I highly recommend Veterans Roofing! They protected my roof in the middle of a storm and came back to replace my skylight soon after. Very professional team that kept this anxious mom informed of the entire process. They also went above and beyond to keep a calm environment for my special need boys. You always hear scary stories of certain companies taking advantage of people’s time and money. Thank God this was not the case. The whole process from start to finish was super easy and organized. My husband took off work to be available but honestly he didn’t even need to be there because they take pictures of EVERY step they do. We truly were impressed. A special shout out for guys who actually did the work, thank you so much. 😊

Veteran’s Roofing, LLC just completed the installation of roof to our property in Egg Harbor City, NJ.I am extremely pleased and amazed at the incredible teamwork involved in this working TEAM! And the one on one communication, along with photos, is more than awesome!Installations and absolute cleanup completed in two days!!! From start to finish, the Veteran's Roofing team was superb! When we contacted them in December, Ryan from their team came right out to conduct a thorough inspection of our roof. Based on the quality of his work, attention to detail and thorough presentation (which he did twice for us -- Thank you, Marine!), we went with Veterans! They worked with us through the removal of our solar panels which took about two months to schedule (Thank you, Marissa!)...and once we had a date with clear weather, Project Manager Stephan and his team arrived right at 0700 and worked solidly until 2100 that night to get the house sealed up and area cleaned!14 hours non-stop...we couldn't ask for better dedication! At one point, Stephan even called in team member Owen to come to our site to fix a PVC pipe that broke in the attic. It was a pop-up repair...but they kept us rolling the whole way!On the second day of the job, JR came with a team to finish our gutter work while Javi completed a thorough clean up of our yard and surrounding area. Like the first day, the second was more of what we came to expect from the Veterans Roofing team -- hard working and completely helpful professionals!As a two veteran family ourselves, we were completely happy with choosing Veterans Roofing. While we would expect no less from fellow veterans...they did not let us down! On behalf of our family -- THANK YOU -- S/F and BZ!

Without a doubt the most professional, seamless process that we ever expected. Ryan was very impressive when we met for our consultation. No pressure, in fact as he was leaving our house we called him back in, to let him know we were sold. No need to wait.Their office kept in constant contact with any pertinent information in a group text setup for our convenience, leading up to installment day. Stephen, site manager, was nothing less from Ryan's impression. Punctual, and documented the entire process via text and pictures.We can not say enough good things about the entire process from start to finish, in fact several of our neighbors stopped by to get their information. We had a great experience with Veterans from start to stop. John came out and gave a very comprehensive quote and answered all our questions knowledgeably. We paid a deposit amount and scheduled for a couple months out, as we had custom sized skylights we had to wait for. Day of the project we were in constant contact with the team, lead by Stephan, and they were here for a long day as they encountered some unexpected issues with the skylight installation. Everything came out great though and they worked until it was dark and got the job done, which was amazing because after that it rained for about two weeks straight! We had a few follow-up issues that were dealt with timely and without fuss. I love the way this team works, communications are clear and everyone is on the same page, and they did amazing quality work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is interested in getting a new roof!

Excellent, professional roofers from start to finish! My old roof was tired, and they replaced it with military precision in four hours!My initial consult was with John K.; He inspected the entire roof inside and out. Afterward we reviewed the materials, and cost. The contract arrived on my phone a few hours later.Not the typical drive by estimate I received from other roof contractors.Three weeks later the Site Manager Stephan arrived on time with his crew.A very well organized crew, the entire project was depicted in real time photos. Amazing, the picture’s were sent directly to my iPhone during the installation process.BONUS…I didn’t have to go on a ladder to review anything.The crew cleaned the debris field twice. Kudos to Stephan, and his amazing crew.The new roof is a massive improvement, and it looks amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They arrived promptly, and on time the morning of my job. Thomas , the foreman did great, informing the guys of my dogs and making sure that I was happy throughout the process they also took pictures of all the rotted wood on the roof and informed me that they were replacing it. From beginning to end, I recommend these guys hands-down. Don’t waste youre time with anyone else. I wish I could give Veterans Roofing 10 stars. From the very thorough estimate, where Chris explained every little detail of what our roof needed to Thomas sending us pictures of the entire process. Also, Thomas was aware of our three Dogs that had to go out a couple times, he was sure to keep the area safe for our Dogs, no nails or scraps that they could step on. When the project was complete, there was a thorough clean up of the surrounding work site, as if no one was there at all. We feel very confident in our investment into our new roof and the durability of it, as well as recommending Veterans Roofing to all of our Friends and Family. My wife and I needed to find a roofing company to replace the leaking roofs on our 30 year old home. We didn't know where to turn, but after speaking to some friends who spoke so highly of Veterans Roofing we decided to go with their company. John the estimator showed up on time to evaluate our needs and drafted a contract with pricing which we thought was fair. The crew showed up exactly as promised and began our project. What is perhaps unique and valuable is that the foreman, Owen, not only supervises his men throughout the project, but he also takes pictures and shares them with the homeowner and narrates the project as it progresses. This is one outstanding first class outfit in a profession that can be riddled by a lot of fly by night shady characters. A special call out to Owen, just one of their many outstanding workers. Owen's work ethic is unparalleled. His constant attention to detail ensures a perfect job every time. It wouldn't surprise that he becomes an owner of the business at one point. We were so thrilled with this company that we recommended Veterans to three of our neighbors, who were similarly pleased.

I would give Veterans Roofing 10 stars if I could. They should teach a class on customer service. They tell you exactly what they are going to do and include the whole team on the text thread to you so everyone is in the loop. Pictures are sent to you to show their progress on the job and they keep you informed every step of the way. Everyone I talked to at Veterans Roofing was professional and courteous. Man, what great professionalism from Mr. Owen Naplacic. They were very communicative and punctual. The quality of the roofing work they performed also was durabile and showed true craftsmanship. Their custome service from the jump was second tk none. Owen was responsive to my inquiry as well as willing to address my concerns. He was also efficient and timely. He completed the job before the timeframe he gave me.On top of that, they cleaned up very nicely. I’ve had plenty of roofers just leave debris behind, but not Owen and his crew. I probably won’t be having to use veterans roofing anytime soon because of how well they did the first time, but I would recommend them to anybody and everybody.

From start to finish - Veterans Roofing was professional, efficient, and communicative. I cannot complement Vererans Roofing enough. On Memorial Day weekend, I found an area where my roof had failed. I connected with Marissa on Tuesday of that week, and someone was out same day to check status and temporarily patch the fail point. After deciding to replace the roof, a crew was out two weeks later and had the job done in one day and with detailed photos showing progress as the job went on.I’d absolutely recommend them, and will call for any future needs. Veterans Roofing did a great job 2 years installing a new roof at my Margate home. This year I needed an attic fan installed, a small job, but VR treated it as if it were a full roof replacement.They set up the appointment to meet my schedule and they were very accommodating.Owen and Tim were awesome on the install. Owen contacted me in advance to let me know they were on the way, and he was very patient in answering all my questions and concerns when they arrived.Once underway, I received photos in real time for each step of way which I really appreciated since I could not be on the roof to watch the process.The Job was done quickly and efficiently while Owen was completely respectful of my home.I have dealt with may contractors down the shore, and I would have to say Veterans Roofing is one of the finest.I would recommend them for any type of roofing work, and ask for Owen to run your project, if you are lucky enough to get him, you'll be getting the best.
