I am very happy with the job Celtic Air performed at my home, installing a mini-split heat pump for me. Their price was on the mark. Tony was very easy to work with. He spelled out every detail of the installation right down to the Celtic Air drop cloths they used everywhere. The workers were all polite and concerned about every detail. Their quote was similar to another quote I got one month earlier, but their quality was obviously superior. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of getting a heat pump. Celtic Air handled my 2t air conditioner and furnace replacement with no issues. They had the best price of 4 contractors, provided a vital coastal rated unit for the beach and seer 16 high efficiency. They are listed as recommended by Atlantic city electric so I was able to qualify for a 30p rebate and 0% loan through Atlantic city electric. Celtic handled all the paperwork and everything was flawless. Very happy to have a new reliable unit that will save money on my elec bill. Jim. Celtic Air installed our new furnace and a/c unit in winter of 2020. We have just recently had some issues with the system resetting. After finding our air-conditioning system was suddenly not cooling the upstairs in high 80’s degree weather, Celtic Air came out within a couple hours to diagnose and fix it. He was professional, thorough, patient and very helpful in explaining what he did and what might be done. He also was conscientious about leaving clean work area. I am very thankful for a friend’s referral to Celtic Air and to Celtic Air today. The price seemed reasonable when compared to other HVAC companies.

I’ve spent 2 days trying to get any answers from Celtic about what’s wrong with my unit. They came highly recommended from a colleague but after this experience I can’t see why. Technician came to check out the unit 2 days ago. Told me the breaker had tripped and he was going to investigate why and let me know what he found. I never heard from him again but got a text message 30 mins later from Celtic saying work was complete. I had a feeling work hadn’t been completed so I called the office the following morning to check in and someone read me his note on the visit which read “not sure we want to get into this one.” I called back later and was told the owner himself was personally getting involved because “that’s the kind of company we are.” Never heard anything after that. I’ve been calling back for a day trying to get any other info about what is wrong with my unit so I know how to proceed. It certainly won’t be with Celtic. Office staff was pleasant but don’t waste you’re time with a company who can’t even return phone calls and will charge you $100 for a service visit and not even tell you what service they performed.
