We had Cherry do the replacement for our roof, siding and several windows on our home. The quality of the work was excellent. There were some challenges due to having an older home, but the project leads for the various projects worked through the issues with us and resolved all problems as promised.

Where do I begin! I needed a roof replacement due to a leaking roof that was causing water damage to my living room ceiling. I contacted other companies and none of them compared to the exceptional service and expertise Cherry Roofing and Siding team provided. Sal, the estimator sealed the deal for me and my family. He arrived at my home and performed a thorough and precise inspection. He took his time to explain the process and even showed 3D images of the damages and what needed to be fixed. Work began a few days after signing the contract and my gutters and roof were completed in a day and a half. The planning and implementation of their work was seamless, down to the detail of cleaning up the surrounding area.More importantly, the company went above and beyond through Sal, and helped me with the insurance process as one would for their own family! With his advocacy, my insurance approved an additional amount for my claim! This wouldn't have happened without Sal going back and forth with the insurance advocating on my behalf. Cherry roofing was God sent and with their commitment to customer satisfaction, I was able to save my home from further damage. This honorable company is a rare find, and I'm lucky to have encountered them.

This company is top notch. I want to thank Alix, Arek and Chris and their team for their professionalism. Their communication is impeccable with a text of a picture of who was coming and when. The siding on our house was in bad shape very old and dirty aluminum. We now have a beautiful looking home and we are thrilled. They finished today and you can't even tell they were here. Very professional outfit. They provided everything needed by my insurance company first time and setup appointment to replace roof within a week. Weather had different ideas though. But Cherry rescheduled and had the entire roof replaced in just one day! Cleanup was very thorough too. If you need a roof, I highly recommend Cherry!

We had our roof replaced on Friday, April 21, 2023 by Cherry Roofing and Siding. Our experience working with this company could not have been better. This company is honest, personable, and truly has an eye for detail. Every step of the process was clearly explained by Josh Cherry, the price quote was fair, the warranty was superior, and we were offered a payment option that fit our budget. The project manager, Scott, came to our home an hour before the actual work started, answered all of our questions and concerns, and spent the bulk of the day closely directing the install. The workmanship was exceptional. The gutter system, expensive landscaping, and metal peaked roof over the front porch were expertly protected from collateral damage during the install (See photo of the front of the house). The cleanup was thorough; much time was spent clearing the property of shingles and shingle nails. We found one issue that needed addressing a few days after the install. The company sent workers to our home the following morning and completely resolved the issue. In addition, and per their eye for detail, Cherry Roofing installed an attic fan and bathroom exhaust to improve ventilation (See photo of the attic fan and bathroom exhaust). Cherry Roofing and Siding just completed a siding job for us and we couldn’t be more delighted. The house looks brand new! The installation team, led by Javier, was excellent. He and the entire team paid attention to the big picture and the smallest of details. Scott, the project supervisor, also did a great job with daily walk through with us to make sure we were pleased with progress and kept up to date.Construction jobs can be very messy and disruptive, but at the end of each work day, the team did a thorough cleaning of the property.I would not hesitate to recommend Cherry Roofing and Siding to anyone needing these services.

We used Alan Cherry's Siding and Roofing to install new siding on our house and the entire process was an incredible experience! Our salesman Shawn was so professional, kind and helpful, giving us ideas that would make our house look its best. Amanda in customer service was super-friendly and extremely efficient, always following up and making sure we were happy. If you are ready to have work done on your house, Sal is your guy! We recently had our house re-sided and had new gutters and shutters installed. Sal is extremely communicative, efficient and walks you through the process of dealing with an insurance claim from start to finish. Additionally, the project manager, Michael was timely, communicative and aimed to please. During the final walkthrough, Michael specifically said feel free to reach out with any questions or issues. The entire crew was friendly and hard-working. Cherry works hard to make sure you are pleased throughout the entire process.

A couple weeks ago, Cherry Roofing and Siding was recommended to us to fix a roofing issue. Acting on the recommendation, I called to the company. Can I tell you from the instant I spoke to the customer representative I felt comfortable with the company. Within 72 hours, we met with a sales representative who thoroughly explained the services and product. My wife and I were impressed. After considering other options, we decided to go with the company to replace our home's roof. During the installation, the project manager explained the work being conducted and the roofers worked diligently. Each were friendly, courteous and answered my many questions. Aside from the roof, they fixed my shed roof and installed an attic fan. In the end, the work looks great and the cleanup was immaculate. Overall, I am thankful for the recommendation and I highly recommend the company for your roofing or other needs! In the Spring, we are considering them for window and door installation. Three words describe our experience - professional, attentive, and thoughtful (of our needs). We want to thank everyone who was involved in fixing our home!

Dealing with this company was one of the best experiences I've ever had as a homeowner. They were always timely and responsive, which are 2 of the most important things to us. We love our new roof!! It looks perfect and it fixed our many issues including the biggest one: ventilation. Pat C. was great to work with and made the process very easy from the estimate through making sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Alan Cherry's Siding and Roofing did a superior job replacing our roof that was damaged in a severe hailstorm. We called the office after asking several neighbors about their experience with Alan Cherry's Siding and Roofing. There were other contractors used in the neighborhood but the glowing reviews we heard for this company made us call them. We are so happy we did.We first spoke with Christina, the Customer Service Experience Rep who scheduled Sal, their salesman, to visit and determine if we had damage and what needed to be done to remedy the situation. Christina is efficient, professional and communicative. I appreciated her helpfulness. Sal came out quickly and determined that we needed a new roof. He met with our rep from our homeowners insurance company and the plan was set. Everything regarding the paperwork was done expertly by Sal.We had our roof removed and installed this week. The crew, lead by their Project Manager, Roy, was on time and the hardest working crew we have hired in quite some time. Walter, the foreman, and his crew worked into the night and cleaned up expertly. We had to have a follow up the next day and that crew came in and finished the work quickly and without any issues. I loved that they roll around a huge magnet to pick up all any nails that fell onto the grass, sidewalks and walkways. No flat tires in our future!The pewter gray roof we picked is a wonderful compliment to our home.We whole heartedly recommend Alan Cherry's Siding and Roofing. This by far has been the worst experience. Job not completed and they were paid. That is on me. From start to NOT finished I would not recommend Cherry. This was a family owned business had I known that had changed I would not have used them. The workers left my home in shambles and I spent countless hours cleaning up. I was promised 3 times they would be back to fix what they messed up and no show each time! My next call is to the better business bureau. In the end I shouldn’t have paid. I will be sure to include pictures of how they left my home. After all I was supposed to receive pictures I never did get them. Horrible company! This picture was after they assured me they were sweeping the yard for nails. Left on my gutters along with trash again.
