From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with ZD Stucco. I had some back and forth email exchanges initially to get details and modifications I wanted to the quotes with Bacha and then we ended up scheduling a call one evening to wrap it up and he was able to quickly rework the quotes and get the contract to me and was responsive to text messages that night. During the EIFS restoration/painting, the team was very professional and friendly and kept the site clean. As with any contractor, there will always be a final punch list, especially for me, as I have a high attention to detail. The key for me is that the contractor acknowledges and readily resolves any concerns/issues which Pamela ensured the team did when I brought items to her attention.

I found ZD Stucco Repair through a Google search, and I’m so happy I did. Everyone knows contractors can be unpredictable and unreliable, but ZD was anything but. They won our business because of their solution, not because of price, and they earned our business every step of the way. Hired ZD Stucco for some large stucco repairs and I have to say their work is outstanding! Stucco work done the right way is important as in the past I’ve had small repairs and patch work done that was a total waste. I’m so happy I was able to find ZD Stucco because I was ready to give up. Zoltan the owner of the company came down did an assessment was very informative about what he felt was the best plan, gave me different options and informed me about stucco repairs and water damage. He explained what materials he would use and why this was the best for the job. Price was great and in line with the amount of work. He came out to the job almost every other day and stayed in communication with me every step of the way and did a final inspection with me when it was done. Dishonest, and overpriced. Had the honor of dealing with Pamela and Alberto. They think they’re the “Chanel” of stucco in NJ trying to justify their ridiculous markups LOL. Just look at the way the owner responds to criticism. Children. Do yourself a favor and avoid them. They continue to pay to have 1 star reviews removed including my original. Red Flags all over if you look.

Came out were honest with us, gave us some tips and tricks to help maintain our stucco, got us a discount on an inspection. Even gave us a tube of the right kind of caulking so we could get started with DIY measures on cracks that were small and didn’t warrant remediation from them. As new homeowners we can ride into winter knowing that we are good to go… on our stucco at least lol

ZD Stucco Repair was excellent. We had four contractors come to the house and give us an assessment of the job and cost estimates. All were very different both in the complexity and cost. In the end we chose ZD Repair. They did only what was necessary, and did not try to ‘up-charge’ any additional unnecessary work. They did an excellent job, were very responsive to all our questions and needs. Zoltan Dicso, the Office Manager and workmen were all excellent to work with and very respectful. In short, they were a pleasure to have working on our home. The end product was better than expected and the cost was reasonable particularly in respect to the other estimates. We only wished that we had known about them years ago-we would have gladly requested their services and we highly recommend them to anyone who needs stucco work done well.

Working with ZD Stucco Repair was an excellent experience from start to finish--from the day Zoltan came to the house to evaluate our needs, to the final completion of the project. Our house is 112 years old. Our main goal was to maintain the look of the original stucco texture. There was no need to be concerned. Thanks to the meticulous work of Brian and Edras who handled the stucco work, the final texture was a perfect match to the original! The final step was the most difficult for us--choosing the paint color. Our production manager, Pamela, who was wonderful throughout the project, exercised considerable patience as we struggled to settle on the perfect shade of gray. As it turned out, our final choice was just that--perfect! Regarding the painting crew, they were incredible. We were so impressed with their work ethic. They worked diligently each day from early morning to late afternoon to complete the project, and their attention to detail is commendable. Pamela and the crew also were quite patient as we requested additional painting that was not included in the original contract. When the entire job was completed, the crew left the work area looking just as it did before they started. Final result--the house looks brand new! A job well done! Overall, our experience with ZD Stucco Repair was 5-Star-Plus! We would highly recommend them!

The team at ZD Stucco repair was supremely polite, timely, and knowledgeable. Zoltan has a great eye for historical buildings and techniques and delivered what he promised. They fixed deteriorated stucco walls, repointed a brick facade, painted, and repaired supporting wooden structures. My 1845 building looks brand new. Stunning and timely work. I contacted ZD Stucco Repair for a job which required fixing some small cracks and areas. I had also contacted other stucco companies so that I have several quotes to compare. The price and estimate I received from ZD Stucco and Repairs was outrageous and grossly over any other estimates that I received. I raised it to their management that the costs were 4 times higher than others as I wanted to work with them. In response they refused to listen to my concerns and dismissed them as No Problem go somewhere else. There’s a way to be professional and learn or explain how their process or work may be different or maybe they misunderstood the scope of work. This was not it. Also Be prepared to Pay $$$$$ . They say you get what you pay for but my job with another company was completed in less than a day and came out amazing. Shop around!The person I worked with and emailed with was Bacha . The response below from ZD executive is incorrect and false. My recollection and description of my experience with ZD Stucco is fully honest. I didn’t know ZD Stucco is only for the richest and wealthiest people. But as you can see by their response what kind of people you’re dealing with.

Zoltan and his team did a great job. He helped us out of a jam as we were close to settlement for the sale of our house and needed to get a fair estimate quickly. Not only was he fair, but he was very honest with his timeline, explaining how the rain could or lack of it might effect his targeted start date. He checked everything, set up and got the job done right. It looks great!We were very happy with the results and so were the new owners!
