not impressed at all. The yard help follows you around doesn't actually help is just there to make sure that you don't steal anything. I found the prices to be between 33 and 45% higher than comparable materials at other yards. Seems like they have too much Manpower and not enough customer service. If I had completed my purchase, which I did not due to the cost of the material I would have dealt with five separate people for a simple transaction.

The materials this location has to offer are not part of this review. I paid for a Flooring Contractor from this location to install hardwood flooring that was also purchased from this location. The Flooring Contractor brought his daughter to help. They punctured a pex water heating line during floor installation on 2nd floor. The damage took over a year before leaks were detected. Time and money wasted on roofing, plumbing and HVAC technicians in effort to identify the source of the issue. Three separate rooms worth of wall and ceiling damage along with mold issues. I do not ever recommend contracting services from this location in Rochester NH. You will not be met with quality or compensation

I am very satisfied customer. They have wide selection of stuf, big lumber yard, tools and power tools, carpets, flooring...and much more. I ended up ordering hickory engineered hardwood floor. They offered the best price if I pay cash and delivery to my house.

Worst shopping experience ever. Wasn’t in there 5 min and 3 people bombarded me asking if I needed any help. Normally this wouldn’t be a big deal but what I didn’t appreciate was the last salesperson. He asked me if I needed help to which I responded by saying “I’m just looking thank you”. He proceeded to roll his eyes, walk over to the other sales associate, and say “They’re Just looking” in a sarcastic manner. First time and last time ever being in there. Stick to the big box stores for a more pleasurable experience.

Friendly and helpful service, great products and the install people are 1st rate. Like the look of our new floor a lot. Understand the need for down payment before the materials are ordered and the final payment is after install is done. Not happy about being auto billed without notice on our CC. Only need to make a phone call and would have been happy to authorize the payment. All said and done we would have Brocks do another floor for us.

Mixed experience. We had a really great experience with the window and door department. The gentleman who helped us was kind, timely, knowledgeable, etc. HOWEVER...my husband and I went to Brock’s recently to simply order paint samples and witnessed one employee get upset with another, in front of us, when he asked her to take over our paint samples (as if we, the customer, were a huge inconvenience). Then, I heard another employee slam a phone down and say “Jesus Christ”, only to return to the phone moments later, seemingly having put a customer on hold. Then another employee said “WTF” in front of us. This was ALL within 30 minutes of us simply waiting for paint samples. It’s the time of COVID. I get it. But you are a business that is clearly BOOMING. Customers should not be an inconvenience to you. If you feel that way, at least try to hide it (customer service 101). I’m writing this review because, despite what I witnessed, I wanted to give them another try. When I called to order more paint samples over the phone (rather than waiting in the store and listening to employees swear and pop-off), the gentleman on the phone responded to my request by saying “well...then come in the store and get them?” (with an attitude) Apparently they don’t allow you to order paint samples over the phone, which is fine, but is there a reason to respond to my request with an attitude? I’m livid. I hung up and purchased my paint samples elsewhere.

**Flooring held up carpet not so much**Overall I am pleased with the outcome. Eddie did a great job on my vinyl kitchen/pantry and entryway! Randy was really nice and did a pretty good job on the carpets, but both times he came out (duplex carpeted over a 2 week span) he did a really lousy clean up job (carpet fibers everywhere), and even after I brought this to management attention after the first time, he did the same thing when he came to carpet the 2nd side of the duplex. So I will be vacuuming up the mess, which is irritating considering how much money I spent for the carpets, and resulted in a 4 star review instead of 5.

I have worked with both flooring and cabinetry. The staff are great. Ann, in flooring, made sure we know the best care for the new hardwood floors we chose and kept us apprised of delivery. Donna, in cabinetry, was extremely helpful in all aspects of choosing our cabinets.

I walked in and there were about 5-6 employees standing at the counter. While shopping for a cordless nail gun I grabbed a informational flyer and put it in my back pocket. When I got to the next aisle I saw an employee in a dress shirt walking from the counter to assist us, we greeted him with a " Hi, we have a quick question"His response was as immediate as it was inconsiderate :"Well, the question is, what did you just put in your back pocket?"I showed him the flyer, which was in clear view at the time, and said "Do you mean this flyer?"His face dropped as he could tell I was taken back by his approach.First of all, there were no small items at all where I had grabbed the flyer, only tools cabled to the wall, router bit were 20 feet away and he was in clear view of the aisle, although half distracted talking to co-workers. Second, the flyer, which is intended to be grabbed , was visible had he made any attempt to look. Third, his approach would have been the perfect time to simply feel out or recon the "situation" (as he erroneously perceived it) rather than bluntly accuse someone on a whim. There is a reason that loss prevention exists: it is so skilled observers can mitigate theft without offending the customers or profiling....and in this example, it certainly felt like that. I was in my paint covered, stained work shorts and a t-shirt at the time, so was my friend. But we are not 20 year old kids, we are contractors in our mid-thirties that look very much like many other contractors after a hard day of stone and mortar work. Long story short: hire a loss prevention expert so that your vigilante employee (or likely manager in this case) does not offend someone who may do more than just post a bad google review.

I went in looking for LVT. The group at Brock's were very helpful, knowledgeable, polite. They had a large selection of choices which only helped. My issue was trying to narrow it down to make a choice. Impossible! Great place to start and end your shopping.

Excellent service with speedy delivery! Friendly and helpful employees at the lumberyard as well. Saved a lot by getting free delivery as we live locally. The 2x4's alone were quality unlike the big box stores. Definitely will be shopping here again soon.

There not worth 1 star. Bought almost 5000$ in trex decking and railing received wrong product from counter person (not trex) blamed it on yard person when he handed them to us. Customer service there isn't any I tried to buy local instead of box store s .I would recommend going elsewhere!

Only 1 star because they do have very nice things for your home. But, the customer service was sorely lacking when I went in there a few days ago. The only 2 employees in flooring department seemed uninterested in their jobs. I won't go in too much detail, but no one came over to see if I needed some help on prices, etc. They were not busy, I was only one looking at the flooring! Finally I asked if someone could measure for me even though I'd not picked anything out. They made.me appt. And day of, today, the measurer was very nice and informative. This afternoon I got a call from someone from Brocks who immediately told me I'd have to get my own crew to get the carpet ripped out because of dog and cat faces. Ugh, there is no dog or cat feces. There is cat puke from 1 cat (which is not uncommon for cats) that I can't keep up with due to my having rheumatoid disease. I told the guy who measured this also. Actually told him I have aches and pains, so need wood flooring instead of carpet as easiest to clean up. And my dog has never peed or pooped in my home or anyone else's. The guy on phone said he took pictures and that's what it is. What?? No it is not and he then told me we have get someone else to do it, as they would not. He then ended our conversation by just hanging up! I was shocked!!! A co-worker was standing right next to me and said I was not rude or demanding at all. I always question myself, but she said I was handling it well. He didn't give me a chance to speak up...goodbye and hung up. It takes a lot to get me mad. I will never walk in there again! And I'll be telling my friends what happened. Word of mouth is a valuable part of a good business. Sorry this is so long. Just beware.

Requested estimate for flooring install. Tech arrived, wasted our time (included suggesting carpet in a basement) and then took two weeks to respond with a “not interested”. Unprofessional, would not do business with.

Your website says “No appointment necessary to stop in and browse”I did just that today...I was very disappointed ☹️ that the 15 +/- minutes I spent walking around no on every acknowledge me! I made it a point to circle your unusual large customer service desk, which had at least 5 employees there, and no one ever asked “ may I help you”I am updating my kitchen and and was hoping for some information on the many counter top options.I don’t think I’ll be returning!

This place is the worst business I contracted them to install a new tile floor in my Brand new kitchen the first installer started the job got a quarter of the way started and left stayTrying that he needed to plow and couldn't find the time to do the job then they sent a husband and wife crew to finish they completely messed up the whole jod ended up in Court and thank the Lord didn't have to pay the rest of the bill however had to eat cost of new contractor to do the job right do yourself a favor and don't use Brock's floor services for a dog house nevermind your house
