Echoing the comments below, this company is rude and unprofessional. They were doing work on the water lines outside our house apparently hired by the town (though the town's hiring of a company with complaints like this one is questionable in and of itself). For over 3 hours I listened to the crew joke around, I witnessed them laugh and take pictures over a mistake (I don't know construction well enough to know the mistake, but I could hear every word through my window, and they thought it was hilarious to have messed up, and seemed quite content to leave enormous piles of dirt and holes in the ground that they were taking pictures of). They spent more time smoking cigarettes and hanging out in the truck than they did working in any form. Anyone who hires them is undoubtedly wasting money.

This business is not professional at all! I had an accident with one of their trucks, and the owner could not care less to call me back and make it right. The office promises to give him the messages but I have not received a call back even after calling John Garcia for a whole month. I would never do business with such unprofessional people! hire them at your own risk!

Did a water line upgrade and they left the dirt without compacting it. They asked for me to pay cash and once I paid they stopped working and never responded again. Now its been 5 months and due to the poor work I was left with water in my basement. The town officials came in and said they need to fix this ASAP. Complete crooks!
