We added an entire second floor - 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. And we liked the work so much, we decided to do our downstairs floors, redo our downstairs bath, and install a new front door. We had a very good experience working with Rey and his guys. Very good craftsmanship, good quality materials, speed of working, and value for the dollar. Rey is an honest guy and a straight shooter. His quotes are priced fairly, and I didn't have to worry at all about getting gouged.They do a lot of creative custom work, so if you have an idea they will work with you. They had some good ideas in addition to the architect's plans that worked out great - including a custom secret bookshelf door and playroom for my daughter (great work, Jorge and guys). The crew is full of good guys that work really hard and are very professional and trustworthy. They can do almost everything in-house, but their subs (like their electrician and plumber, etc.) are good folks you can trust too.I highly recommend Rey Feria, Edgar, and the guys to do your job. They're able to build entire houses (from the ground up) as well as smaller jobs like a bath reno. Reynaldo and Edgar were a pleasure to work with. They spent a lot of time with us preparing for the job and had some great design ideas. We ultimately did a pretty extensive job with new bathroom, all new crown mouldings, painting, custom closet, new windows and refinished floors. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results. We have a gorgeous new bathroom that is modern, stylish and has more space then when we started. Rey and his guys spent a ton of time on our closet and we LOVE the results. We asked for them to build us an archway and they literally built us a work of art (shout out to Jorge). The closet has transformed our bedroom. When Rey and team were done they delivered the house back to us spotless. That is so important and appreciated. I highly recommend this company. I worked with Feria construction on the conversion of two bedroom to a primary suite with a bathroom and on the reconfiguration of the kitchen. Reynaldo and his staff were professional and delivered what was promised. Any change orders were discussed and agreed upon before moving forward. My wife and I recently used Féria Construction for a full upstairs renovation and bathroom addition, as well as full window replacement. We were expecting our first child in May, and needed a tight turn around time. But even with supply chain issues, Féria made sure to get our upstairs as completed as possible before our daughter was born so that we could set up our bedroom and the nursery. Our new bathroom and renovated upstairs bedrooms are beautiful and so well constructed. It’s like an oasis every time we go to bed. And our new, black windows are a modern and efficient update.Féria’s crews were courteous, prompt, and all around excellent to work with. I have never worked with a more professional company such as Feria. One call came right out to look at job that night I received proposal. Workers start early work a full 9-10 hrs. Renovating a house is a very stressful situation to be in, however Feria Construction did a great job and made the process very easy for me and my family.The great part of the process was the Financing part i was able to complete additional work at the house and financed at 0% interest for 24 months. So now i don't have to worry about any major work to be done in the house for the next 10 years.Feria construction replaced my roof, my siding, renovated my, office, my kitchen, master bedroom and built me a custom walking closet of my dreams.This company did such a great and clean job that i will not hesitate in giving any personal recommendations to anyone looking to do a small or big renovation project.

Our home had cedar shingles and they were in very bad shape. Feria came in with a highly dedicated crew and removed all the shingles, wrapped new insulation and put up a classy looking siding. in addition they wrapped all the exposed wood in metal. The job was very professional and finished on a timely basis. The area was cleaned up and all debris was carted away. My wife and I were very pleased with the work and the skill of the workers. I would recommend them highly.

I highly recommend Feria Construction for all of your remodeling needs. Basically, my home was a gut rehab and I could not be happier with the result. The architecture was tricky with a rounded roof but it could not have come out better. Feria's team was on time, professional and their workmanship was unparalleled. I would show Reynaldo, the owner, photos of things I liked (see the fireplace buildout and stairwell photos below) and he would have his team duplicate it to perfection.
