Bibbo Builders just completed our new siding and gutters, and the finished product is wonderful, as was the whole experience dealing with Mr. Bibbo and his workers. The project took four days and it went like clockwork. We had estimates from five contractors for the work, and while Mr. Bibbo wasn't the lowest price, he was competitive. He was very attentive to detail and my wife and I appreciated that about him. His workers too were polite, efficient and great at their trade. Five hearty stars for Bibbo Builders for work product that was even better than we hoped!

Our experience with Bibbo builders for our shingle replacement was very positive from start to finish. First they were prompt in returning our call and scheduling an estimate. The estimate was reasonable. The work was completed in a timely fashion. We had a double layer of shingles to be removed and also needed some of the wood base layer replaced. Pictures were sent before moving forward with wood replacement. We are happy with the completed job, they even replaced the shingles on our shed. Would recommend

Bibbo Builders did our roof and it was seamless. Joseph Bibbo was patient, professional, and easy to communicate with. Prices were reasonable. Joseph made sure every part of the process in replacing our roof was explained clearly and accounted for. The roof was done the following week ! His crew was great and Joe is easy to talk to He addressed all my concerns and explained what was going to be done I now have a new roof that is sealed tight and my leak problem is gone ! Second time working with Joe and his team. Wouldn't call anyone else to get a new roof, siding, or gutters. The quality of work is amazing and for a very reasonable price. Joe is very knowledgeable and makes the process easy with great communication and detailed planning.

I hired him to replace the roof and fix the leaking problem. The leaking problem was not fixed. I called him. He did not answer my call. More, he later sent me a letter saying that I owned him $2000 and "Come up with the money... Then I'll return your call." (I paid him off EVERY PENNY as soon as he finished the project, and my wife and I treated him nicely throughout the project by offering him drinks and food.)So if you hire him, and if anything goes wrong afterwards, well, this is the treatment you would get from him.The roof work is ok (this is why I posted two stars instead of zero). But I do want to point out three things:1.) His workers were not caring at all. They tear down the old roof and dumper it straight. It destroyed my wife's gardening work in the front of the house. My wife had been taking care of these plants for years. All were destroyed. No apology at all like it had never happened. Dear all Google Review readers: In my life, I made my wife cry only once. Well, this was the time.2.) To replace the roof, he said he needed to change my gutter. It is part of the price. The gutter work is extremely sloppy, nearly a disaster. While the old gutter system in the front used two vertical pipes to channel the water, the new used only one. (I pointed it out to him, but he did not listen and just walked away.) He outsourced the gutter work to others, and he did not supervise the work. So be careful with that.3.) His estimated price sounded fair, that is why I hired him. BUT once he started the work, he told me he needs to replace most of the plywood, the huge cost of which was not part of the estimated price. While I believe he should put it in the estimate, treating him as nicely as I could and trust him as much as I could, I did not argue with him and paid it the extra.I saw how he replied the negative review here. Well, I know how he will reply mine. You can find "listening to your customer" in all business textbooks. The books emphasize it not because it is important; they emphasize it because it is always easier said than done.
