Scheduled a consultation for my garage wall. First meeting went well with Owen, he was very nice. Was scheduled to have work done on garage wall on Wednesday. I had to text and call him multiple times to confirm the appointment. Wednesday comes and no answer from him. I took the day off for them to come fix my wall, loss of wages and no communication. Very frustrating, would not recommend them.

When thinking about cogan masonry and his team it's easy to see why they are so highly rated. The level of expertise, pride in their craft and commitment to customer service were a breath of fresh air when trying to find the best company to meet our home's weatherproofing needs. The entire process from scheduling an appointment, followed by a detailed initial consult, proved that we had found the right professionals. Every detail of the project was reviewed with us, including the pros and cons of waiting to proceed with the work, something that was left out in other competitor's consultations. The breath and depth of knowledge shown by both owen our initial consultant, to Patrick our project leader, was incredible. In an era where getting a human on the phone is almost impossible, Owen made sure he responded to all our calls if not immediately then within minutes... even on a holiday weekend. Who would provide such high quality customer service and true value for their clients? I can't speak highly enough about the care the crew took to cleaning their work area and protecting the finished areas of our basement and then reviewing the work with us to help answer any questions before they left. Not to mention their efficiency in getting the job done in done in less time than originally anticipated. I look forward to referring Cogan masonry and his team to anyone needing to protect their home from water and advise you to not look any further for the best in the business.

Cogan masonry done a chimney restoration for me and lead flashing done a wonderful job on the Tuckpointing and matching up the bricks stopped. The leak will definitely use them again as I have them booked to do my steps in the spring.
