We had crawl space flooding for the first time, and it was an emergency. We contacted Emergency Relief Restoration. Vitor first told us that his schedule was full but he came to inspect the situation. He gave us the itemized quote the same day, and started working soon after. He removed a large volume of water and clay, cleaned the crawl space of construction debris, and dried the space. We were unaware of construction material and soil until he started. He honored the quote despite the task being much tougher than what he estimated. He is a very professional, competent, hard-working, and serious individual, who did a thorough, excellent job, and was very sensitive towards our living environment, to keep things as clean as possible. He answered many questions that we had regarding the flooding and restoration and gave us some valuable advise. I am very happy that we happened to find him and I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Cant say enough good things about Vitor and his team. We had a sewage back up from the street main into our basement and it was AWFUL - a total nightmare. I had a flooded basement situation on 01/13/2024. I called the Emergency Relief Restoration and Vitor responded immediately and came to my house in Paramus in 15 minutes. He evaluated situation and first stopped the flood replacing the broken sump pump. It was not his job to do and he could of say 'call the plumber ' but he did not, he just helped. Then he described what needs to be done and started to work on water damage remediation. Vitor was patient and completed the work to my satisfaction. He also made some good recommendations for future to prevent flooding exposure.

He was thorough with draining, cleaning, sanitizing, and drying the crawl space. He walked me through every step of the process so that I was informed of his process. I called Emergency Relief Restoration on Friday of Christmas weekend and they showed up the next day. They conducted themselves in a professional manner and were clean and thorough. They cleaned out all the debris from the basement and set the fans and dehumidifiers up. Returning 3 days later to check the progress and set the schedule for removal of the sheet rock. They kept to their schedule and within the initial estimate. I would use them again and recommend them to others

We called Vitor around 8:30-9pm on a Saturday because we had a sewer line rupture in our finished basement. He came swiftly to access the situation, drain the sewer water out and clean up. He sanitized the place to make it safe enough for us to get some things out that night before he came back to demolish and remove the flooring and damaged walls. He even provided dumpsters for all the furniture and things that had to get discarded. Vitor is very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He was not trying to drain us of every penny and explained our options to help save money. He also gave suggestions to limit chances of this happening again in addition to things we can get to help save furniture, belongings, etc. for the future should something like this ever happen again.
