The sales associate did an in home visit and the presentation is nice, so you know (and can literally feel the products) in order that will be installed on your new roof. I did some price shopping around. Jet Roof was a little more expensive than other roofing companies; however, the reason I chose to go with JetRoof was the warranty. The warranty on parts AND labor was unmatched by any competitor.The service: fast. In less than 3 days it was all finished and cleaned up. There were some weather issues that made it less than ideal, but that cannot be controlled. My on site coordinator kept me informed every step of the way and was easily reachable by cell phone.There's an online portal that you can use to track your warranty information once activated and make claims through. It's a solid company with 21st century techniques.I have no complaints, the roof is new and it looks good. Hopefully, I never have to worry about roof leaks again, but this warranty will most likely last longer than I will, so it should be covered as indicated in writing in the contract + warranty by company and manufacturer.

The roofing team at JetRoof is as good as it gets. They were prompt, flexible, and extremely helpful. They really care about building a good relationship with their customers and it shows in their work. When I initially called them, they were quick to respond and provide me with an estimate. They were very easy to work with from the beginning phone call to the finished product. The quality of their work is impeccable! I've had a few compliments already on my new roof. I would recommend JetRoof to you and your family!

I’ve been telling everyone I know about JetRoof. It was clear from the first time I met the roofing specialist Jimmy that this wasn’t just another fly-by-night roofing company. They had an encyclopedic knowledge of roofing, and seemed to be a company I could trust. My gut instinct was right and the whole crew did an amazing job. We chose a completely different shingle color and I still can't get over how great the new roof looks. Not a nail left onsite and the yard was spotless.

We used JetRoof to install the new roof and were very pleased by the work. Bryant the project manager showed up when he was scheduled to and the whole team did the job in just a few hours. I was able to watch it all through the photos they uploaded to the project management portal. It was super easy and we can't believe how much better the entire house looks with a new roof.

Well I wrote a review about a week ago about how happy I was with this companies attention and service when it came to the installation. However now 3yrs later I'm having some ceiling staining and have been calling continously for over 4 weeks. I keep hearing how sorry they are and that they are going to expedite my call to a supervisor to return my call, and nothing. I did find an email that was sent to file a claim, but they want me to climb the roof and take pictures to submit. I think that's crazy for them to ask me to climb the roof. They should send someone out, the same way they send someone out within 24hrs to sell me their product. I'm so disappointed and annoyed.

I was dreading getting a new roof, but the experience with JetRoof was actually very positive. We talked about what we wanted from our new roof, and they were receptive to our needs. We moved into a new house not long ago that had some shingles missing and curling, and also water was leaking into our living room from the flashing near our chimney, where roof cement had been used. The person we spoke to from JetRoof told us that chimneys can be a weak point on roofs, and when they installed our new roof, they used special flashing, which was watertight. Now there are no leaks, and the roof is one of the best features of the house.

Reached out to Jet roof as I needed a roof repair on a 10 year old House. After dealing with their answering service for 10 minutes they proceeded to tell me that they will only install a new roof and do not make repairs as they are afraid of negative reviews. Of course they they have great reviews on a brand new product with nothing to go wrong. Obviously they do not have office personnel to answer calls. I would choose another roofing Co.

Buyers BEWARE! I've never left a single review but felt compelled to do so after this stunt to warn others.This company quoted me $39,000 for a roof others professional roofers were quoting from $16,000 to $17,500. They show up with an iPad not a ladder and use high pressure sales tactics that you practically have to throw them out of your home because they won't leave until they get a yes. This company is looking to rip people off and how and they sleep at night is beyond me. As a former contractor that also did honest in home sales at a fair price I know this company type and they're highway robbery. Vince was the sale rep they sent and they use every trick in the book including; let me talk to my manager and see what he can do. He came back in with $15,000 in "marketing discounts" after I told them how out of line they were. Vince also fumbled with showing me what my roof measurements were with their fancy aerial measurements. They didn't even have them I'm certain. The better business bureau will be informed too. Beware!!!

To be perfectly clear, I do not hold any of this against the representative that assisted me. He was very kind and was just doing his job...With that being said, I was forced to talk on the phone for over an hour while I shared my computer screen with a representative. I have done a sales job before similar to his, so I knew he had to give me the entire long presentation. All I asked was that neither of us waste our time if the price was over my budget. The price blew my budget away by 8k and the next closest roofer was still 6k away. I asked several times to Skip ahead of certain parts where I was knowledgeable and the rep seemed afraid to as if he'd get in trouble. I also asked if he could just check the price himself (while not sharing the screen) and at least confirm that they were competitive with my budget. He said he couldn't, and I don't doubt him. Serious management issue.I completely understand if you're not going to be the "cheap guys" and you need to sell your product, but this was excessive, a waste of time and just bad business. I'm sure their product is great, but after 5 other roofers and just wanting a simple bit of info, this was a ridiculous experience. If you want to learn the history of the company, roofing, roofing materials and everything else under the sun, contact these guys FIRST. They'll teach you a lot (though forcibly) and give you the highest price possible.And with that knowledge in mind, look for more affordable options. I shoud've known they'd be through the roof after being forced to hear why they're the greatest for an hour. The affordable companies usually don't hype themselves forever before delivering a price, product info and warranty.Awful experience.

Be warned. Do your research on this company. 5 star rating? Take a deeper look at the reviews before you sign on like I did. Check out who is writing these reviews. Why are there multiple contributors that also review a Canadian company, a driving school in India, an Australian company? Those other websites this company is reviewed on? The real reviews are there, look for them.My experience: After putting down $7k on a $24k roof I was told I'd be contacted ASAP by a project manager. Mind you, in NJ, and probably most other states there is a 3 day recission period, however, I didn't hear a peep from them in those three days. In reality, I had to reach out to them after day 2 to ask for an update. I was assured I'd have the project manager reach out to me before end of day 3.Day 3 almost passes and I have a pit in my stomach because how could a 5 star company not follow up with me as promised. After a deep dive it doesn't take long to find out that a rep/owner of Verified Holdings LLC d/b/a Jetroof, Vincent Delmonte was also associated with Verified Construction. Do yourself a favor and look at the reviews there.Regardless of the above do you think a 5 star company would give you access to their sales agent with a direct # or email? You would think yes, but no. I was forced to call a 1-800 # that is just an answering service.So, come day 4 I call again and finally reach my sales agent, Ian, and immediately tell him I'm cancelling because of their lack of responsivity and the unprofessionalism. Won't you know that as soon as I try and cancel this contract I get a call from Mike, the project manager, that tells me I'm past the recisssion period. Why would this be his first statement to me? This shop is clearly in the business of taking contracts and shopping them out to subcontractors without any regard for you or your property. Ask yourself, if a 5 star company is so succesful wouldn't they have photos of their finished product or their trucks? The answer is no and it makes sense when you consider the majority of 5 star reviews are fake so what does that tell you about their product/service?Good news though. After having to take a few phone calls from both Ian and Vincent and going through some high pressure sales tactics they reversed my credit card charge.Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

We had some metal flashing where the shingles met our chimney, and we were getting some leaks from there, as well as in a few other areas. Someone had used roofing cement in several spots, and over time, it had cracked. We spoke with JetRoof and decided to do a complete replacement, and it was a sound choice. We know that the new roof adds value to our home, and we no longer have to worry about leaks.

This was five-star service all the way! I was given a fair estimate and felt comfortable right way. Their crew removed two layers of shingles and replaced the old roof with a brand new one. Our house really stands out in the neighborhood!

Bad overall experience and way overpriced! Stay away!!! During the appointment my girlfriend was cooking dinner and they stayed at the house for almost two hours! You think they would have got it that they were being rude and inconsiderate but no. I had asked them both to give me a price and move things along but they would not deviate from their Tablet presentation and ignored my multiple requests. Their presentation is all smoke and mirrors along with some fancy words. However, the sales guys resorted to writing their quote on a piece of notebook paper. The total price quote was for $21,030 if I signed that night and if I waited the price would be $31,072! Mind you I have had other quotes for over $20,000 less. My roof is only a 2,300 sq. ft roof! They also don’t listen to you as a customer and just stick to saying their product is different when questioning their prices. I had to repeatedly asked Vince for an official business like estimate (not a piece of notebook paper) with a breakdown of the project but he repeatedly ignored me and asked how he could better help me. I felt like I was talking to a wall when we discussed pricing breakdown and quotes. He finally said that they do not give out written estimates on their official business letterhead and the breakdown of the price will be received only after you agree to them doing the work. They gave me nothing but those numbers I posted in the picture and it was a total waste of me and my girlfriends time. How Jet Roof even got positive reviews is beyond me!!! They must be questionable or just customers who were completely taken advantage of because they have no clue and did not do their homework for getting a Roof. Just take a look at ALL the NEGATIVE REVIEWS and you will SEE a trend. Jet Roof is way over priced and this is putting it lightly. They try to sell you with smoke and mirrors and they try and make it like they invented the wheel. It’s a roof with shingles mind you and a price for $20,000 more than my other estimates! Highway robbery and horrible customer service from the sales end and beyond. I received a call back from a “Nick” who share he was the owner of Jet Roof. Nick supported the quote on a piece of paper and the amount of the quote given. His rationale for the quote on a piece of paper the info did not need to be an itemized estimate because all the info is given during the presentation and you as the customer are aware of your buying. Buyer beware and stay away! If you have a loved one educate them to stay away as this company is way over priced. Enclosed is a copy of their quote on paper for all to see.
