We used Don Gallo Roofing to put two roofs on our houses. One was reroofing our rancher in Brigantine in 2015, and the second one was on a new build on the island in 2018. We were satisfied with his work on the roof installations. During a spring storm this year, we lost several shingles, and a second storm knocked a few more off. We called and emailed Gallo five times in six months. Each time he would say he would be there that week or even the next day. He just “yeses”, he never showed up. We finally contacted another roofing company, who did the repair within a couple weeks of initial contact. When we signed the contract with Gallo to do the roofing on our new build, he had a 10 year labor guarantee (see photo). We would NOT recommend Gallo Roofing to do repairs, even on their own installations.Service: Roof installation

After Gallo was done with my roof, my gutters started falling off . I took them down and the rafter tails and the fascia were rotten.No body mentioned it to me, Mr Gallo was never up on the roof, he dropped off 5 guys and left. They were up on the roof for 3 hours and damaged the front garden and tried to charge me an extra 700$ after the job was done. Drunk texts at 3 am and so we wound up in court. Courthouse is very familiar with this guy and didn't take his side. Whomp whomp.Stay away from this clown.

We had a terrible leak in our store. Called Gallo Roofing and he gave us better price than anyone else did. Came and repaired the roof in one day. We just had heavy rainfall with flooded streets and not even a drop inside the store. Very recommended. Professional and reasonable. Thank you.Val and Jenny

No call, no showed two weeks ago to examine a leak I had in my roof. I spoke with Gallo the morning he said he was coming out and he never showed. A call would've been nice.

Made an appointment for a specific day and time, Don never showed, called, nothing. Kinda sad in the age is Covid19, you try and give locals the business and they diss you.
