Worst drivers . In the past 7 days, I personally witnessed by two different Ned Stevens Trucks. In my opinion, they are a menace on the road and a danger to the public. The first incident occurred on Kingsland Road in Boonton on 5.22.2024 and the second on Rt 287 at 4:35 on 5.29.2024. There first incident I was almost T-boned by the vehicle while pulling from my driveway when the utility truck passed me at a high rate of speed. The second was the driver acting like he was on a racetrack. Both incidents are recorded to video. The purpose of this post is to alert the company and provide public record should anyone be injured by this reckless behavior in the future.

Mario's crew did a fantastic job with our gutter cleaning. They were on time and Ned Stevens quoted a fair price for this service. The two techs were great to deal with and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and the clean up was perfect. I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use Ned Stevens again!

We scheduled gutter cleaning and mosquito management. They were able to come out the same day for mosquito spraying and were very good at detailing the frequency as well as how we would be notified of the date , time and process for gutter cleaning. Very impressed with this company! Additionally they detailed a problem with moss/mold growing on our shingles during gutter cleaning. They came out within days to soft wash the roof. They explained EVERY process so thoroughly and the price was extremely reasonable. Excellent service company !!!!4/4/24 time for gutter cleaning! The crew was outstanding, did a great job, cleaned up any debris from the driveway. I love that they text about an hour before they arrive.They also came a second day to begin mosquito spraying and put warning flags in the lawn about the fresh spraying so people walking their dogs would avoid the area. Crew is efficient and courteous !!!May 21,2024. We have two PVC pergolas, one large one attached to the front of the house and one at the end of the driveway that is attached to a fence and with a gate and extra fencing piece to hide our garbage receptacles. Neither have been cleaned for a couple of years. When I asked Ned Stevens if they power wash areas like that I got a resounding yes! Two technicians power washed both areas and removed all the dirt, dust, mold and mildew that had accumulated. The two pergolas look FANTASTIC!!! They look brand new again. What a FABULOUS job!!! When they were done, there was not a single area of mess or dirt anywhere on the ground. The crew was on time, courteous, efficient and thorough. AMAZING job, NS!!!!

I would to take this time to acknowledge how what wonderful company Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning service is. . I had an issue with a Quote on my Gutter replacement & the customer service person whose name Is Viral handled it with professionalism & efficiently. I was so pleased how he resloved the issue. He was an excellent problem solver. What a magnificent company!

Ned’s Home is always the best. I have never once had a problem with them and have always been completely satisfied and happy with their services. My most recent visit was for insect prevention for the summer season for my yard, as my dogs and family spend a lot of time out doors from now through October. I use Ned’s services for this (and other reasons) for years now, and I am always coming back, as you see, because his techniques and products are effective and are non-toxic for my pets and for wild animals, as well. 2 men showed up on time to clean my gutters. I was home and was able to watch them first blow out leaves then they cleared gutters using hoses from roof. I was impressed as one worker slowly hand cleared all the remaining debris still clinging to my gutter guards. I gave the men a thumbs up and thanked them as they finished cleaning up. A well done job.

Company did two jobs for me. They power washed my fence which was very dirty and moss stained. Did not think it could be cleaned. Now gorgeous, sparkly white, like new. They also replaced a gutter section not draining correctly, installed by a siding company. Now water rushes down downspout. Men very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Was sold my service by a young associate Marilyn and she was sweet, very professional, very helpful, and made it very easy to understand what was best for my home! Our scheduled week for service was 6/15/24. Was not prepared for their visit on 5/22/24. Even though receiving a text saying they are on their way, 30 seconds was short notice to move 2 cars & open gate.I have no complaints of their actual work, but if the schedule date of service could be more accurate.Also, an orange ticket is usually left at the door when job was complete, but no ticket was left.

Ned's Home did a wonderful job with the many tasks we have booked: cleaning our gutters, clearing out our dryer vents, and powerwashing the siding of our house. The team is always professional, timely, and respectful of our property. And the cost is reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!

Hired them for gutter cleaning. They advised to remove gutter guards. The workers didn’t even have a drill and had to use mine. They tell me work is done and leave. I go outside and they had completely ripped up shingles and just left it like that.Then Ned Steven’s had me get up on my own roof to take photos to prove there was damage, then had me get my own estimate, just for someone to come look at the damage.Mind you, customer service was completely rude and unhelpful also. When I asked them to help cause rain was forecast they said “whatever happens, happens, we are fully insured.” That was not the best answer….I’d choose somewhere else that values your home and not just another number in the machine.

I always have a positive experience with Ned Stevens service. I recently had my house siding power washed, in addition to my contractual gutter cleaning and the team was outstanding. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Ned Stevens as they continue to be professional, courteous and diligent.

The outside bug spray provided by Ned's is so worth the money. Just to be able to stay outside more and not be attacked by mosquitos is wonderful. Before we signed up for the spray I did not believe it would work but after just 2 treatments, I have not been attacked once so if you're thinking it could not work, just try it, you will be shocked at the difference it makes.

Ned Stevens Gutter cleaning is the best company in my opinion for not only gutter cleaning but also for Mosquito , Flea and Tick and power washing. Their emloyees are prompt and very thorough. I also want to mention one of their employees Charles for helping with the Power Wash service. I explained that I am retired and living on a fixed income. He said no worries they break it down in 2 payments which makes it much easier for me. Thank you Charles and thank you Ned Stevens for providing the best service to your customers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Two guys from Ned Stevens came to clean my gutters last week. I have a bay window in my living room, which is at the front of the house. Before they arrived (I didn't know they were coming), I fully opened one of the windows, which rolls out. There is absolutely NO way anyone could miss that the window was open. Just as I came downstairs, I saw one of the guys hosing off the window with water at full force. He was spraying the window back and forth while it was wide open! He completely soaked my sofa, the pillows, the floor, and some books on my coffee table. I was irate! I went outside and confronted them. I was incredibly upset, and I believe, very rightfully so. A terrible, terrible experience.

Awful experience…I hiredNed Stevens for gutter cleaning - when I called to schedule service I asked if I needed to be home ,the customer service rep assured not a problem if I was not . I noted my dog would be at daycare .On the day of service I did not receive text notifying of crews impending arrival but was not concerned . I was sure to find a tag on my door and evidence of cleaned gutters. Not the case - no tag and gutters still full debris. Three days later a text “ Please let us know how we did” , received a mailed invoice and my credit card charged.I called customer service and explained the situation - I was told “ the crew must have went to wrong address, it happens” . I asked to speak to supervisor - His explanation was this is an honest mistake., but he wanted to make things right. He offered a $50 credit and I was rescheduled as first job of the day. This time I would be home.It’s the morning of service waiting 2hours no text and no crew. I call and ask for a supervisor . I get Diana from sales ,she can’t help but offers to find out from labor department the status. Another 1.5 hour passes , I call again get Diana says “ crew maybe 20 mins away” At that point I did not want anyone from that company on my property , canceled service and asked for a full refund.

The guys who were out said that they would provide a report. I guess it wasn't to me. All that I received was an invoice. They also said there was a problem and since I don't visit my roof often, I sort of expected a snapshot of the issue. How can I prioritize getting it repaired? If they're going to show up while I' m not home, I would like that photo.

For years, my gutters have been poorly pitched resulting in overflowing. I called Ned Stevens on Saturday and my gutter was replaced on Monday. Super fast, reliable, and affordable service. It looks and works great. Should have done this years ago.

My experience was not what I remembered the last time. It took 2 weeks for them to finally complete the job. I even set up one for my mom's house. Both took too long. I was told they needed an experienced crew. I believe all workers should be experienced for all types of roofs. I will probably not do this again. Very frustrating.

Ned Stevens has been cleaning our gutters for years. Always reliable and thorough. This time they power-washed our roof. Again great job. The crew was at our house when the 4.8 magnitude earthquake hit our area. No one was hurt.

I had a very bad experience with Ned Steven's Gutter replacement services. I requested for the existing gutters on the entire left side of the house and received a quote. The quote for the replacement was given without a visit to the house. When the crew turned up they only replaced a section of the gutters and refused to replace a smaller section which had a separate downspout that required an oversize gutter. When I complained to the office they agreed to return on a separate occasion to replace it.A couple of months went by and after another call to the office another crew arrived but only prepared to replace the horizontal section with an oversize gutter but not the existing downspout which was not oversized. The supervisor of the crew was very loud and rude and suggested that I should not be complaining since the company was replacing it for free. He refused to accept that an oversize horizontal gutter required an oversized downspout. The crew left without replacing the gutter.I paid for a service that I never received.I canceled my annual Ned Steven's gutter cleaning service and will never use Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning service again.

I LOVE this service. For a very reasonable price, a couple of guys show up twice a year, get up on my roof and blow out the gutters. They do a great job, don't leave a mess and I get an invoice the following day and can pay online. No fuss, no muss. I wish all home maintenance was as easy as this!

Typical good professional and prompt service from the guys.Making sure the downspouts and the pop up drain emmitters are also clean and clear should be a part of the standard service at that price, but isn't. Oh, well. No biggie.

Guys came on time. Very professional ( had all the safety gear on ), they were like ninjas navigating the roof. While cleaning the gutters, they even spotted a little space/ missing shingle on my roof and made a little repair! WOW, just amazing. Hire them!

Not a good experience resolving an issue due to the service. Ned's was recommended by neighbors, we hired them for gutter cleaning only to find out after they left, a corner piece of our home siding was dislodged during the service. We called to make a claim and Neds was adamant that it wasn't them and not very helpful in finding a resolution. Mind you, there are gutters a few feet away and right above the dislodged siding, so to say it was impossible is out of touch. We just bought this house and was recently inspected with no signs of siding issues, and no issues with the siding prior to the service. Ned's was the only people on our roof since we purchased home. While the cleaning service was ok, the fact that they've been unhelpful in resolving the issue is unacceptable. Unfortunately, we do not have photo or video proof so that's a learning lesson. Make sure to take photos of the property before and after service! Their loss as we planned to also hire them for frequent gutter cleanings, insect spraying and additional services. Not to mention, they were super pushy in pushing additional services when we booked the gutter cleaning service we wanted.

Not entirely happy with the service. Considering they went on my roof cleaned it out when I wasn't home and when I asked for pictures the representative stated it wasn't done due to safety concerns. Yet, you can clean my gutters but you don't feel safe taking a few pictures. They didn't for get to point out several issues with my gutters and roof that total almost 2k. They felt safe diagnosing those issues but no pictures of the work done. Time for a new service provider.

From what we were able to see the roof looked pretty clean. But we were not shown any pictures of gutters to see what was done. Also crew did not leave the property the way it was before doing the work. Overall not what we expected.Service: Rooftop/skylight cleaning
