I would never hire this company again! We hired on 2/1/23 and signed a contract to repair roof damage. We have had multiple leaks in the same spot since we hired them. They failed and did an ineffective job. On 1/9/24 we had water leaking from the same exact area hired to repair in roof, it had only been 11 months since hired for the initial repair, see photos. We requested corrections for the roof to the owner, Mr. John Marroni however refused. They did a terrible job and we spent thousands of dollars and they didn't do it correctly. Have to hire a new roofer and mitigation services within less than a year of repair.

I was very thankful to have National Restoration by my side after my basement flooded during a torrential rainstorm this past weekend- Saturday 3/23/24.I had phoned 2 other companies prior to connecting with them and they were the only company willing to provide help and treatment the “same day”. Everyone I happened to touch base with were kind, professional, knowledgeable and efficient from my initial contact with Gordon, and then Frank, who managed the cleanup, along with the crew who were here on Saturday night – Marty and Bella -who worked for many hours to extract the basement water and set up the fans, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers. Each day, Frank checked in with me to make sure everything was in working order. They are also helping me to provide information for an insurance claim. I was very grateful to have this company provide help and support to me during this stressful time and would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

A disused water line decided to leak and flood part of our kitchen over Christmas. Our plumber suggested we get in touch with National Restoration. They came the same day and the “journey” began. Their rep, Mark, was excellent. He helped us navigate everything with the insurance company and, once restoration work began, checked in regularly. A team was immediately sent to remove the damaged plaster wall and hardwood floor. Restoration was done by a true professional, John, who did beautiful work. We truly recommend National Restoration. They make a frustrating situation so much easier to deal with thanks to their professionalism and knowledge. Plus, they’re just really nice people!

As soon as the owner John recognized the impact the issue was having on our employees he brought together resources after hours to have the issue resolved. I purchased a house from an estate that used national restoration to do almost a complete rebuild. (Burnt to the foundation) The house initially looked pretty decent, but then again so does pretty much all new construction. After being in the house over a year now, I can say that quality control is a big issue with this company.The workers or subcontractors they used were either unskilled, in a hurry or just had no pride in their workmanship. Not much is square, level or plumb in this house. The drywall installation and finishing is mediocre. (Gouges, bulging and poor finish) With that being said, obviously the paint didn't turn out well either.My kitchen tile floor developed a 5 ft long crack. Also I now have several tape seam cracks forming on my ceilings) NONE of the doors in the entire house were installed correctly. The grout in the kitchen and bathroom tile leaves a lot to be desired. I have numerous missing shingles and improperly set nails on my roof. The two rooms on the left side of the house are possibly improperly insulated as they are many degrees cooler in the winter than the rest of the house.Keep in mind there are numerous other issues that I have already repaired or have not even mentioned due to space limitations here.National did come out once to do warranty repair on the siding, flashing and rain gutters. It took a ridiculous number of phone calls to get even that done. I still have issues with wasps getting into the attic due to the poor flashing and soffit work. Additionally the down spouts leak in multiple areas after the " warranty " repair.I invited the owner of the company (John) out to come tour my house but he never showed up.I am slowly working on repairing some of these issues myself as it make me unhappy to see these defects on a daily basis. Should I have purchased the house? Maybe not, but lessons learned.All in all, if you are looking for a quality fire restoration from a detail oriented company, I would skip national.

My basement was flooded on Christmas morning from a sub pump failure and i was totally lost on what to do or who to call. I came in contact with Rich who gave me plenty of suggestions before even mentioning to that he worked for a restoration company. I was very hesitant because of my lack of knowledge but he made me feel comfortable. In about two hours, Mark, my main contact, came to my house and accessed the damage and his crew was there in the next hour or so. They worked on clearing my basement out for 5 hours. Nobody wants to have to deal with a flooded house at any time, especially when your insurance does not cover it like my situation turned out to be. National Restoration was extremely responsive and communicative with me throughout the entire process. They showed up the same day on a Sunday after I called about my basement flooding.
