From initial consultation, to window selection, to installation and clean up, Josh and David were great to work with. They provided prompt quotes and made us feel comfortable and confident in our selections. Would have given them 0 stars but that was not an option. They responded quickly after the initial contact to replace 2 doors. Once they found out the address of the property (it's in a 55+ community), they never responded back until they were texted about a week later to find out when someone was coming to the house to look at the project. We were told by the Office Manager someone would be out on Wednesday. Took the day off from work, waited around all day, & guess what - no one showed up! Prefer to do business with locals but maybe this is one time a big box store would be the way to go.

My wife and I used J&D to evaluate our backyard deck to possibly repair or replace it as it is rather old. They suggested we just replace some decking boards and we should be good for a couple more years. We really appreciated that because they could have pushed us towards a replacement which would have made them more and cost us more. The price was very fair and the work they did was professional in every aspect. After replacing the boards, they cleaned and stained the deck for us. I personaly appreciated that when I called they answered and when they said they would be there, they were there. The deck looks great, and we are looking forward to having company on it again. I would highly recommend them. And as if you would need another reason, they are Veteran owned.

My house was in desperate need of new storm and entry doors. My husband found J&D online and they were highly rated. We called them for an estimate. Guys were excellent , a window had come with crack in the bottom of the glass and the guys took care of getting a factory replacement and replaced the glass at no charge .Guys were very responsive, respectful and great to work with.Pricing was great too. I had a really bad incident with my old patio doors right before New Year and rather than extend murky existence of this old piece of junk used this as an excuse to replace it. Unfortunately this time of the year nobody seemed too be eager to take on such job. Anywhere i tried, from install shops to general stores, I've heard the same story with timeline starting at 2 months. That's until i managed to get in touch with Dave. He came for estimate at the same day, promised and delivered. in the matter of 5 days (including NY holidays) I've had beautiful Andersen doors installed. It's so rarely happens in constructions that everything goes exactly as promised, but this was exactly the case. Could not be happier with results. Thanks to J&DService: General door installation
