This company is a joke. A year ago they did our roof. They made our property extremely messy. we had to bring another company to do the cleanup. they rushed to finish the job. They left nails all over our property. We ended up with flat tires of our cars. They damaged some of our windows wood. They promised to fix them. We paid them in full in good faith relying on their promise. They brought two companies to give an estimate to them. Then we never heard from them. We contacted them on several occasions. They ignored our calls and never fixed our windows. I would think twice about using them. There are far more superior roofing companies out there.

From free estimate to finished job, Wagner Roofing was absolutely the best. We've had a rainy summer, so scheduling the job was tricky but Amy in their office was so nice, and even called to say they were about a month behind because of the rainy weather and gave me a ballpark of when they would be there. She was right on the money!On the appointed day, a crew of six arrived at my little Victorian Duplex in Lambertville, tore off the old roof and put on the new one, in one smoothly orchestrated operation. They made it look easy. They negotiated the narrow streets with their trucks, were polite and professional with the neighbors, chucked all the debris into a small dumpster and cleaned up meticulously after themselves--no stray shingles in the back yard and no nails in the street. They stand behind their work, charge fair prices and I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Wagner replaced my roof and gutters last year. I was very pleased. Just recently I noticed one gutter not working. I called and they answered which is rare these days and they someone out the next day. Mark came out. My gutters were good just clogged. He cleaned them out for me at no charge and could not have been nicer. Typically you would get a “it’s not our problem” but not Mark. He was so kind and friendly. They are a quality operation who do good work and stands behind it. I cannot recommend them enough!Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

Great company to deal with. No frills, very competitive, quote. They don't try to upsell you on stuff you don't need.We had a minor moisture issue in our drywall. The owner came our right away to check it out. It was due to small holes in the old vinyl siding, not the roof install. Regardless, he sealed up the holes at no charge. I hired Wagner Roofing to replace my 20 year old leaking roof in early December of 2021. We had a bad leak during Ida, and after several quotes we figured it was better to just replace the entire roof instead of trying to patch up a spot. Wagner had the best quote out of all of the places we tried, and they felt genuine instead of giving a standard sales pitch.The day of installation, they showed up at 730 as promised and got right to work. The entire crew worked nonstop and did a great job. My only complaint was they missed probably 10-15 nails in the middle of the driveway, and a bunch in the gutters. I had one stuck in my tire, but thankfully it went in sideways and didn't pop the tire.Updating my review- I had originally given them 4 stars because they didn't respond about fixing a piece of flashing that was damaged. They did finally get back to me and fixed the flashing in late July, so I'm satisfied!Service: Roof installation

Mike from Wagner Roofing came out to give me a quote. He climbed and inspected the entire roof. I had a quote in less than 30 mins. He even unclogged my drain pipes while he was on the roof! His quote was competitive and he explained everything very well! Definitely a great experience

Could not be happier with Wagner.We needed a full tear off and new roof installed. The pricing was competitive and based on their local reputation it was a no brainer to book them. The crew came out about four weeks after we first had them out for a quote (which was the lead time they gave us). The guys were super polite, worked quickly, and did an excellent job. The roof is perfect and they cleared everything out so that the landscaping, yard, and walkways were pristine when they left.Book them for all of those reasons, but more importantly, book them because of how they respond to problems.The day they installed was pretty windy with intermittent wind gusts. While they were throwing stuff down from the old roof, a wind gust blew some materials into the side of the house and broke the bathroom window. Immediately, I had a worker knocking on my door to tell me what happened and to assure me they were on it. Amy from the office called me shortly thereafter and arranged for a glass repair company to come out a few days later. She also offered to let us keep back a few hundred bucks from the roof price if we weren't comfortable paying 100% while the window was still broken.The glass guys (All Glass) were fantastic. Professional, and essentially built a custom window replacement.Lots of companies do pretty good or even great work, but not as many will follow up properly when they make a mistake to make things right. It's anxiety-inducing being in that position, knowing you're at the mercy of a business that might be more interested in their next job than taking care of you. Wagner was prompt and thorough in their response. I seriously could not be happier with the experience we had with their company.Service: Roof installation

My house is 20 years old. We recently had a torrential rainstorm. Sitting in my 2nd floor office, rain began leaking through the ceiling. I looked for a roofing company with a good reputation and called Wagner Roofing in Flemington, NJ. They were quick to respond and sent Mark out who climbed up on top of my roof and detected leaks in flashing around the vent pipes. He caulked all of them and even cleaned out my dryer vent. He gave me an estimate on a new roof but that was it. “No charge for today,” said Mark. He never tried to sell us anything or scare us. His honesty and integrity were so refreshing that I was a little shell shocked initially, and so impressed I decided to go for a new roof anyway. The quote was right on the money, as well! They were about a month out but they arrived this week with a crew of 8. So organized! I have a pretty big roof with a few gables, but they got the entire job done from 7 am to 5:45 pm, working the cleanup in the dark. Foreman, Lito, was very helpful and made sure I was happy every step of the way. In my opinion, this is a company that should be patronized for your roofing needs!
