If it was possible to leave no stars I would. They are the Worst. We hired them for a bathroom remodel, not only did they do a horrible job in the bathroom and it failed final inspection, they also caused damage to 3 other rooms in our house. They caused leaks into our dining room and kitchen and busted the sheet rock in the wall separating our 2 bathrooms. DO NOT USE!

We hired Chosen Restoration to remodel our kitchen and basement after my father in-law left the water running in our kitchen one afternoon. We came home that evening to find the kitchen flooded and moderate water damage to our finished basement. We shopped around for quotes and decided to go with Chosen because their price was fair and Mr. Moore promised to get a crew over immediately. Mr. Moore handled the entire process with our insurance company and made the experience as painless as possible. The crew began work immediately and finished in a timely manner, we are happy with the work and we would certainly use Chosen in the future.

For ones' motto to be excellence or nothing at all...I was disappointed that Chosen Restoration, a general contractor, project management was poorly executed, communication was ineffective, and I was left feeling disrespected. I was promised everything I wanted for the emergency improvements in my home initially. Some things went as planned but many tasks were not carried out. As a homeowner, I don't like surprises and I don't want to hear excuses for poor workmanship or a lack of planning and preparation by contractors. I had to oversee the operations for completion and correctness. I requested when things were not right to please get it right. I had to repeat myself daily, and I maintained a daily log. I hired the company Chosen Restoration to get the job done right the first time. The fact that you had to return several times to correct work should tell you something about your system needing fine tuning. This all happened during the outbreak of Covid 19 so it was a very stressful period. Finally, because a company does extra tasks does not mean they are not responsible for doing what they are specifically hired to do in the first place. I was appalled that Mr. Moore made a decision to throw away the backing to my entertainment center.Workers don't have the right to do what they want to do in my home. It's my home and I commandeer what takes place in my home.Prices were inflated and services were fair.

Do not contact them for anything involving your home owner insurance. Do not sign anything until you look up their scammy POS assignment of benefits fraud.

I didn't hire them, but I did have the pleasure of having them aggressively tailgate me and honk while I was trying to make a left turn. I also got to watch them drive up the shoulder recklessly on 295 to avoid traffic. If their service is anything like their careless, rude, and unsafe driving, I don't want them anywhere near my home.

Good deeds, I had some schedule repairs (tile caulking)with my contractor Sunday morning! The job was completed as expected to my satisfaction! It didn’t stop with just the scheduled work, my contractor asked, why is that board leaned against the hallway wall?Me: It fell off from my daughter bedroom wall.
