Renault from Focus on Construction responded to my request for chimney work very quickly. He was professional, pleasant, very detail oriented, and Renault also spent time listening to my concerns and answering them thoroughly in layman's terms so that I understood my treatment alternatives (as well as their advantages and disadvantages) clearly.I used Focus on Construction once before (for a chimney repair due to cracks in the chimney causing water leaking into my attic - they did a fantastic job) to extend my chimney flues and place chimney caps (they were previously all cut flush to the top of the existing chimney for some unknown reason, not by this company). I have 2 existing wood burning fireplaces and I want to convert these to gas log sets, making the chimney caps necessary.Focus on Construction scheduled a convenient time to inspect the chimney and also to add the chimney caps, their price was very reasonable, and their work was wonderful (they provide photos before and after to better illustrate their work).I will be calling this company again when I need work on my home. They do a wide variety of services, including chimneys, roofing, masonry and the like.

Renald and his crew have been incredibly responsive, professional and efficient with their work. We had initially contacted them for help with installing spikes on our roof (pest control) and we found ourselves in conversation with Renald about our backyard and what we wanted to do with it.His quote was reasonable and we within a few hundred dollars of that quote (our fault-we asked for something more!). They were here just after 8am and out before 5 and we now have the most gorgeous patio! I cannot wait to finish out the garden edges ourselves and enjoy many bbqs on this gorgeous patio.His team was kind enough to go out of their way to save my mint bush that was where stone was going. Very thoughtful and I will absolutely recommend Focus on Construction to whoever I find out is in need of help!!

Focus On has been one of the best contractors I have had the opportunity to work with. From their quick response to my initial request and generating an estimate, to their fair prices, and honest assessment of what needed and did not need to be done, the communication has always been superior. We expected the work that needed to be done to take a couple of days but they got the job done in just a couple of hours! We choosed them between 3 companies to replace our roof after they explained in details all the steps and the price also was very reasonable .They also noticed a section of our chimney that was needed to be repaired and they did it without extra charge .
