Due to a recent windstorm, I quickly needed to get a attic fan replaced as another storm was in the forecast. Ernie from EAD was quick to respond to my request. He scheduled an appointment quickly, gave me a very competitive price and showed up on time as promised, the work was done within a few hours before the next storm arrived. He delivered what he promised to at the agreed price and backed up his work with a warranty. I would recommend EAD to any friends as I would call them first for any of my future needs.

It was a great decision--we couldn't be more pleased, both with the final product and the purchase process. Ernie is a GAF-certified installer, which was a requirement for us. His pricing is fair and reasonable. Well your worst nightmare is to have a roof leak in December a week before the holidays. Earnest and EAD Home Improvements was the best suggestion anyone ever could ever make to me. He inspected my roof and diagnosed the problem and gave me a great price and through his thorough knowledge of roofs was able to document the damage for me to submit to my insurance company who initially denied any coverage following a 2 minute inspection by their (S.F) adjuster. He completed the job in a day with excellent workmanship. His crew was tidy and respected my property and my neighbors. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. I own my Mom's house in Forked River and it had a roof leak on the back patio. My mom had passed away a few days ago and I live in Tennessee. I had to get someone to repair the roof. Ernie called me back promptly and went out the same day to look at what needed to be repaired. He gave me a fair estimate and took my credit card info over the phone. He sent me pictures of the damage and all the repair work as it progressed. He did a professional job in a timely manner that saved me extensive damage to my Mom's house. Ernie worked to fix multiple issues on our roof and was excellent and efficient. Our home had a brand new roof that was installed poorly because we bought it as a flip. Ernie explained exactly what the issues were, and what he would have to do to fix it. He resealed all of the pipes and vents, replaced shingles, and fixed our attic fan as well. We had previously got a quote from a separate company, but EAD was better by a few hundred dollars, and we just felt more comfortable with him in the end anyway. We needed a vent replaced, which was causing water damage in our bathroom, on our roof. Enie came on a Saturday to look at it, said it was no problem and gave us an estimate, which was very reasonable. Not only did he come back to fix it but he came back the next day, which was a Sunday. He's a very personable and efficient person to deal with. It was a pleasure working with him and I would defintely recommend him for all your home improvement needs.
