We were scheduled to have our roof replaced when it was discovered that our roof decking needed to be replaced as well. Needed a skylight replaced in our bathroom, and Chris was wonderful and fast. He visited the site within 24 hours of my request. He was negotiable on the price, and while not the lowest offer we received, they tell you: you get what you pay for. I felt comfortable paying more knowing the window could be ordered and installed in less than a week. Chris explained what he was doing each step of the install and left the place clean. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris when All Point Roofing was replacing the neighbour’s flat roof! Chris was quick to provide an estimate and walk me through all the details. As someone who is a Perfectionist … Chris and his crew accommodated all the issues in terms of sloping, number of scuppers and drains. Chris is very knowledgable and accommodating and makes sure the job gets done properly! Things to improve on: increase the warranty years from 5 to 10 years conditional on no additional changes to the roof! Highly recommend and will use again! Thank you Chris

They changed the entire chimney.. But I asked him…. Is there anything else that I will have to do. He said no. They install the new chimney, he then tells me I need $2,500 to fix it. 😒. But we decided not to do it because we already had paid him a big amount of money. So that area remains open. (See photo) THEN. Boiler will not turn on. Call him and ask him to please address situation as the boiler was working before the chimney update. He doesn’t want to, but ends up sending a guy that couldn’t care less about trying to make it work. Tells us we need a plumber. So that is an EXTRA amount of money. We get a plumber to come see why. He shows us how they did not cover the boiler so the ignition flame couldn’t turn on as all the debris from the chimney installation had covered the entire bottom part of the boiler!!! The boiler had to be totally cleaned before even trying to turn it on. Mind you. This boiler is not even a year old!! If I could go back and do it again. I would have hired another company.

I had an ongoing roof problem at my place in Morristown. I had several contractors work on my roof over the years, none could solve the problem. Then I met Chris of All Point Roofing & Chimney. Chris suggested a completely new roof down to the wood beams. The news was a little disheartening at first but the price was very good so I signed the contract. On the day of the job, Chris showed up with an entire crew of workers, two trucks and also had materials delivered to the site. It was hard to believe that I paid for all of this with what I was charged. All Point Roofing & Chimney did an outstanding job replacing my roof all in one day. I also received a great garentee.At the end of the job, All Point Roofing carted away a truck load of old Roofing material and cleaned up. Thank you Chris and All Point Roofing & Chimney. You put the stress that I was expierencing from a leaking roof at ease.

We also discovered a number of areas where there was water damage to my eaves and where the squirrels had eaten more holes. They were able to repair those areas as well. Chris, the Manager in All Point Roofing was very responsive and professional through the entire process, and I would use them again.
