I had a roof repair estimate today between 9am-11am. It is now 230pm and they never showed or made a phone call to state they were never coming or was going to be late. I feel as though it's not my responsibility to reach out to a company that is supposed to show up between certain hours for an estimate. They even called yesterday to confirm too. Will never reach out to this company again

Just this past week Jason from universal roofing came with his crew and replaced my roof on my house, flat roof over my sunroom, and the roof on my shed. Their pricing is very fair. They were able to get everything done in one day. The crew did an excellent job and made sure all areas around my property were cleaned up before they left. Everything looks AWESOME! Great team. Jason was amazing to work with. After interviewing about 6 roofers, we at a condo association knew he was the right person for the job. He was on the site, making sure everything went smoothly. Add them to your list of bids and make sure you compare apples to apples when reviewing bids. Jason does not cut corners and still came in lower at a great cost.

Great trustworthy company! From the minute I called to get an estimate for a new roof.Lady that answered the phone was very nice. She got me an appointment to fit into my busy schedule.Estimator was professional and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions.Price was actually a little less than I expected and what I received from a few other guys.The day my new roof was installed workers were very nice and professional. He indicated it would be more practical for him to repair the damage while he was there in lieu of having a mechanic have to return and repair it. I requested an estimate for a full roof replacement for one of my rental properties and someone came out to take a look. I waited 4 days with no response and made multiple attempts to find out what the cost was and was told Joe would give me a call. I never received a call from him and waited the next afternoon to see if he would call back. He never did, so I called again and was told they didn't want to do the job. I thought this was the oddest thing I've ever heard of as I had two other quotes and none of them said they didn't want to do it or found any issues with the job. What a waste of time as they come with a 5 star rating, but cannot see how, based on my experience (or lack thereof) with them. They were very unprofessional and will never reach out to them to do any work on my properties based on the lack of professionalism I experienced with this company.Response to Owner: This was never about a leak, this was about replacing the shingles and some of the boards if they needed it. The roof/shingles was well over 14 years old and needed replacement.

I thought they were very honest. They came to my 94 year old father in laws house to give an estimate on a new roof. They told him he didn't need a roof yet, that he probably had at least 5 years left on the existing roof. I called the office and thanked Universal for being so honest. They could have insisted that he replace the roof now, but they didn't. Because of that, we will use them in the future.
