We just had our roof replaced with chimney repair and attic fan replacement. We had to replace the roof on our original home, that we kept as a rental, when all of a sudden the tenants had water in one of the walls. We called a few companies for a quote, some were outrageous and these guys came in at an average price of the others we called. They were great to talk to and had recently done the roof of my friend's parents who also had a great experience with them. They came to our current home to talk about what needed to be done, mapped it all out for us and showed us our options for the roof. They were very professional and worked quickly, my tenants had a great experience with them as well as they were the ones there while the work was being done. We had also asked them about a piece of flashing that had torn off our current home, which we had called multiple local companies to us and they either wouldn't bother calling back or say it wasn't worth their time. These guys took care of it for us along with our original call about the roof. We are very pleased with the quality of work and their professionalism. After a hailstorm hit our area in late May, we did not deal with roofing contractors who appeared on our doorstep in droves. Instead we did some research and found Wm. Brooks, III, LLC. Working with our insurance company and Cligell (the Brooks Field Evaluator) we came up with a plan to replace our damaged 6,000 Sq/ft roof.On 6/30/2022, a huge crew arrived in the morning and worked into the evening to replace the roof, various vents (power and ridge) & some damaged gutter guards. We now have a gorgeous (see photo) new roof.From our first contact through all phases to the end of the project, the team at Wm Brooks was professional, supportive, and truly a pleasure with which to deal. I was thrilled with the entire experience of working with WM Brooks III, LLC! From the very first phone call I placed to the office, to the initial estimate meeting, to the installation and follow-up visit, the entire team was extremely professional and clearly demonstrated their expertise, craftsmanship, and dedication to customer service! We had a big job to do - a 40+ year old roof with original cedar shake shingles underneath 2 layers of 3-tab shingles ... the crew of 6-8 members worked tirelessly for 3 days, 12+ hours each to get the job done ... and when they left, my yard was free of debris and left looking better than when they arrived to start the job! The crew was on time (or early) every morning and stayed late til the sun went down ... Pete, the foreman, did an excellent job communicating with me every step of the way and was super-friendly and helpful. Cligiel, our salesman, was also always on-time and very informative and friendly - not your typical salesman giving a standard sales pitch and going on and on - it was a pleasure to work with him and every member of the crew throughout this project, including Billy who called me to confirm all details the day before the job started and Rebecca who helped with the administrative details behind the scenes in the office. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and am so glad we decided to go with WM Brooks III, LLC to replace our old roof. Hello. I came across WM Brooks from Home Advisor. I recently had my roof totally redone by them and it was a great experience from beginning to end . Unlike most contractors, they show up when they say they would and call when they said they would. The owner showed up the day of the job and he went over everything with me. The workers were very friendly. The clean up was great, nothing was left behind. I had 3 others from Home Advisor look at my roof and i just felt most comfortable with WM Brooks. It was an easy choice and the price was the very fair. When you are investing that much money into a redone roof, you want to feel comfortable and they made me feel that way. That was very important for me. You won't go wrong with these guys.

We have a sky tube that started leaking every time it rained really hard. We didn’t know if it was a problem with the roof around it or the tube itself. Billy came out and very quickly assessed it was probably the seal around it. He said he didn’t want to charge us thousands of dollars to replace it when it appeared to just be the seal. He resealed it and said he would send us a quote for replacing it in case resealing it wasn’t enough. He didn’t even charge anything for the work he did and we had a quote later that day for replacing it if needed. We unexpectedly needed a whole new roof installed. WM Brooks made this process as painless as possible. He showed up on time and gave us a detailed estimate. He reviewed and answered all our questions up front. When the work started he gave us notice that they would be delivering the material and dumpster. I called WM Brooks after an acquaintance from a local moms group recommended them. Everyone who I dealt with each step of the way was lovely, professional, and timely. They assessed the problem, gave honest feedback, called me within a week to schedule to fix it, and replaced a flat top portion of my roof and gutters in about 7 hours yesterday. I appreciated all the pictures they took not only to show me the problems they found but how they fixed them. They also cleaned up after themselves extremely well. Great experience, will definitely call them again if needed and recommend to others.
