Quality Roofing is unprofessional, does poor work and does not respond to customer issues! I would never recommend them to anyone! We had our roof done by Quality Roofing 5 years ago and over few recent months have had a significant leak. Well, the leak finally made it to the inside of the house. When originally contacted about the issue, they did not want to take any responsibility, did not want to look at the issue and were not interested in helping address the problem. They did the replacement roof work! After being completely rude on the phone to me, Mark agreed to come out at look at it. They threw some caulk around the corner edges of the siding of the second floor that hits the garage roof and said that it wasn't their problem. That it was a siding issue. After having three other roofing companies look at the issue, very professionally, we were told that there was no step flashing on the front and rear slopes of the roof over the garage and there was no water shield membrane. Also, there was no pan flashing at the roof over the front porch. Roofing 101 I'm told. It was clear once several shingles were removed. Any old step flashing that was there was the original step flashing from the original roof from the 1960s. This was confirmed from all three other roofers. When confronted with the issue, they said that every shingle was step flashed, which it wasn't. After I contacted them to let them know what I had been told and saw myself, Mark said there was nothing he could see and that it wasn't a roofing issue. He said there was step flashing and that every shingle was step flashed. Which it wasn't. I requested that they come out again and look at it again, and never got a response. After contacting them several times. Their work was poor, and their customer service was horrible. And I'm out $1,500 to get the issue fixed by a reputable company that knows Roofing 101.Service: Roof installation

During a small storm a dead tree fell down the side of our 2 story house. It didn’t do any major damage but the very tip top of tree slid down the side from top to bottom , breaking or scarring the vinyl siding . The whole end of the house needed replaced. Quality siding was recommended to me . They came out and gave me an estimate , the issue was our siding was discontinued !! Plus it was 15 yrs old . The owner took a sample back with him to see about finding some . Well , it took him about 2 weeks , dang if he didn’t find the exact woodgrain color !!! Once the order came in it was Dec. cold, snow on the ground . His people showed up and knocked it out in 2 days ! Even though the new siding was slightly darker ( this was about 4 yrs. ago ), you wouldn’t be able to tell which side was done . We have been very pleased with the results. Bill came by our home when we first moved in and handed me a flyer. We knew we'd need our roof replaced within the next year as it was obviously visibly in disrepair when we bought it. He mentioned they don't use sub contractors and were family owned so I held onto the flyer after seeing good reviews online to back them up.Just two weeks later we had wind damage that tore off an entire side of our home and damaged the roof. I called Bill and his quote was within the insurance payout for both the siding and roof. They came out and did the siding and roof all within about three days. The new roof looks great and they installed ridge vents which our energy auditor suggested last minute. Bill worked with me on the change order and got the materials ready before they did the install. We are very happy with the work that was done. They replaced damaged sheathing on the roof and removed they layers of old shingles. I would highly recommend them as they were professional, timely and did quality work.
