Our roof was on its last legs and we'd experienced some leaks and saw some rotting plywood sheets in our attic. It was time!Rivera Roofing was recommended highly by several of our neighbors in Flemington. The owner, Lito, answered my email immediately and scheduled an appointment right away.His responsiveness and communication --something very important in this business--was probably better than any other contractor we've dealt with. Each time we reached out, he answered immediately, even when he was on vacation.During his initial consult, he was thorough and took his time to really check everything out and discuss all the options with us. He did not up-sell and seemed to really be honest. He even jumped on the roof to fix some flashing around our chimney in the meantime before we even hired him.He was personable, friendly, and his pricing seemed fair and reasonable.He was able to schedule us in pretty soon and then worked with us around our schedule and his when weather didn't cooperate.His team of workers were friendly, fast (one and a half-day job), and did a very good job. We had our old roof torn off and replaced, some rotted plywood boards replaced, added some new, wider gutters and replaced one skylight. On the fly, he worked with us to also replace some rotted fascia boards. It 'seemed' messy at the time, but they were quite thorough in cleaning everything up. We are very happy with our new roofI would not hesitate to recommend Rivera Roofing! Lito and the crew at Rivera Roofing were recommended to me by a mutual friend. After being frustrated with some of the more local roofing companies in my area, Lito was a breathe of fresh air. His estimate came in substantially less expensive than what we were already quoted, offered the same warranty with the same materials and in some cases using even better materials. Communication was excellent, as well as follow up and scheduling the job. Job was completed in one day and they did an excellent job of cleaning up, zero debris was left around the outside of the house. Lito was absolutely amazing. We had 2 leaks in our house, when I called, he was on vacation, he called me back and immediately came when he returned. He was the only person who physically went on our roof to check what was going on. He was so kind, professional and detail oriented through our entire roof replacement. Rivera provided detailed estimate for all work to be done and the specific materials to be used. The roofing warranty was clearly explained. An estimate of the start date was provided.On the day of the install, the owner was present to make sure his crew and foreman had all the needed materials, and he checked with me for any remaining questions. The complete removal of old roof and install of new roof was completed in one day. The crew did a great job throughout. They protected shrubbery, moved outside furniture and they let me know where I could safely enter and exit my house during the job. At the end of the day, the crew completely cleaned up the site and put outside furniture back in place. The dumpster arrived the morning of the job and it was promptly picked up the following morning.Everything about this job went smoothly. This company is well planned up front and during execution of the job. Very efficient and professional crew on site. The owner was always involved with the job, before, during, and at job completion. We just had Lito and his crew at our home for a whole house roof replacement and they did a fantastic job. I was really impressed with the whole process and how smooth the day went. His crew arrived right on time and they were very efficient. While guys were working on the roof, they had guys on the ground moving and covering our personal belongings, cleaning up debris and keeping a clean area. The roof, our detatched garage, and the shed was done in one day! WOW. The roof looks great and many of my neighbors have already reached out asking who did our roof. I was also happy that his crew walked around the perimeter of the work site with a magnet to pick up and nails they might have missed. They put everything back where it was and left a clean worksite. I will definitely be recommending them to friends, neighbors, and my real estate clients.
