Joe and his team did a great job on our roof. It looks great and we have had no leaks. There were a few issues caused by the crew on the day of the work being done but Joe stood by his work and took the steps needed to make it right. He came back to check on my concerns and made sure we were properly taken care of. He has done roofs for other members of our family and had positive results as well.

I Highly recommend Joe the Roofer. My project started by passing Joe’s crew doing an installation at a nearby neighborhood house. I called up the number on one of the trucks. They were polite and set up a free estimate. I worked with their salesman Alex who was thorough and willing to describe all the details of the job. I ended up getting the roof, siding, gutters, and leaders done. I also included the shed. They also removed a sky light and an outside window. I would say that their work crews were the best part. They really did a bang-up job on all facets of this transformation. Joe also personally made sure that the job was done to our satisfaction. After a very fair estimate, they had my roof replacement scheduled within a few days. The team came at 7am and made sure to move any deck furniture away from the house. They were courteous and extremely efficient. After the roof was complete they were thorough with cleaning everything up including any nails that might have fallen in the grass. Just had my roof and gutters replaced, the team did an amazing job. All the workers were professional, they took their time to make sure they cleaned up any siding that landed on the floor from the roof. The price was always great. From setup to cleanup we could not be more pleased with Joe the Roofer. He was completely honest with us during the entire research period and while they did not have the lowest quote (we got five quotes and they were third), we believed they were the best combination of quality, professionalism, value, reputation and price. We were correct. The whole job took 9 hours from setup at 6:45 am until completion. The crew did a fantastic job protecting our property (including deck, furniture, windows, AC units, etc) and the installation was surprisingly quick and well done. At the end, the crew even installed four new floodlights for me since the ladders were already in place. The cleanup was A+. We literally found only a few nails on our entire property afterwards and to the naked eye they would have been hard to find (i.e. hidden in a crack or blending in with soil). Most importantly, the roof looks amazing!! We had the original, 21-year-old builder's grade roof on our home and it had begun leaking, so we had to get it replaced. The new roof makes our home look like new and with two huge storms occurring since the installation, we have had a chance to 'test drive' the roof. Just a wonderful job all-around and we would highly recommend Joe the Roofer.

Leaks tend to sneak up on you and we’ve had a leaky roof on 2 occasions. We noticed the first roof leak after it had soaked our attic insulation and stained the bathroom ceiling. The leak was the result of a deteriorated seal around the plumbing stack where it penetrated the roof.The second leak was where our siding had pulled away from the roof’s edge at the gable end letting water in behind the siding. We noticed this leak immediately as it occurred during a very heavy rain; it was a virtual waterfall.We called Joe The Roofer for both of these leaks. His crew arrived promptly and completed all the repairs quickly. We also had them install an attic roof vent.I recommend Joe The Roofer for roofing and siding.

I paid $300 to get my gutters cleaned and repair (1) down spout at my rental property. They only put 1 screw where the leader met the gutter and ignored the lower part. One week later I came by and it was in disrepair. (see photo) Total hack job. I visited in person to show them pictures. They said it was a new issue "unrelated to the work they did". They didn't fix it properly the first time! They wouldn't even swing by for 10min and re-attach the lower part that they ignored. Now I'm out $300 and I have to pay someone else to fix it. I expected better customer service given the high reviews.

Look no further, use JOE THE ROOFER! ** read on for details about my experience:It was time to replace the roof on our 4500 sq foot home and I was very nervous. I had BAD experiences with OTHER roofing companies in the past - related to them not finishing the job / attempting to take money before the work started / AND around 1 year ago, at the last minute being called by a roof company owner to be condescendingly be told that he can't be bothered by my small job and left me hanging (I didn't have a million dollar home!)WELL - I called JOE THE ROOFER (Company) and I noticed that it is a well staffed company with dedicated people that answer the phone and identify your needs. They work to schedule you with a technical representative that comes to your home for a consultation. The consultation is great - the tech is all prepared with info about your home and has a DRONE that flies up and inspects with great detail any damage, takes measurements of skylights, and other important info. That entire lot of data is used to generate a contract / quote for you ON THE SPOT. It was really great and very fast. I applaud the company for their investment in technology and staff dedicated to immediately come to help people in need. I got my quote (very happy with the price) and an appointment on the customer queue.Day of work:An entire team of experienced roof technicians + project manager arrived at the house at 7 AM. The work site was set up very fast (Small dumpster in the driveway, tarps everywhere to manage debris, ladders, materials, etc). The technicians essentially worked ALL DAY LONG, nonstop, fast, and very accurately. I am proficient in roofing and I observed they did a wonderful job of ALL aspects of the roofing work. Teardown, inspection, replacement of any rotting plywood, valleys, etc. They even completely replaced the skylights and attic fan. All chronic areas that required the proper flashing and installation techniques were all executed with expertise and experience and proper technique. I really love the roof.The entire (large) installation took 1 day and everything was cleaned up! They worked until it was dark! What a long day! The next day the project manager came in to show me the roof, take away the dumpster and answer any questions.I highly suggest you not waste your time with any other roofing companies as they are not as capable (resource-wise) as Joe The Roofer company is. Joe The Roofer excels in all aspects of a successful, fast, responsive, and agile business. Phenomenal!! It's been several months since I had Joe The Roofer replace my roof, update my fascia and soffits, install new siding and several new windows. I must say that I was (and still am) totally satisfied with the workmanship, results and experience. Alex and Joe-The-Roofer were literally amazing. I don’t often post online reviews but I felt compelled to take the time to give Alex and Joe-The-Roofer the recognition they deserve. We had worked with Alex (as our salesperson & project manager) from our initial meeting to final walkthrough and payment. Alex was **amazing** and worked closely with us to develop the design as we discussed our needs and budget. Alex was there with us at every turn of the job. Many times during the job there were design changes (at other times a few touch-ups) that I requested. These items were fully accommodated without any headaches or surprise costs! Joe The Roofer (the company) stood behind Alex for everything. It is so extremely rare to see an organization work so diligently for the client and with such synergy as Joe The Roofer has proven. There were many things stated by Alex in our upfront discussions that I felt I would need to see to believe (“We are responsive and dedicated to the customer”, “No surprises or surprise costs”, “I will work with you through the whole job to ensure everything is to your satisfaction”). There were initially some hiccups with our roof install but Joe personally handled the issues very professionally. Anything that went wrong, he made every attempt to make it right. Joe replaced roofing at two of my rental units. At both, they showed me any rotted plywood before replacing. There was a chronic leak that turned out to be a window problem, not a roof issue. However, he came back several times to investigate and ultimately fixed the window issue, with no additional charges. Fast forward three years. He just came to my residence to evaluate my roof for a homeowners insurance application. He gave me a complete evaluation, offered to write an official report if needed, and refused to bill me for that service. Since this was my first time dealing with a roof replacement and had gotten a few estimates, I went with this contractor Joe The Roofer who was referred to me by another person. I am so glad I did!From the start of the project , meeting with Carlos for the estimate, who is very informative and took the time to answer ALL my questions. It was really awesome to see that they can use a drone to look at the roof as well! Issues with the roof were pointed out and how to proceed. We understood that the roof was old and definitely needed replacement as we had leaks. The estimate was fair and reasonable compared to others.Joe the roofers’s crew was on time, courteous, and set up with these big tarps to cover areas to protect the home. They worked diligently and hard all day and stayed till the job was completed. During the installation ,I met with the project manager Matt , Carlos , and Joe the owner who answered all my questions/concerns and kept me informed throughout installation.Once the installation was complete, The crew cleaned up all the debris and used magnets to get all the metal /nails from the yard. They left the property clean.I also had all gutters replaced a few days later. Again the crew was on time , courteous and answered all my questions and cleaned up the property.It was a pleasure working with the Carlos ,Matt , Joe the owner and all of his team .
