I called Fixed& Fair inquiring about a new roof since my roof was getting really old. They said the estimate was free and they came the same day to take a look at my roof. They explained the work and gave me a very fair price. They provided me with work permits and had the job done right away. The guys were sufficient, reliable and very nice. Fixed and fair is a very reliable company.I had to repair my old roof and also reinforce my chimney.I had several offers but what made me choose fixed and fair was the punctuality of the estimator and the way he explained to me the way they were going to proceed with the reparations.They were very professional and very attentive to the customer needs and wants.The roof and the chimney ended up to look like brand new and i am very happy that i have chosen this company.I highly recommend Fixed & Fair Construction LLC

The firm was referred by homeadvisors and Billy reached out and setup time for reviewing the issue. Possible seal issue on the skylight. I liked that Billy was punctual and gave a professional and fair feedback that the seal seems to be in order. He offered to replace the skylight if I wanted. He did not try and make a case for replacing the skylight.

There are a number of comments I could make about my experience, but my main concern is that from the beginning we were assured that if we ever had any issues or concerns with the work, it would be addressed accordingly. After having some masonry work done an issue arose. Initially it seemed like they were going to follow-up and we were told that they were going to come at a certain day to check it out, but then they did not show and did not make any effort to let us know they couldn't come. This happened a couple times. Then we were told they were too busy and bumped us out. Then there was no response at all to any inquiries. So after over 2 1/2 months of trying to trying to get someone to come back to check out our concerns and try to fix the issue I've basically given up. This combined with the general dismissive attitude of some concerns we had about the quality of work while it was being done has led me to give this rating. So, on whole I'm disappointed and feel there was little done to ensure customer satisfaction both during and after the work.

I’m pretty sure the gentleman name is bill! Must say I’ve run businesses in the past and found this company through angies list and they replaced chimmney liner and cap some cement work as well these guys were fantastic on time very professional great work very nice and that’s hard to find! I would and will recommend these folks hands down excellent. Thank you and merry Christmas happy new year
