The installation crew showed up on time at 8:00am Friday morning, 4/19/24, and worked 11hours straight under less than ideal weather conditions. However, the job was not completed. Because of adverse weather conditions on Saturday, they showed up (again on time) on Sunday, and worked an additional 7 hours, to complete the project. The crew, as well as the office staff, were very efficient, through, and professional. Also, the price was extremely competitive, and my wife and I felt we had received the best value for our hard earned money. Without hesitation, I would recommend Fortified Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof.

I was very pleased with the solar roof installation that Fortified provided us. The office staff was responsive and easy to work with. The installation crew was skilled, motivated, cheerful, and hit all the steps you hope to see from a contractor. They were careful, organized, and cleaned up the worksite each evening. I was surprised that Fortified Roofing kept my appointment on a Saturday after it had snowed all night. The crew was pretty efficient and was done by 3pm. I am very happy with my new roof.They did a pretty good clean up job considering the weather conditions. I did find quite a few nails in my driveway and was very lucky not to end up with flat tires. I am sure it was difficult for them to get every nail considering the snow. In the future, I would suggest postponing the job for that reason.

Overall, fortified roofing did a great job replacing my roof. They were done in a quick and efficient manner. However, I can’t give them a 5 star review because they did not clean up after themselves in either of my attics. I opened up my attic to have shingles and debris fall on my head and get in my eyes. Both of my attics are a mess and now I need to clean them.

Very pleased with response time for an estimate and scheduling. Office workers helpful with how to follow up with my insurance claim. Workers very professional. Cleaned entire property when done. Reasonably priced. Thank you Fortified Roofing. Highly recommend.I called other roofers with no response at all!One that did respond told me to keep them in mind if I ever need something repaired - that's why I'm looking for a whole new roof!!!!! They didn't like to do roofs with my pitch..... but it's hard to mess it up......so why didn't they want to do it????

Just had our roof replaced by Fortified Roofing on 1/10/2024...Excellent Job!Fortified Roofing is a well-managed, hands-on operation and we had an excellent experience working with their entire sales and office staff with scheduling the installation.On the morning of the installation 2 vans pulled up with installers. They introduced themselves and went right to work installing tarps from the roof/cutter line to cover our shrubs along the house.Our new roof was completed in one day and the crew did an excellent cleanup and made a final walk around our home and our neighbors’ properties making sure there was no debris left behind. It’s pretty remarkable that with all those workers and all the debris no one could even tell we had a new roof put on.I would recommend Fortified Roofing to anyone who wants to do business with a professional, well managed business.

They were doing a roof next door and MY HOME WAS TREATED LIKE A CONSTRUCTION SITE!!!! What a mess!I wouldn’t use them ever!!!!!Oh and there are nails ALL OVER THE PLACE AND BIG ENOUGH FOR A FLAT TIRE! Horrible company

From start to finish their team was early for their appt., available to answer questions, quick to setup the install and when finished you would not have known they had just replaced the roof after doing a 2 layer rip off and replace. Did an excellent job on my roof over 7 years ago. Recently had a small leak from some flashing and called the company. She told me my service warranty is only for 5 years but they would send someone out to check the leak. Came over and fixed the issue, and did not charge me. This is what great customer service is all about. It's refreshing to deal with a company that exemplifies integrity.

If I could give Fortified Roofing 10 stars I certainly would. Brian was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Additionally, Fortified gave us the best price out of all other contractors we received estimates from. Materials were delivered the day before. Precisely on time the following morning like clockwork, the crew showed up. They knew exactly what had to be done and did an outstanding job, completely protecting the outside of our home with tarps from the serious debris caused by 2 layers of the old materials. The new roof consisting of high quality Pewter Gray GAF HDZ shingles went on without a hitch and by afternoon they were finished, doing a complete cleanup. This totally changed the look of our house for the better and to say that we are completely pleased with Fortified is an understatement. Great job guys! Had my roof replaced on Jan 8 and 9th, still have a leak. I had an home inspection and the results are, Fortified Roofing did not do a good job. They did not replace wet wood, andthrough multiple emails, they still have not come back to correct their mistake. I have sent them pictures, emails andthe owner John is bruising it of as no big deal.

They did my house in one day, large house, they picked up every nail. I got five estimates and fortified was the lowest, 5000$ lower. Best price on removing and replacing solar panels, 117$ per panel, prices ranged as high as 200. They did a great job, I recommend Fortified, good job for a good price.

My husband and I were very impressed with the professionalism of all of the staff that we interacted with during this process. They came to inspect the house extremely prepared for what needed to be done to our roof. When it came time for the installation, a dumpster showed up when they said it would, they tarped the house and when it was completed, they cleaned up very thoroughly and the next day, the dumpster was removed. I would definitely recommend them to any one.

Great experience dealing with this company from beginning to end. Debbie P in the office was very pleasant to deal with on the front end and when the crew arrived at the house they were on time, organized and efficient. Took great care protecting my landscaping and the rest of the property during the rip off of the old roof and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. I can not overstate how pleased I am with Fortified Roofing. We noticed a wet spot on the ceiling after a large snowfall. Brian came out immediately and inspected our attic thoroughly. He explained the entire process and the materials Fortified uses. He did not do the presentation in a pushy manor as some other contractors tried to do. Fortified installed a new roof on our house. I received multiple quotes, and their price was fair.
