I really couldn't be more thrilled with my new fence. Jason and his team are so professional. They arrived on time, completed the project ahead of schedule, avoided my leach field and septic, accommodated for a last minute request, made sure each post was level on every side and that it was aesthetically pleasing, and cleaned up after themselves. I had one issue with the gate and the owner of the company came two days later and completely replaced it, no big deal. I highly recommend Good Neighbor Fence to anyone looking for quality service!

Jason and the crew at Good Neighbor Fence were excellent and I highly recommend them! In fact, we love them so much they were our first call once we decided to move one last final time to our forever home and are in need of their service for a second time!A year and half ago, we decided to put in a fence as we had just adopted our second dog, Buddy, from North Carolina. He was/ is extremely timid and we were very worried he was a flight risk. We didn’t like the idea of a shock collar and feared this could spook him… so we reached out to Jason. He returned my call within 2 days and came out to measure and talk design within our budget that week. We had a previous estimate and his was lower! We ordered the fence immediately and he gave me a time frame when they’d be back.Days came close to the anticipated install and I worried it could be delayed…It was like Jason was reading my mind and checked in with me 1 week prior and showed up the week originally predicted! It was completed in just 2 days! ( Huge Fence!) We were extremely sad to leave our fence when we moved however, it added equity to our home and the buyers found it to be a huge desirable bonus!Jason is extremely reliable, professional and knowledgeable at design within a budget. He made this extremely effortless! If you are ever questioning whether the cost of a fence is worth it, It was the best money ever spent! Can't say enough positive comments regarding Good Neighbor Fence. They inspected my property, gave me a very reasonable quote and installed my 172 foot long fence the next week. They showed up on time, removed my twenty year old rotten wooden fence and installed our new fence in eight hours. A beautiful improvement to our yard. Jason and his crew were courteous and cleaned up all building materials when then left. I would highly recommend them.

Jason and his crew did an excellent job installing a fence around our pool. I had an idea of what I wanted and when I explained it to some they looked at me like I had two heads. Jason installed fencing all around my backyard over the last 4 years or so. I had a few sections fall because of high winds in the fall. Jason came by within 24 hours of my phone call and fixed it perfectly. I highly recommend Good Neighbor Fence.

Made 5 calls to check on small custom order last year. Still have not heard back. My pool is still not completely fenced as required by homeowners insurance.I am not awaiting that call.

This is Amy’s husband - Called many times before reaching anyone - Jason finally came out within about 2 days (on a Wed) - took measurements, promised a quote by that Friday - a week passed with no news (at least maybe we could expect a “sorry we’re really busy but haven’t forgotten you...”, but nothing) - contacted him the next Friday - got a “been busy, sitting down today to work up a quote” via email - its now the next Monday and nothing so sent their “contact us” form back saying forget it - too unreliable - interestingly when Jason was here originally I asked when he might do the work - he said late Sept - we dropped out from getting a quote because if you can’t deliver a quote in almost 2 weeks with 2 blown promises why should we believe any completion timeframe?

We had a fence installed by this company three months after installation chain link fell off holding poles I called the company the company tried to stay something fell on the fence which clearly nothing fell on it, fence was installed in October the following spring we have concrete coming out of the ground due to frost, not covered of coarse, our gates have raised about 8-10 inches my dog can now sneak under the fence, now the fence needs Several new poles being they were not installed correctly, very disappointed customer!
