I’m a landlord and my tenants called me at 9am on Saturday and said the shower would not turn off. We had to shut the main water supply off and so this turned into a mini emergency for my tenants. Alex was able to come out within an hour and fix the problem. He also explained to me how to fix the problem in the future if it ever happens again which would save myself money. I really appreciate his fast, efficient services and sharing his knowledge. My house is in haddon township and I will definitely be calling Alex with any plumbing issues in the future.

We could not be happier with the service and professionalism provided by the D.Burgo team. We have been in our new home for only a few months and have had them come out for two separate jobs, and we know exactly who to call if anything else comes up. There entire team from the people who answer the phones to the plumbers/technicians who come out bent over backwards to be the most polite and professional 'handymen' we've ever worked with - and we've seen some bad ones.We cannot recommend this team and company enough. So happy with the service I received. I made a call on a Saturday and Tom was at my house within a couple hours and replaced my hot water heater. He did a great job and was very careful to protect my floors walls and carpet while working.. Very professional and happy to recommend D. Burgo to family and friends.

After contacting this company, they got back to me quickly with a reasonable quote and made time to get the job done quickly. The main reason for the 5 stars though was Alex. He came out to do the work. The main shutoff at the road wasn't marked so it made it impossible for him to complete the job. He worked through the issue and got the township out to shut the water off. With that, he spent much longer to do the job than it would have normally taken. I appreciated that he spent the extra time to take care of the issue I had at hand.

Tom arrived promptly at the time he texted us. He quickly gave us the cost for the repair and got right to work. In no time, we had new piping from our stationery sink to the mainline. Our problem with leaky plumbing was solved and it cost less than we expected. Tom was competent and professional so we are pleased with his work. We asked for his business card to share with others.

Not only were they able to squeeze me in for a last minute problem, but they also were so kind after we had to cancel the appointment. (Ended up having to get things fixed sooner than later).
