My roof was damaged from a storm. I needed a roof contractor ASAP because rain was expected within couple of days. I've reached out to many roof contractors. Either they gave me vague estimated times or it would be too far out in the week for me to schedule. Thats when I came across Pro Trends Construction and Larry came and inspected my roof within 30 minutes after I made the call. He gave me a clear break down on the condition of my roof. He showed me pictures and pointed out whats happening on certain spots and why it was happening. He was very detailed, easy to communicate with, punctual, professional and his price was very reasonable given the condition of my roof. You can not go wrong with Larry.

Had a leak from vent pipe flashing. Larry took the time and did a a very thorough job. He removed all the surrounding roof shingles, replacing the damaged wood, added a layer of ice shield and installed new flashings. All for a very reasonable price with a 5 year warranty. Wowww! I must say that Larry went above and beyond to fix our leaky and rotting roof. This is an addition to the house and the job that was originally done was very sloppy with many missing parts. He examined and found the problem. Larry explained everything to us in detail. He added new plywood, underlayment and he also added flashing which was never installed from the original construction. He is a very simple, honest and professional person. After numerous quotes and estimates I highly recommend Larry for any roofing and gutter job. He will be the only roofer I use.

He looked at everything and gave all possible options. Other companies just try to make the most from you. I highly recommend Pro Trends. If you want reliable, honest, quality work , Pro Trends should be your first and only choice. I wish I found out about them sooner, I would of use them for my other projects. You can tell that they take pride in their work. Most of the garbage was from a roofing company who installed my roof the previous year. They never cleaned the gutters and didn’t say a word. We replaced our old 4” gutters with new 6” seamless gutters with covers and new oversized downspouts. Larry was very good at serving us. I gave him the job on Friday and he did the work on Saturday and Sunday. Very accommodating and easy to speak to. We added other work like a chimney cap and replaced rotten fascia boards. ProTrends arrived ready to work! Larry came within 24 hours of my 1st call. He performed a thorough diagnostic of my problem. He was on the roof, in the basement, essentially no stone left unturned. We had a substantial amount of rain immediately following his repair work and not surprisingly we’ve had no issues which is a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Water dripping inside ur house is super frightening. Larry spent about 3 hours analyzing and repairing in total. He re-pitched and cleaned our gutters, caulked our window plus more. He was so kind, so pleasant, and soooooooo honest. I’m very fortunate to have been passed his information by another satisfied customer.

Pro Trends Construction is a very good company. Larry, the owner/partner of the company is excellent to work with. He stopped by on the same day, I spoke to him, and inspected my roof for leaks. He spent about 2.5 hours to carefully remove the shingles, inspect the roof and put the shingles back in place before he gave me fair estimates for both roof repair and complete replacement. Spending so much time and effort just for a fair estimate, tells how genuine he is.He stopped by right on time on the scheduled day for roof replacement, as he promised and worked until late in that evening to get about 80% done. He returned on the following day to finish the job before rain came. Most interestingly, he didn’t ask for any advance/deposit for the job. I paid him in full after he finished the job.Larry is a great person, easy to talk to and work with. He did a quality job on the roof replacement. He even gave me a few of the shingles that were extra from this roof, to do patch work on my equipment shed’s roof.Overall, I am really satisfied with Larry’s professionalism and quality of work. Wow, what service! I had a leak in my ceiling and called for an estimate and to see what the problem could be. Larry showed up within 20 minutes, in the rain and actually took out his ladder to inspect the roof! He found the flashing was not secure and secured it the entire length of the front side of my house! He is extremely professional, kind, and explained everything in great detail so I could understand everything. This is not only great customer service and work ethic but genuine care for others!
