Under Construction Builders did a fabulous job with our kitchen! The quoting process was quick (complete with rendered design). We didn't want to be overwhelmed with choices, so we spoke to our PM, Natasha, about our design aesthetic and asked her to help us narrow down selections. During the construction process, the team was extremely professional. They provided daily updates of what the day's plan was, what was on schedule for the next few days, and any potential changes. When I decided midflight to make a few small adjustments (add a bump-out window, for example), their team worked very quickly to answer questions, formally document, and fairly quote. They finished over a week early and exceeded all of our expectations!

At least 5 projects completed by Under Construction over the years from additions to remodels and all were completed beautifully! Staff & workers are reliable, friendly and professional. My husband is "picky" about workmanship and has been pleased with all their results. If something wasn't up to his standards, it was addressed & corrected. We hired Under Construction to do our kitchen. With that, came knocking down a wall, adding new flooring then sanding down and custom staining wood floors on 1st floor to match. We also had them add crown molding to our 2 vaulted ceilings and paint.From start to finish - professional and finished a little earlier than quoted! They had fair pricing and didn’t try to ‘add on’ after the contract was signed. And their work was amazing…our kitchen was featured in a local magazine.They felt like family!! I used Under Construction for 2 projects at my house over the last 5 years. Jay Stack was my guy and he was attentive to me, NEVER made me feel like a small project, and I wrote a raving review for him and UC several years ago. When I had another project, I emailed Jay to come see me. I received a phone call - Jay was no longer with Under Construction, no explanation given.They sent a new person to my home.Lindley came on a Monday and made me feel like a blip in her day. I was the one coming up with the design ideas, and she made it very clear to me with her unofficial quote and her lack of communication after her visit, that Under Construction did not want my business.Really??From small jobs comes repeat business.Where is Jay?I am disappointed in the lack of service, the lack attention, and the lack of Jay Stack.I will find another contractor - and I will tell my friends.I am sorry for your loss because clearly he was the heart and soul of this company.
