I have used Victor and his crew for a number of projects over the past year. He replaced our front porch, put in a new slate patio and new front slate sidewalk. The quality and perfection of his work is unbelievable and the best I have found with any contractor. He is honest, fair and very dependable. Victor is "my guy" for any projects around the house and I will continue to use him for our work. He has been terrific and I have recommended him to others. You cannot go wrong when Victor is handling your project. He and his crew have done multiple jobs for me over the years and all have been done extremely well. Recently he built a retaining wall around my pool and re-graded the backyard. Also, his crew is very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Lavi LLC!!!

Victor did an amazing job, he built a retaining wall that supports my driveway. He treated the project as if it was his own. Great attention to detail. He kept me in loop on everything going on. In the Bernardsville area he has a great reputation. Very fair price as well! Planning to use Lavi LLC for future projects.

1,000 sq foot paver patio and walkway. We actually had another contractor picked out to do the job and then as fate would have it ran into Victor at the stone yard. Hiring him was the best decision we could've made. He is meticulous! He has decades of knowledge and does everything the right way, no cutting corners! His employees were professional, neat, kind and very hardworking. Victor checked and double checked with us every step of the way to make sure we would be happy with the final product and we are. We will not hesitate to use him again in the future for other home projects.

Victor did a huge addition on our house. He added two full bathrooms, a family room, master bedroom and kitchen. He did an awesome job. Included was a basement addition. Victor worked with our architect to iron out any problems with the job. Although it was difficult, we were able to remain in the house with some accommodations Victor provided. The speediness of completion also helped with the transition. One other feature about LAVI LLC is that they work very neatly with respect to the rest of the house. Victor is a pro at what he does. I do not have any regrets about hiring him and his team.

We worked with Lavi LLC on several masonry projects around our New Vernon NJ property. Victor is very knowledgeable, detail oriented, true old European craftsmen, with construction engineering degree from Europe. Very much hands on, him and his crew did several difficult repairs on our curved retaining masonry walls, steps, walkways and uneven pavers around the pool area.They did excellent work, always on time, reasonably priced and easy to work with.

When my mother died I was tasked with selling her home. An appraiser pointed out some issues that we had a structural engineer look at. They in turn recommended Victor to us. What a stroke of fortune. Victor resolved our issue in a through, timely and professional manner. He is great to work with. I live in NC and I wish Victor was closer by because I have a project I would hire him for immediately. I will be extremely fortunate if I can find someone as good.

Noticed many large cracks in out 90 year old chimney and fireplace. Called LaviLLC on a recommendation from a friend.Was told by another contractor that it couldn't be fixed, that it would need to come down & rebuilt.Victor came to check it out as was hopeful that it could be fixed by them. I was concerned the cement would look totally different from what was there, but they did suck a great job of matching hardy can tell the old from the new. The front of the fireplace in the living room also had many large cracks in the cement.They came inside, must have totally covered up everything in the room. I came home after leaving the house for several hours expecting the room to be covered with dust and cement pieces.I was in total shock to see that the room was as clean as it was when they arrived & even furniture back in its place.Needless to say, LaviLLC are the best VERY IMPRESSIVE !!With all the rain we had this spring, we noticed trouble with the gutters.Victor said many of the old nails that were used when the gutters were installed had fallen out. He said they now use screws and could do that.They also replaced a few downspouts and in two spots on the roof needed not only new shingles but boards underneath, and did a great job of matching the new shingles with the old.Not old were we impressed with the workmanship but the workers, always here on time, gentlemen, and totally cleaned up after themselves. What more could a person ask for?Great job & great workers. Would not hesitate to recommend LaviLLC . Couldn't be happier, thank you LaviLLC for a job well done
