Nice store. Paint kid wearing a mask is weird and not helpful. We had a woman the other night who helped us makes choices. Went back next 2 days and this nerd was rude and not helpful. Poor choice of management to place him there.

Brought a $1,899 refrigerator. No one knew the rules on installation. Communication was awful. They sell 15 appliances and only install 2. It cost me an additional $1,000 to get the fridge operable. But in the end, a service clerk Brian did everything in his power to make it right. Thank you.

Really great selections of plants available here. They grow huuuge stalks of herbs, now I see how tiny mine are in comparison and need to work on getting them to look like theirs. We bought a really nice lush cherry tomato plant and looking forward to harvesting. ❤️

This is a star employee right here! Home Depot you need to give Arvette a raise! She is the friendliest check out greeter I’ve ever encountered in any store EVER! She went out of her way to make jokes and keep things fun and lively while assisting those in self check out. I watched her pretend to shoot spider webs at a young boy wearing a Spider-Man shirt, compliment a customer’s sparkly blouse, and cheer up a grumpy customer with her charming personality. She is a rare gem 💎 Thank you Arvette for your stellar customer service!

I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for an almost 5,000 dollar refund. No one calls back, managers are nasty.. when I was at the customer service desk one guy was slamming punching and kicking the register and the other guy got nasty with a customer and said “it’s not like I’m just sitting on a lawn chair back here” I understand working that desk is probably frustrating but you need basic customer service skills if you’re going to work the customer service desk, right?

Craig, Eileen and Gus (Key Maker) provided such exceptional customer service that comes to expect from the name. At a moment I thought I was lost, the associates took their time to assist me through my visit. I’m grateful to know I have a Home Depot I can rely on the old fashion values !

This location is in dire need of more specialists/employees. Every single time I visit, there is not one specialist available to assist. I went in November looking for help with purchasing blinds and had to go back a few times until I finally got a specialist.Returned today needing help with windows, as I'm looking to replace the windows in my home - and once again there's no specialist to be found in this department. Ventured over to the kitchen cabinets area, same scenario; not one employee on hand to assist. What is management doing about this?

This location is currently suffering from a shortage of employees. My "curbside pickup" never came, so after a half an hour of waiting I went inside to have to wait in another long line while 1 guy tried to do the work of 5 people. Self checkout or avoid.

ONE OF THE BEST HOME DEPOT STORES I EVER HAVE BEEN IN!!!THIS PLACE IS GREAT THEY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT THEY ACTUALLY GOT ME A WAGON AND ASKED ME WHAT I WANTED AND PUT IT IN MY WAGON EVERY WHERE I WENT IN THE STORE THERE WAS A NICE WORKER ASKING ME IF I NEEDED HELP WITH ANYTHING OR WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND IF I NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE TO LET THEM KNOW COMPARED TO THE HOME DEPOT IN BROOKLYN AND STATEN ISLAND THIS PLACE IS A DREAM STORE AND THE PRICES ARE GREAT AND THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION OF EVERYTHING YOU NEED I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS ANYTHING FROM WOOD TO WINDOWS OR DOORS MOLDINGS AND APPLIANCES LADDERS AND BBQ LIGHTS SWITCHES AND MORE!!!!!

Honestly this is the worst Home Depot that I have visited in the past few years and it's getting worse. They have Supervisor I won't mentioned names but they are the worse , they don't like to deal with people their customers services skills are seriously bad. And when you fill out the survey at home depot website you get denied posting your personal opinion. They don't get fired bc since they are African-American home depot is afraid of been sued for political racial or discrimination. I have complained personally with store managers and that's their response after I have confronted them.

There's never anybody in their section. I needed wire cut and was told there is no employe to do that for another 2 hours. This was at 10 am on a Tuesday. The managers supposed to know what to do in every section of the building. I had to leave and go to another home Depot. Was left with dumbfounded faces staring at me like I'm the idiot. Absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. I could cut the wire ffs and train the employee. Absolutely embarrassing and unprofessional

No one was working the "Returns" line at 10:30 AM on Saturday, 13 May 2023. Myself and 4 other customers patiently waited, while other employees worked the service desk along with what seemed to be the supervisor. When finally asked if anyone was working the Returns counter, the supervisor approached and seemed like she was going to take care of us, but then just stopped and said we will just need to wait for the regular person to return, and the supervisor just left the area. Very poor customer service!!!

Customer service was very lousy and management was unwilling to help. Employee at customer service, Jess, was talking negatively about customer thinking that she couldn't be heard when in fact I could hear her talking about the customer who is also my family member. We weren't blaming anyone for anything but the lack of help was very apparent and fake.

The store Manager "Brian" is a manager willing to do anything to not help a customer. Do not try talking to him on the phone because he will talk over you and hang up on your face.

This is my local home depot and i frequent these stores often. Today i have items i ordered online for pick up at the store and their systems isn't updated with what they have in stock and not. Gary at the customer service sorted the items i ordered online although it took him some time bec of the issue with their system. In short. I left in the store with the items I wanted. 1 star deducted for a system of items that is not up to date contrary to they have in the shelves

Lisa from paint helped me out with matching a paint color that may have been changed in the system from 2 years ago. I first went to the Howell store as it's right by my house but after 2 failed attempts and poor attitudes from 2 employees from this store, Lisa took the time to listen to my situation and got me what I needed first time and with a great personality... You need paint go see Lisa... Thanks again Lisa you saved me a lot of repainting work!!!

I go to home depot for the majority of my projects. I prefer them to lowes. However, this location consistently has nobody available to use the lumbar cutting station/ripper.At least once a month i go there with the need to rip a few sheets of plywood.. every time it takes a minimal of 20 minutes for them to find anyone to use the saw. A few times i was told after waiting that they have novody working that can operate the machine. Today, they did find someone after 20 minutes, that gave me an attitude for needing a piece of plywood ripped 4 times.I will start using a local lumbar company and rip the wood myself at home from now on.Dont offer the service if you cant train your employees on offering it.

I've worked there for 20 years and when COVID hit I went out for underlined issues and in the 2yrs. I was out not 1 phone call from management especially the store manager to see if I was alright 😒after All I did for that store in the past 20 years cooking food for fund raisers etc..

Pathetic customer service and very poor communication.Each time we order something either we get a wrong order or they simply say it’s customers fault.Absolutely not fair.And they never call back until we call them back to check the status of the issue.They need more training to how to handle customer issues.very very disappointing.when the fault is from their end they need to do agree service for customer satisfaction instead they are rude and ask us to pay more for delivering the correct items for free.

Although I enjoy shopping at home Depot for the things I need, it would greatly help the store if it would instruct the associates to help customers find things by bringing them over to where the items are located, rather than than simply suggesting that the item is in a particular aisle. What is particularly annoying is when the associates are simply talking to other associates about personal matters and can't be bothered to focus their efforts on helping the customers. After all, the store and the associates exist because of customers.
