I was in desperate need of having my siding replaced on my house. After getting multiple quotes from other companies that seemed unreasonable, I became discouraged. I spoke to one of my coworkers about it, who also thought the quotes I received were extremely high. She then mentioned this company, which did great work on her dad house. I immediately called and was glad I did. Joanna was very professional and delivered lending to my creative nature. She understood exactly what I wanted and how I wanted my house to look. The project was done timely, was significantly cheaper (she offered deals where she could and was very attentive to the details of my home), and the end result was beyond my expectations. My neighbors are in awe of my home, and I have received multiple compliments. I am sure JKOT will be getting a lot of business coming their way! Since then, I have also found out that this company is a one-stop shop and I will be using their services in the very near future on other home projects. If you want the absolute best price with quality work, this company is definitely the way to go.

I needed exterior work done for my house and decided to contact this company for a quote . I completed an inquiry on their website and received a quick response to schedule the free estimate . During the estimate , Joanna was very friendly, informative , and displayed great customer service . You can tell she has been in the field for a long time . The price for the job was reasonable . I especially appreciated Joanna providing me with a discount to help alleviate the costly material prices . I was extremely happy with the work that was completed . I will be completing more renovations to my house this year and will definitely use her again !
