This job started out with a roof replacement . I knew the roof was in bad shape and I fully expected them to find some issues which they did. They were very clear and let me know the things that absolutely needed to be done and which things they recommended but weren't 100% needed right now. While they worked I asked for a quote for the siding and they gave me one and just added that to the work order. They worked fast and made sure to clean everything up. My family is extremely happy with our new roof and with how well the experience went! To most companies, it's just a roof job. But to a home owner, it's a big expense. This was not the lowest estimate that we received but we were very impressed with Mike Corbin's great representation of his company so it made our choice much easier. Needed a new roof on the hurry up after we discovered leaks in our existing roof. We met with several different company reps but it was SECI construction that we chose as I felt the sales representative Mike was thorough and completely honest with me during our initial meeting and throughout the entire process. The crew was professional and thorough in the installation process and left the after ensuring all scrap was disposed of including the magnetic sweep of the yard for any nails. I definately recommend their company if you need a roof replacement.

SECI took beautiful care of us. They not only pulled the old roof they did all the proper repairs to the plywood and rafters before putting up my new gorgeous roof. They had the whole job completed in less than 2 days and they cleaned up every piece of trash created from the install. Great service!I tried to do my research first, so I contacted GAF Roofing Systems and Owens Corning to check if Seci was certified. And they were. Edi provided us with their credentials, which gave us an indication of their expertise and quality.I used previous reviews to gauge their reputation & quality of work (although I know that does not always accurately ensure anything, but I was satisfied with prior reviews). So we decided to hire them.This company provided us with all of the relevant registrations, licenses, permits, certificates, and insurance they needed to do their jobs effectively. We needed to do nothing but stay clear & let them work.The crew was prompt & arrived early and was respectful with how they executed their job. Edi communicated well with us throughout the day & so did Renato (I am wondering if I am spelling their name correctly). But I dealt directly with those two, and they listened to our concerns. That is a plus!When finished they removed all trash from the teardown of our old roof to our satisfaction. Leaving us with a nice new roof.I will leave this company with a score of 4 because I can’t leave half of points; if possible, I would leave them a 4.5. So far (as of 10/18/2023), I would recommend Seci to others.If updates are required I’ll add.Service: Roof installation

Very professional - After 50 years with 2 roofs we needed a new one. Mark, the salesman. explained the components of the new roof that would be warranted by Owens Corning for 50 years.We decided on Seci Construction after speaking with 3 other companies.The company sent a crew of 8 men supervised by a foreman. In 12 hours they removed 2 existing roofs and installed a new one. The next day they installed the soffit vents and 6 inch gutters and finished the project. Everything was clean and no damage to any flowers or bushes. The CEO of the company even came out to view the ongoing work.I have been in the mechanical construction business for over 50 years and know good work when I see it. I highly recommend Seci Construction. They are very professional.

We recently purchased a home that has lots of undisclosed issues unfortunately. One of those was a bad roof. When we found a leak, we decided to get quotes from several companies (5), and our first appointment was with Mandi at SECI. We really liked him from the start and he was very upfront and professional. Several of the quotes were the same as Mandi's but the rest were higher. We went with him because he was responsive, knowledgeable, and also could get the job done much sooner than the other companies. Once they pulled up the old roof, we discovered that the entire roof was rotted underneath 3 layers of shingles, so the job went from a simple job to stripping the whole thing off to the frame and basically building a new roof. They still got the job done in one day - a Sunday, just days after signing a contract (and that was due to rain). Mandi was there every step of the way, making sure things were done right and fast. I could not be happier with the job that Seci did on my roof. Our original roof was built in the 1950s and made of slate. Many roofing companies declined the job or quoted outrageous numbers. Seci was fair and professional.The job was initially just to remove the slate and replace with asphalt shingles, then replace the gutters. After finding the subroof was dry rotted, they replaced the entire roof in a day and a half.They were quick, did an excellent job with the roof, and considerate of our house and neighbors. I would recommend them to anyone for a roofing job

From the moment Edi from SECI Construction met with us, we felt like family. He and his brother run crews with specialties from Siding to Roofing to Gutter installations. Within 48 hours of signing with Edi, we were given the option to start immediately. Our roof was in bad shape and Edi worked with us financially to be able to afford a new roof over our home. The crew for the roof (about 10 guys) was professional and efficient. The cleanup was superb. The next day! we started our siding installation which took 4-5 days. The job was done with precision, efficiency and attention to detail. We are delighted with it. The gutter installation crew was in and out in 4 hours and from what I can tell (after a HUGE rain), the system is flawless. I cant say enough great things about the crews, especially the siding crew who did little outside projects for me while installing the siding. They were patient, respectful and highly organized. We started the process of getting a new roof with a very thorough consultation with Hank - who is also the president of the company. He broke everything down and made the case for why SECI's product and method was the way for us to go. His sales pitch was incredibly detailed, but never made you feel trapped or like you were getting a hard sell. He then took care of the measurements and quoted me a price that was reasonable enough that I cancelled my next consultation appointment and went forward with SECI.After waiting out some bad weather, we got some clear days and the crew arrived promptly at 8am and worked straight until after 8pm - completing all of the main house and making sure the detached garage was completely sealed and waterproofed before calling it a day and returning the following morning to finish and clean up from 8am-11am. They were thorough and aside from the new roof, you wouldn't know they had been there - which is impressive given the level of debris and mess caused from the job the day before. Hank and Achilles gave us a fair price, walked us through all of our options, showed us what they were doing as they did it and finished the work in the time that they said they would. I would recommend them wholeheartedly!They are kind and helpful, Mark took his time walking around my home and and found signs of water damage everyone, from the home inspector, to my realtor, to the other roofing companies, missed. He was also very helpful when answering my questions, and always following up!Remi was the supervisor on roofing day, and he was so helpful! He greeted me the first day and explained the entire process to me and what I can expect. He also updated me on what was happening, any issues they ran into (e.g. water damage), and was super helpful when thinking of a solution.I 100% recommend this company!
