Wonderful company to deal with. Owner Mitch takes personal pride in visiting site while work is done. Took personal interest of all aspects of job. For example, he checked skylight mounting for placement before the crew nailed in, etc. GREAT EXPERIENCE. Crew clean up afterwards was exceptional. Great attention to details for my small reroof job (its a cottage, not one of those mansions he also does)

Mitch with Affordable Roofing went above and beyond from start to finish. We purchased our home with roof damage and leaks throughout. Mitch had explained to us, there were also way too many vents which are all opportunities for more leaks, therefore combining a couple of vents whenever possible was our best option. Mitch was able to help secure our roof from future leaks, while also replacing any plywood that was affected by past leaks. Mitch and his crew came in on time, early in the morning and worked until it was completely finished that same day. They took the time to cover & protect each and every part of our home. Once the job was complete, everything was cleaned up, our porches, stairwells, patios & driveway were actually cleaner than before they had started. We are beyond pleased with our new roof. Mitch used only the best materials, and our home is now safe and secured from leaks. Thanks so much to Mitch at Affordable Roofing and his incredible team.

Mitch & his team did amazing work!We got several quotes for our roof. Most were from construction or roofing companies that only sent to salesman out to my house. Mitch was the only one who came out and actually went up on my roof to look at it. He knew what products were needed based on the age of our home and the slope of our roof.The team was here on time and got to work immediately. They were done by 2:30 in the afternoon. They cleaned up all of the debris and did a magnetic sweep for nails in the yard. You wouldn’t even though they had been here except I have a brand new spanking roof.

I can't recommend Affordable Roofing more! Owner Mitch, came out to do the initial survey and then was at the job to oversee things. His guys were prompt and efficient and when the job was complete, the cleanup was amazing! You wouldn't even know the roof was replaced all in one day. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

My home is under a sale contract and the buyer's home inspector suggested a roofer inspect the roof for possible leaks. Since we were closing in a week, I needed to get someone out quickly. They coordinated with our Solar Panel company so that the removal of the panels and the roofing and gutter work was streamlined perfectly with the reinstall of the solar system. The crew was very efficient and coordinated a great install of our new roof. It was done in the time estimated. Mitch the owner is very accessible and likable. I would definitely recommend this company. In our quest to replace our roof, soffits, fascia skylights and gutters we obtained eight estimates from various roofing contractors. While the different estimates varied widely in multiple aspects Affordable Roofing was the clear choice for our project. From the estimate stage Mitch was easily reachable, returning our calls or texts promptly. He answered our multitude of questions and made very clear each aspect of the job. He and his entire team was completely professional and yet very courteous and easy to work with. They arrived promptly when they said they would. Did an outstanding job and even the cleanup exceeded my expectations. They weren’t the lowest estimate but for everything we received they gave us tremendous value for our money. There was never any hard sell or “sign today for a discount” coersion nonsense This is also a well established company that if there should be any issues, which I doubt, they’ll be there to deal with them. Perhaps my number one reason why we chose Mitch and affordable roofing is that Mitch is on EVERY JOB overseeing the crucial aspects of the job. No other company we received estimates from could say that. Everyone has “crews” for this and that but the owner never sees any of it. Everything about Affordable Roofing was first rate. Very customer oriented, willing to alter their tight schedule to meet our needs. Installation crew were courteous, very hard workers, always on the move. Tarps and protection laid down all around the house. I used Affordable Roofing service for a repair about a year and a half ago after reading favorable reviews. Mitch and his team were prompt, pleasant and extremely professional. I recently called Mitch again for a smaller repair in a different area and was pleasantly surprised when he said "it was on the house". Knowing that a total roof replacement is not far down the road for me, we discussed the process and possible financing. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are AMAZING. First off Mitch is the best person I've met in EHT thus far. Great guy, great team. My roof was slated to be a two day job and they finished everything in ONE DAY. Crew was at the house bright and early and worked nonstop. They were very professional and the clean up was great! Mitch and his crew are top notch! My soffits, gutters and in turn my attic. were totally open to squirrels, birds and other wildlife! My flat roof was in need of partial replacement, Mitch had some really creative ideas to eliminate soffits that were in an area that was just cosmetic and served no purpose.( no ventilation to attic in front of house, therefore no need for soffits!)and he had his Carpenter ( yes he has a carpenter he can call in for his “thinking outside the box” creative solutions) come up with a solution that was both aesthetically pleasing and secure from the wildlife! His pricing was more than fair, and I was even reimbursed for materials that were not ultimately necessary to complete the job! He also went through all of the soffited areas that the squirrels were using as a highway circumventing my house, and put barriers up to keep that from reoccurring in future if the tenacious little beasts should find their way in somehow, but he buttoned up things pretty tight, so I feel pretty secure about squirrel, bird, and other incursions in future, but will keep vigilant and call Mitch if needed,but I don’t anticipate any issues going forward! Mitch is extremely personable. He gave me an estimate in a timely fashion and got my roof installation scheduled immediately. He was true to his quote. There were no hidden or extra add on fees. Mitch has completed two roofing jobs (lower roof and upper roof) at my home in Brigantine in 2021 and recently in 2022. I was referred to him by a friend who is a general contractor. Mitch is a knowledgeable roofer. He was able to identify several significant problems with a relatively new roof including short nails and incorrectly sized step flashing for my shingles. I had blow offs and leaking around the chimneys. I ended up having him remove the existing shingles and start from scratch with proper copper rake and drip edges and correctly sized copper flashing around dormers and chimneys. I anticipate this roof will last 50 years. His crew was hard working and efficient. If he will travel to Pennsylvania, I will hire him again.Service: Roof repair
