Prior to finding Ruggiero Contractors, we got scammed by a contractor who destroyed many parts of our home and put my families safety at great risk. Chris Ruggiero and his team literally saved our destroyed home with their extremely detailed quality custom craftsmanship. They made our home back to being 100% safe and it looks amazing! I cannot say enough good things about this company. It literally felt like they held our hand through the whole process. My family and I will be forever grateful for what they have done. Unparalleled excellent service - full stop! I was down to my last options when other contractors failed to follow up. Ruggiero appeared on my list and I gave him a call. He was polite and respectful. He made me feel like he genuinely cared about the work that needed to be done and understood the urgency of getting it completed expeditiously. That said, Ruggiero showed up on time, kept me in the loop on the progress and was done the same day with super professional results. I've had the pleasure of calling on him for help twice now. He is indeed my go-to for all things related to general contracting of my property in NJ. I can only hope that I can convince him to build my new house here in Maryland now! Chris came to my house to give me an estimate and its been a month later and I have not received the estimate. I have texted the company on 3 different occasions and I was told that they are very behind on writing one. If you are that busy you should stop taking jobs and finish what you started first. I think making someone wait over a month for an estimate is extremely unprofessional and also shows how long your job will take to get finished if you did give Chris the job. I still haven't gotten the estimate. Its going on 5 weeks.Would not call them for any job
