We are really happy with our new tub and walls. The installers were very professional. They covered our floors and cleaned up when they finished. We noticed a leak near the shower head and they came out a few days later to fix it. We will definitely be telling our friends about your company.

They left a huge mess in our attic after replacing our roof. We can't get a hold of them and they don't reply back. They took forever to actually come do our roof and get things situated. Communication was horrible. There was more frustration than anything. They also broke a flower pot, rake and shovel leaning against the house and never told us.

They kept giving me updates as they were going along. They were respectful of my home by keeping my floors and their work area clean. Huge plus to a second person being there that way one can clean up as they go along while the other actually works. 1000% would recommend this company to anyone who’s looking to get work done on their home! Their prices aren’t insane. They’re doable. Plus you’re pretty much setting your price point BEFORE they do anything. I picked how it was going to look. I picked out the material. And I picked the color. I could’ve gotten more extravagant, premium materials, but I believe I got the best out of the budget I needed to keep! Most definitely a 10/10.

Through purchasing a new storm door with installation, I came to know and appreciate them and their employee, Jack.Jack is an *exceptional* employee at PJ Fitzpatrick; he's probably the most conscientious person I've ever had do work at my house. The installation of my new shower was done yesterday by Anthony,Josh, and Wilbur They did an excellent job. They new exactly what they were doing and kept me informed They were competent, knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. They answered any questions I had and consulted me in placing everything that I needed in the shower. They left my house clean and took all the old parts away.i would like to acknowledge what a great job they did and I give them the highest recommendation

We had a tub/shower upgrade installation by PJ Fitzpatrick on 9/21/23. It's been a nightmare dealing with this company. Everything was great during the sales visit. It's been hell since the botched up installation. They pride themselves in separating them from the likes of Bath Fitters, etc. They claim that they don't mask up the problems by installing over existing walls. Guess what? That's exactly what they did, install their panels over my old shower walls and ceiling. The shower still dripping well over 10 minutes after shutting it off. The tub spout not even a fraction of the water pressure from the original one we had. They promised 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I called the very next day with all these issues. It's been well over a week, and not a single phone call to reach out to me about their issues. Today, Saturday 9/30, it started leaking from the tub down to my laundry room. Nobody's in the office, so I'm screwed until they get back on Monday, not that there's any guarantee they'll get back to me. It's just been a huge headache going with this company.

We had a tub to shower conversion done by P.J. Fitzpatrick, and are so pleased with the entire project. From our first contact, customer service was excellent. They sent out their representative, Paige, in just a few days who arrived promptly as scheduled. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant, and explained all the details of the job including pricing, materials, timing, etc. We signed the contract that day and received follow-up emails and texts as to when our items would be stocked and the job would be ready to go. We were lucky to have the project started earlier than anticipated. Communications with the office staff was friendly and they always got back to us within minutes and answered all of our questions. On the day of the job, the supervisor, Mike, arrived early, with his apprentice, Josh, arriving shortly thereafter. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property from start to finish. They wore booties and draped tarps from our front door down the hall to the bathroom. They worked tirelessly without breaks. Mike kept us informed throughout the process. Funny thing is, we had an actual earthquake in the middle of all of this (a 4.8--unheard of in our area) and Mike apologized for the "vibration" from his cutting of the shower panels. It was very comical (after the terror wore off, that is). The job was finished in one day. To sum up, we couldn't be happier with our wonderful new Jacuzzi shower. It is beautiful, the workmanship is top-notch, the quality of the products is wonderful, and we are enjoying it so much! We highly recommend P.J. Fitzpatrick and wouldn't hesitate to contact them for other home projects that we might need in the future. Their customer service is superior and the employees that we dealt with were all terrific.

I had a one day bathroom remodel done through Costco. The team who came to do the work were excellent. Chris came earlier than scheduled and got started promptly at 8am. His partner, Wyatt came shortly after. Chris was very pleasant, polite and made sure that the proper floor protection was laid down before starting the work. I have carpets and it was also raining. Jason, who I assumed was sort of the project supervisor came later on to check on the work and asked some questions about the project. I will not hesitate to recommend the team of Chris, Wyatt and Jason. In fact, I'm looking at remodeling my half bath and I will definitely would want these guys to do it.

Great experience! I was driving behind a company vehicle on 3/27 the company scheduled the appointment next day to repair a fascia and siding that was damaged during a storm. I called other companies and received scheduling that was delayed and over priced. Nicholas T. was very professional and detailed prior to starting the project. He arrived early to assess the job and completed the job in a timely manner. I still had an opportunity to continue my daily responsibilities without disruptions.

Earlier this year I had PJ Fitzpatrick come in to do a bath to shower install. It was the best experience ever. The quality of their work is exceptional. The staff is professional, on time and let me know when they would be arriving. I’ve had people come in and cannot believe how beautiful the bathroom looks and the difference it makes.
